How to increase load time for mobile client platform on handhelds?

Hello Experts!
I have developed an application for my mobile client on handheld, but i have a problem with performance, my problem is on load of client, elapsed time to load this ambient is 25 seconds, somebody have a solution to increase a performance to load Mobile client on handhelds?

I don't know about the client arguments, usually that was a guess\try and find out.

Go to the Console, Select the server --> configuration --> tuning tab,
Stuck Thread Max Time and Stuck Thread Timer Interval (give your required time)
This will definitely increase the Stuck Thread time interval.
or
by using work manager also you can define Stuck Thread Max Time interval by editing deployment descriptor file

Few of my threads take a longer time than the default value for threastuck detection.

i have tried by creating workmanager from the administration console but not aware of how to apply it to application(in web.xml).

How to decrease loading time for 0Mat_Plant

Hi Experts,
I am currently looking to decrease loading time of 0Mat_Plant. I have gone thru performance material available and checked following things listed below :
Plz note following:
1) Standard delta is avail but it has been enhanced and there are Z fields. So if i use delta, them I might be missing delta for Field.
2)Can we switch OFF number range SID buffering to avoid memory allocation on daily basis ...somehow through ABAP program?
3) BUffering can be switched OFF, but there is delta load also alonwith full load. So performance would decrease for delta records. But no of records for Full load is 188000 and for delta is just 1700 around. SO will this helps in decreasing overall time? Any idea?
Load is taking around 90 minutes in my system (Full Load)..
I m not clear abt data package size and if it will help me or not..
What more can we do??
Any help would be appreciated and points would be assigned......

Here are my replies;
1) Loading time is only for 0mat_plant..
2) R/3 job finishes quickly....no prob seems to be with this..
3) I m not clear about "locked trfc..but there are no errors in trfc...and there doe snot seem to be IDOC clogging problem...
4) Not sure what yu mean by trfc "released"....
I checked R/3 JOb log and its pasted below ( though for other datasouce)....

I want to confrm my understanding abt extraction process when infopackage gets triggerred...
Infopackge gets triggered....->R/3 job gets created/triggered....-> Info iDoc regarding request sent to BW..-> Application document(??)) posted..(( posted to what???.... passed to Trfc??....and then to psa which is seen in monitor??))...
Like wise after successfull passing of datapackage to BW ( not posting to pSA) , next datapackage is sent..... and so on...
What is TRfc?? .as far I know its function modules created to pass data to bW thru RFC call...(??)...
IF you can give me clear picture of whts happening behind the scenes, it would be great.. or helpful links would do....it would be help me to enjoy wht you ae saying and how to tune more...

How to increase cpu time for a job

We have a application which submits a scheduler job. The job parses a blob and inserts rows into a table. It was running slow . On checking the scheduler tables I found out for actual time of 2 hours the job is taking cpu time of less than 2 minutes.
Can anybody help us with any idea to increase the CPU utilization by around 4 times so the job finishes in 30 minutes

How long does it take when you run the same action that the job is running from sqlplus ?
This looks like more of an Oracle tuning question than a Scheduler question. You might get better answers if you gave more info about the pl/sql code being run and posted this to the general pl/sql forum here

You can also try general PL/SQL profiling tools to see what statements in your code are taking the longest while to run e.g. AWR and ADDM if you have licenses for them.

Increase in Loading time for LV search in 2011

Initially when I loaded LV2011 my quick drop and the search took nearly 5 seconds but now it takes nearly 20 seconds to load so is there any reason for this kind of performance. Also I don't have anyother big software loaded or running in my PC. I have added few toolkits from VI package manager may be that is the reason?.

General Guideleines.
1. Dont use select statement inside the loop.
2. where possibel try to use Read statement with Binary Search Option and avoid using loop statement.
3. Try to avaoid joins if you are using any, isntead use For alll entries.
4. Try When u use for all entries try to make sure that your internal tbale is not initial.
5. Try to Sort and delete adjacent duplicates from internal tables wherever needed.
6. Use clear statement whererver required.

A word of caution is in order regarding changing from facing to non-facing and back again. If you have overridden master page items, you'll get a second, non-overridden copy on all the even-number pages when that half of the master page is re-applied. You can activate Time-Dependent Publishing Service on your XML form and once the Lifetime of Documents is over then the document is not visible to users.

It is only invisible but not deleted!
So to delete all expired XML Forms you should run Scheduler Tasks for Time-Dependent Publishing:

I configure ASA aaa to authentificate our internal web client to access to internet. It's check the username/password of client in our Active Directory.
When the client initiate the first connexion, the ASA request the login connexion and when it's correct, it authorise the access. But after 10 min for exemple, it's request again the login, and so one and so one. Approximativelly, after each ten minute, it requeste an username/password.
I want to know how can i increase the time between two authentifcation. Or increase the time of 10 min.

The authentication timeout is configurable via the "timeout uauth" command, and you can set either absolute or inactivity timeout.
