How to install gcc and its related packages?

In Debian, we can install a virtual package build-essential which relys on packages like gcc and libc6-dev to bulid a base development environment.
If I want to compile the source codes in Arch Linux , or compile my codes, which packages should i install??

none usually, it's all there already
You are basically expected to compile, using makepkg, all packages you want/need in the AUR, so the standard toolkit is already available...

Here is what you need to install under Oracle Linux or Red Hat Enterprise Linux to install the VirtualBox Guest Additions:

The packages are available from the Oracle public yum repository as already mentioned, or on the installation DVD in the server directory.

does anyone know how to install a swc and load the package?
I have installed the two SWC as3corelib-.92.1 and
xmlsyndication.swc into components, but when I call the package
from an AS file nothing happens other than, 1172: Definition
com.adobe:xml could not be found.
They turn up ok in flash as components, but I think I miss
something..
anyone knows how to make these to work in flash so I can make

When downloading XCode from the app store, it gets installed in your /Applications/ folder. All resources and tools are included in the XCode bundle and accessible from within the XCode UI.

If you really need to, I think the best way might be to install a 32-bit chroot and install the 32-bit version of gcc inside of it, which will then be able to compile 32-bit programs. Seems like it might be a bit of a hassle though .

I am getting current (todays) date by using below JS in some flds, and by using below FormCalc for some flds into my_form,
JS:
var currentTime = new Date()
Form Calc:
$.rawValue = num2date(date(), DateFmt(MM/DD/YYYY))
But, i dont have much idea that how adobe is getting this date? For my company this is the very first form, hence they are asking me how adobe gets date and its format whether,
1) From local IP/Interner provider address's date, format?
2) or user PC/laptop's LOCAL settings date, format? if so, for example, if Germany user (Laptop settings) has a DD.MM.YYYY configured, if this user comes to US on a busines trip and if that user opens the form, then how the date looks like for this user? as per user laptop settings DD.MM.YYYY or local internat provider date format MM//DD//YYYY?

the date() function returns the number of days since 01.01.1900 for the local date of the current system (related to the system clock of the OS).
If you travel from Germany to the US but don't update your date/time settings, then it returns the same date in the US as in Germany.
You can check the behavior by changing your local date/time setting or the timezones.

I have installed the labview 8.5. I have gone through the posed link and gone through the list of products installed in my machine (ControlPanel>Add and Remove Programs> National Instruments Software), but I couldn't find the "sound and vibration toolkit". I have tried to run the installation setup in order to add the toolkit. it looks like I have already installed all the available software. I don't know how I should install the toolkit. I appreciate on any comments on how to install the toolkit. I appreciate if you can help me on how to install "sound and vibration toolkit" in my machine.

I am facing a problem while installing Forms 6i. The following are the details.
I successfully installed Oracle 9i first under F:\oracle\ora90. While installing Forms 6i, I selected the "Typical" and gave the path as "F:\oracle\ora90" and clicked on the Next Button. Immediately I got an error message as "The location specified, 'F:\oracle\ora90' is already used as an Oracle home for 'Oracle 82 Beta'. It cannot be used as an Oracle home for 'nt'".
Could any one give the information of how to install forms and reports 6i. It ll be of great help to me.
