How to listen for key press when air app does not have focus
Hi,
I am developing a application in air and part of the functionality I need is the ability for the app to listen for when a specific key is pressed, even when the air app does not have focus.
Is there support for this for windows or mac? If not, how might this be accomplished? ANE?

will open up. That way, you don't have to wait for it
to load all the time.You have two ideas here. One is having a universal key map that always gets ctrl-f1 sent to your app. The other is a program that is constantly running so that you don't have to wait for it to open up. The former is not possible (and this is a good thing) As warneria and I have been saying, it is bad design for an app to try to force an OS to implement this kind of feature.
If you're not going to help please don't post at all;
it's a waste of time for both you, me, and anyone

Beyond that, even if you're not a malicious hacker - and I am sure you are not - if someone posts a solution to your problem, malicious coders then will have learned how to do it. If you think you're programming or using these forums in a bubble, you are not.

i have a birthday showing in my calendar listed as an all day event and it is incorrect how can I delete it. When clicked on does not bring up the edit feature. The vodaphone shop thinks it has synced with my facebook app.
hello, the addons manager is exactly the right place to look for it. please try disabling the addons that are listed there one-by-one (a restart of the browser might be necessary after each step). maybe one of them is bundling this kind of adware.

The FireWire cable is just for the FireWire ports on the display. The display will run without it.

I just purchased a camera packaged with Adobe photoshop Elements 11. I have a mac book air- which does not have a cd drive. The package did not come with a code or anything that would provide me with another way to install photoshop that came with my camera. Is there any other way i can install this on my camera without using the provided cd or buying the software again?
That doesn't help the user with the serial code though.

You can use the Settings in the slideshow to Show Captions, either the Description filed be display, the Title field or both.
If you create the slideshow in iDVD from still photos from iPhoto you can add the Description and/or Title via the settings in iDVD.
Since iDVD adds both automatically the user must go thru the slideshow and remove those items not wanted. -
I am trying to access my calender in the app Planner Plus and I get the message. "This app does not have access to your calendars." You can enable access in Privacy Settings. But when I go to Privacy Settings, there are no apps listed under Calendar. Anyone?
Oh my gosh. This worked perfectly!!!
After allowing the changes, I just had to open the apps again (such as Instagram), then the pop-up asking to allow access to Photos appeared!
And I thought I was going to get rid of my iPhone 4 already because of the issue. -

How to listen to key press in JTable
I've been trying to listen to key press in JTable,
However it only works if the cell is double-clicked.
If the tab button is use or the cell is single-clicked, nothing happens to the listener.

How can I install Firefox on a server that does not have an internet connection?
I run Firefox on a server to display graphs for a program. I was able to save, upload and install Firefox version 21 on my server because it used the executable installation program. Versions 22 and 23 use a stub program that goes to the internet and installs the program. My server does not have an internet connection, so the stub program does not work. Can I get a copy of the executable program that installs the program without having an internet connection?

How to schedule an appointment with a contact that does not have an e-mail address
I want to use MS Office Outlook to schedule appointments with clients that may not have an e-mail address. They way appointments are made at our office is that a clients calls to ask for an appointment, the appointment book is consulted for the open time
slots and a date and time is agreed. There is no need to send out an e-mail address even if the client has an e-mail address. Right now if a client does not have an e-mail address Outlook does not even show the option to set an appointment.
On the day of the appointment the clients are phoned and it would be nice to be able to just click on the appointment and then have the computer make the call via Skype.
This is supposed to be easier than using an appointment book with a pencil and eraser.
