How to limit values for InfoObject 0FISCPER

Hello experts
we work with BI 7.0
we use a manual input variable on InfoObject 0FISCPER in the filter of our queries.
As input help for the variable, the user gets a huge list of values. This list begins with year 2002. How can we limit the values of this list, for example the list should begin with year 2007.
InfoObject Settings for Master Data Access is "Own Implementation" Name of Master Data Read Class is "CL_RSMD_RS_0FISCVARNT". I think these settings are SAP standard for this InfoObject.
Thanks for your help
Johannes

You can also create a customer exit variable for fiscper.
And in the code, you can add the fiscal period values as per requirments,
That you want to default in the selection screen.
You can do a SELECT from the DSO(I assume there should be one that loads the cube) and select the available fiscal periods.
Thanks.

  • INFOSPOKE Selection value for Infoobject 0FISCPER

    Hi Experts,
    In my project there is a requirement to have the variable selection(To and From values) for 0FISCPER infoObject. Currently last day of every month the selection has to be changed manually to take data out of BW. Now client wants to make it automated. Could any one please suggest the solution . If any one has faced the similar situation then please guide me. It is very urgent.
    BW USER

    Hi Karthik,
    You can use the standard selection option variable and ask the users to enter the wild character before and after the input value.
    For example, if the user enters 'INT' , then report output would show all values which has 'INT'.
    However, the users would be seeing all the values in the master data or posted values in the transaction data ( as per the setting ) and not customised values as per your requirement.

  • Threshold limit value for the mic?

    Hello community,
    I have a nice setting for my microphone on adobe audition 6. But I have one big problem.
    How can I setup a threshold limit value for the microphone voice? The issue is, that I have all my ambient noises on the recording, so I need a "minimum" activation line. (the same as the "speech activation" in teamspeak 3). There must be a limit and noises under this limit have to be ignored/not recorded.
    I hope you know what I mean.
    Thanks in advance for any help and best greetings from Germany.
    Merciless

    Hallo Merciless
    because you mentioned "greetings from Germany" I'll now switch language, hope you understand German too.
    Viel Erfolg

  • BAPI_PO_CHANGE does not change LIMIT value for service PO with ref to IDOC

    Hi,
    I am trying to change the limit values for both ACCTASSCAT (K) and item cat (D ie service PO) with ref to message type PORDCH IDOC type PORDCH02, the IDoc is getting posted but the PO is not getting updated ie LIMIT value is not getting change and returning msg "No data changed".
    Could you please provide the way to change LIMIT value.
    Regards,
    Mojammil Khan

    Are you really sure that your IT_SCH has the same fields like POITEM?
    the delivery date and statistical delivery date are located in the schedule tab in ME23N and stored in the schedule table EKET, not in EKPO where the PO item data is stored.
    I think you should assign your IT_SCH to POSCHEDULE

  • How to set value for trim and bleed using jsx script?

    I have tried using bleedoffsetRect but somehow it is not working. Can anybody please help me on how to set value for trim and bleed using jsx script? Any example will be highly appreciated.
    Following is the code I am trying with:
    var _saveName = new File ( root_path +_strFileName+".pdf");
        var _saveOpts = new PDFSaveOptions();
        _saveOpts.printerResolution = 300;
        var bleedarray = new Array();
         bleedarray[0] =9.00;
         bleedarray[1]=9.00;
         bleedarray[2]=9.00;
         bleedarray[3]=9.00;
        _saveOpts.bleedOffsetRect = bleedarray;

    I would expect although I've not actually tried this for the bleed off set box to be larger than the artbaord and the first two values to be negative or 0…
    var bleedarray = new Array(-9,-9,artboard.width+9,artboard.height+9);
    Where 'artboard.width' & 'artboard.height' you will have calculated from your file. An Array(9,9,9,9); would not constitute any boxes bounds.

  • How to bind values for input parameters from an adf table?

    Hi,
    The version I am using is
    Jdev TP4 11.1.1.0.0
    I need to know how to bind values for input parameters to methods.
    I have created an af:table and I have a button created using a method which is outside the af:table. This method needs to take input parameter values from the column values in the table.
    When I have an adf form instead of the table the binding works.
    Any help?
    Thanks.

    Hi Balaji,
    you need to bind you table to a backing bean and call a method in the backing bean when you hit the button. In the method you get the selected row from the table and have access to the columns of it. Then call the the method with the parameters.
    To bind the table to a bean select the properties of the table, go to behavior section and look for the advanced section 'Binding' property.
    Select the small down arrow at the right side and click edit. In the dialog select or create a bean and property for the table.
    Go to the button properties, look for 'Action', again select the small down arrow and click 'Edit'. Select the bean which holds the table property and create a method for the button.
    The method look like    public void bearbeitenQuelle(ActionEvent actionEvent)
            // Add event code here...
            RichTable lTable = getYourTable();
            Object lData = lTable.getSelectedRowData();
            FacesCtrlHierNodeBinding lNB = (FacesCtrlHierNodeBinding) lData;
            YourViewRow lRow = (YourViewRow ) lNB.getCurrentRow();
        }Hope the get you started

  • Best way to configure redelivery limit value for a Queue

    Hello,
    My doubt is related to configuring the JMS Redelivery Limit property from Weblogic 9.2 Server.
    We must support redelivery attempts in our queue, with a redelivery delay of 30s. So, we have set the queue's Redelivery Limit property to -1, via Console Configuration:
    Settings for My_DQueue -> Delivery Failure -> Redelivery Limit = -1
    The consumer of that queue is a MDBBean, which extends org.springframework.ejb.support.AbstractJmsMessageDrivenBean.
    The producers to that queue are weblogic.jms.extensions.WLMessageProducer.
    That queue has an error queue configured as Error Destination.
    Then, the WLMessageProducer is the one who specifies that value:
    WLMessageProducer messageProducer = (WLMessageProducer)queueSession.createProducer(queue);
    messageProducer.setRedeliveryLimit(5);However, we will not be able to ensure that all message producers pointing that queue will specifiy that redelivery limit. This may lead us to problems, as default queue Redelivery Limit is set to -1, and messages without specified redelivery limit would be redelivered indefinitely.
    I'd like to know if there is any way to specify a MAXIMUM redelivery limit value for a JMS queue. For example: fixing that limit to 10. If producers specify by themselves a redelivery limit lower than such value, that limit is applied to messages. Otherwise, the configured default limit value is used.
    Another option we have considered is to include, in the MDB's onMessage() method, a validation of the "JMS_BEA_RedeliveryLimit" message property:
    This validation would check whether no redelivery limit is configured in the Producer, and would forward such messages directly to the error queue, from the MDB, when the "JMSXDeliveryCount" outnumbers our fixed value:
    public void onMessage(Message message) {
       try {
          if(message.getIntProperty("JMS_BEA_RedeliveryLimit")<0){
             //MESSAGE FOUND WITHOUT REDELIVERY LIMIT SPECIFIED BY PRODUCER.
             //POTENTIAL DANGER OF BEING REDELIVERED INDEFINETELY
             int deliveryCount = message.getIntProperty("JMSXDeliveryCount");
             if(deliveryCount>10){
                 //CAN I FORWARD MESSAGE TO ERROR DESTINATION?But we were not able to found such examples to achieve this
    Thanks in advance!
    Joan Esteve

    Hi Joan,
    I just double-checked, and as far as I can tell the options for setting a redelivery limit include programmatically on the Producer or by configuring an override on the Destination. Unfortunately, you need the override to only take effect if the delivery limit hasn't already been set. (If we had a default deliverylimit configurable on our connection factory, this would have done the trick.)
    I think you've already hit upon the solution: your consumers can check each received message's JMSXDeliveryCount and act accordingly. It's fine for a consumer to use the JMS_BEA_RedeliveryLimit property see if the Limit has been set by a producer, and then check JMSXDeliveryCount to check the delivery count, but I'm not sure if the JMS_BEA_RedeliveryLimit property is set in older versions (8.1 may not have it for example).
    As a refinement, you may want to use the WLMessageProducer forward() API. This is an alternative to send() that preserves the message-id and timestamp of a consumed message. I don't think forward() allows any modification of the consumed message before it's forwarded.
    Hope this helps,
    Tom

  • How to estimate value for LogBufParallelism

    how to estimate value for LogBufParallelism.
    Are there any dependencies between LogBufParallelism and LogFlushMethod ?

    If you are going to use logbufparallelism
    please make sure to use a release >= 11.2.1.7.0, as there was a bug related to using logbufparellelism in previous releases:
    In previous releases, the replication agent could crash and invalidate the database when the replication agent was reading close to the end of the in-memory logs. This problem could occur when the value of the connection attribute LogBufParallelism was greater than 1. In that case, one particular log record could cause a log strand reader to block and cause other strand-readers to read records in an incorrect order. This problem has been fixed. (BugDB 10174319 and 10176689)
    The suggestion is that you can set to any value up to the number of processors or cores that you have.
    Most people though I usually choose to set it something slightly lower than that if they want cpu(s) to be used other processes on the machine.
    There is no dependency with LogFlushMethod, but there is one for LogBufMb:
    If you change the value of LogBufParallelism, you also may need to change the value of LogBufMB to
    satisfy the constraint that LogBufMB/LogBufParallelism >=8

  • How to supply values for searchCriteria items in af:query programmatically

    Hi,
    Is it possible to supply the default values for search criteria items in af:query programmatically? I didn't find any of the method to set the values for the search criteria items inside the oracle.adf.view.rich.model.Criterion and oracle.adf.view.rich.model.AttributeCriterion classes.
    Please let me know how can I supply DATE values by default for the search criteria items inside the view criteria.
    Thanks

    Jdev I am using is 1.5.
    I've search page where I've a date field (like TransactionDate). The transactionDate is a transient variable in my VO. Created a view criteria using this transient date filed and kept the operator as 'Between'. When I load the page, I want to keep the values for Between operator as 'CurrentDate' and 'CurrentDate - 365 days' (LastYearDate as of today).
    I can't use bind variables to set the currentDate and lastYearDate to the values of the 'Between' operator. If I use so, I will get an error 'Attempt to set a parameter that doesn't occur in the sql.....'.
    So I thought of overriding the QueryEvent inside the bean. But I didn't find a way to set the values for the TransactionDate programmatically.
    I tried below code in the queryEvent method, but in this case the response time is very hign ( I didn't see the result till 30mn).
    DCBindingContainer bc = (DCBindingContainer)BindingContext.getCurrent().getCurrentBindingsEntry();
    ViewCriteria vc =
    JUSearchBindingCustomizer.getViewCriteria((DCBindingContainer)bc.findExecutableBinding("SupplierSearchCriteriaQuery"),"__ImplicitViewCriteria__");
    Date curretYearDate = null, lastYearDate = null;
    Calendar calendar = Calendar.getInstance();
    curretYearDate = calendar.getTime();
    calendar.add(Calendar.DAY_OF_YEAR, -365);
    lastYearDate =calendar.getTime();
    Object o = new Date();
    ViewCriteriaRow vcr = (ViewCriteriaRow)vc.get(0);
    for(int i=0;i<vcr.getAttributeNames().length;i++) {
    if(vcr.getAttributeNames() == "LastTransactionDate") {
    System.out.println("====================== opeartor ================== " + vcr.getOperator("LastTransactionDate"));
    if( ("%".equals(vcr.getAttributeValues()[i]) || vcr.getAttributeValues()[i]==null)) {
    List nameList = new ArrayList();
    nameList.add("LastTransactionDate");
    List valueList = new ArrayList();
    valueList.add(lastYearDate);
    valueList.add(curretYearDate);
    vcr.setAttributeValues(nameList, valueList);
    vc.addRow(vcr);
    JUSearchBindingCustomizer.applyAndExecuteViewCriteria(bc, vc);
