Go to system preferences/keyboard/input sources and use the + button, and then the "add" button to add one of the Chinese input methods.  You need to choose whether Traditional or Simplified and then pinyin or something else.  Then select Chinese in the "flag" menu at the top right of the screen.

  • How to setup the chinese word with unicode 5CEF?

    Hi,
    I have one question about traditional chinese word with 峯 in oracle database.
    How should i to set the coninguration of oracle database ?
    This chinese word which unicode code is 5CEF.
    THX.

    It is not possible to get 2 consoles working on one network simultaneously. You can get them working one at a time only. The router  is capable of making one internet connection, carrying a single WAN IP. This will be then used when you connect to the Xbox server. You will need a couple of WAN IPs to make your consoles connect at the same time.
    To resolve NAT issues on your Xbox, you must first configure your console with a Manual or Static IP. If you're using a gateway, there may be a need to unbridge the modem. From there, log- in to Linksys Smart Wifi and click Security under Router Settings. Go to Apps & Gaming and configure your rules under Single Port Forwarding.

  • How to send really Chinese word, not the string "&# number " to web browser

    Each Chinese word on page sending to web browser is translated to a string in form "&#<number>" by default, it's a problem when Chinese word is included in url. How to specify sending really Chinese word, not the string "&#<number>" to web browser?

    Thanks that seems to make much more sense, still having some troubles though.
    Ok so now the majority of it seems to be working and it seems to be sending the String just fine. And I'm having it send the String to the BufferedWriter "out" and then using the newLine() method to send a carriage return but the BufferedReader on "in" seems to not detect the carriage return.
    I have it doing a readLine() so that (as I understand it) it should be blocking, waiting until an end of line character so I assume each call of newLine() should have it pick up something but a quick breakpoint shows that it never stops blocking on readLine().
    I assume the connection is fine because the application running as server uses the socket object returned by the accept() method.
    Is there something I've perhaps misunderstood about the BufferedReader's readLine() method?
    Here's the new version of my netbeans project:
    http://rapidshare.com/files/371224512/KerazehDood.rar
    Also on a different line of questioning, I'm just wondering about socket convention.
    I was thinking it'd be useful in a game similar to what I'm attempting to make to not only send player position information but also client keypress information, I was just wondering, if you're doing something like that would it be frowned upon to use two separate ports? I think it would make the implementation far more legible and easy to structure but wasn't sure if applications usually try to stick to only one port or not.
    Thanks.

  • How to read Chinese word from a TXT file

    File.OpenText() read a TXT File with  Chinese word in   ;but it not show right.
    exam:The TXT File include :中国
     this.Txt1.Text=ofd.File.OpenText().ReadToEnd();
    but it show :ʹݼƻ
    How to solve it

    What encoding does the text file use?  Unlike .NET, Silverlight only supports UTF-8 and UTF-16.  File.OpenText() uses UTF-8 by default.
    If the text file is in some other encoding, you can create your own encoding class (that derives from System.Text.Encoding) that can be used to read the text file.
    class MyEncoding : System.Text.Encoding {
    this.Txt1.Text = (new StreamReader(ofd.File.OpenRead(), new MyEncoding())).ReadToEnd();

    I have a text file with data (save in unicode)
    test你好| test
    When I load this file into a table,
    The result will become
    ÿþt e s t i n g 'O}Y | t e s t
    ÿþt e s t i n g 'O}Y - 14 characters
    t e s t - 10 characters
    How I can load the chinese word properly in the table?
    Thanks.

    Hi .
    You can use these method in sequence as follow:
    1)  CALL METHOD cl_gui_frontend_services=>file_open_dialog
         this method let the user choose a file form his computer ad return the file path (ex.: C:/..../file.txt)
    2) CALL METHOD cl_gui_frontend_services=>gui_upload
         this method upload the file and return the file content.
    After you got the content of the file you can store it inot a custom table .
    There are similira merhod for the inverse problem (file download).

  • In Dreamweaver CC code view, how do I reenable shift-control+arrow keys to select words?

    In previous versions of Dreamweaver (for Windows but presumably for other operating systems as well) and in pretty much any other text editor (except maybe for vi/m but including the one I'm using to write this message in now). I can select characters using shift plus the arrow keys and select words by pressing shift-control plus the arrow keys. It seems you now have to use shift-alt to select words. I don't want to have to undo about 25 years of habit just for Dreamweaver.
    Please say this is an easy setting I can uncheck somewhere! Thanks!

    That is an issue that has come up a lot lately...
    Make sure to add your voice to the others here: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform and hopefully in the next release they'll put it back to normal.

    Netbeans6.8 is on stage now. But there is no downable plugin for WTK2.5.2. It means JavaME SDK 3.0 is offically mature. But I find there is no way to input chinese word with emulator.
    Any advice is welcome.

    Don't try to jailbreak it 3d party software is not always 100% qualified stuff. E.g., yesterday I've put Russian localization pack on my iPod and got a lot of "surprises": crashing keyboards & iPod apps, crappy not smoothed fonts etc.
    There is also no Russian || Ukrainian keyboard on iPod. That's Ok, but adding / changing contact details in the Address Book or editing iCal event is a really weird thing. Why should I use translitaration or write everything non-native language?! That's stupid that localization doesn't include language inputs.

    what is the shortcut key to highlight words in adobe reader in macbook pro?
    Shift + U is not working
    how can i change shortcut key?

    I don't believe there is a keyboard shortcut available for that feature. But I believe if you click-select the topmost chapter, and Shift-click the bottommost chapter, it should select them all.
    Other shortcuts for books can be set up in Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts in the Panel Menus product area. There are no default shortcuts in that area.

         i really appreciate whoever reply this post. thanks a lot.

    hi skalster,
    thanks for your reply. currently i use Jboss to make the connection and the configuration to mySQL. the code as such :
    <datasources>
      <local-tx-datasource>
        <jndi-name>RTA_DS</jndi-name>
        <connection-url>jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/jbossdb</connection-url>
        <driver-class>com.mysql.jdbc.Driver</driver-class>
        <user-name>root</user-name>
        <password></password>
        <min-pool-size>5</min-pool-size>
        <max-pool-size>20</max-pool-size>
          <metadata>
             <type-mapping>mySQL</type-mapping>
          </metadata>
        </local-tx-datasource>
    </datasources>so whatever there is a insertion or retrieval, the system will call entity bean and there is no DB configuration on my code side. all done by Jboss. but now i am more concern on chinese word or other languages which are able to pass the chinese parameter within jsp pages. now i am facing the problem which user key in the chinese or other language's input,it is fail to pass to another jsp (create_user_confirm.jsp) to do the validation. it appears as those funny character from input.jsp to create_user_confirm.jsp by using request.getparameter(). any idea to solve this matter?the source code of the 2 jsp files are at the previous message. i really thanks for your reply.
    have a nice day

  • Error when typing in Chinese word

    There is an error when I am going to type in chinese word in latest adobe muse cc version (2014.1). It pop out when I going to type in chinese but it is ok when type in english.
    I don't face this problem while doing my work in the last version (2014).
    And also after when I converted my file to latest version of muse cc, some of the wording became blank boxes. It shown in my image that I attached. But, it is normal when I preview it in browser.
    Can anyone help me to solve or any solution for both of the matter?
