How to make an effect of a glass breaking and fall into pieces?
I want to make an effect where there's a guy hitting a wall and the wall falls into pieces...Please help!! I can make the guy in green screen but its the effect of the wall breaking that I want to know how to make in motion. Hope anyone can help

Keylight what? All I see is some effect similar to Leave Color, a.k.a the Pleasantville effect that made the rounds 10 years ago. It may require additional masking and otehr effects, but definitely not something that is specifically related to Keylight...

How to make the light streak around the guys , and some part it look like it's behind on some parts I tried , rotoscoping some part the light streaks will go to behind , but how to go back to front ? and it look smooth and perfect like the preview video? The answers are the same ones you got on Video CoPilot. Yes, rotoscoping and yes, Particular. The rest is just a matter of a few keyframes, some tracking and arranging everything in 3D space plus finding the right masking modes. Just keep trying. Nobody can explain to you how to make art, especially since you are a beginner at both AE and Particular.

Ah, but wouldn’t it be ever so much easier to explain if you actually provided (a lores of) the image in question?
And how do I make the background transparent?
Preferably with a Layer Mask and then saving in the appropriate file format (psd or png24 for example support transparency).

How to make a PWM period of 20 ms and a pulse duration 0,8-2,0 ms. deskret pulse length 0.01 ms. for MCB2300. Are there examples of such implementation?

I see you as having two options (if you want finer resolution):
1) Lower the period of the PWM (such that the percentage values would be of finer resolution with regards to the overall PWM period).
2) Alter the duty cycle of the PWM with an Inline C node.
From what I understand, LabVIEW simply calls into the PWM driver distributed by Keil (for the MCB2300). You can call into the PWM driver directly and/or change register values on the chip if you want in order to do whatever you want. Both would require you to look through/program in C code.

How to make editing cell to show up caret and taking keyboard event

I have the following problem with table editing.
1. using mouse clicking, the editing cell will have cursor and taking keyboard event.(no problem with it)
2. just type in data, it will show up in the selected cell, but the editing cell do not have cursor visible and also do not fire the keyboard event.
I have problem with this one. So how to make editing cell to have caret visible and taking keyboard event.

you should subclass JTable and overwrite two methods.
1. protected boolean processKeyBinding(javax.swing.KeyStroke ks,
java.awt.event.KeyEvent e,
int condition,
boolean pressed)
to store the current keyboard event,
2.public boolean editCellAt(int row,int column,java.util.EventObject e)
to fix the problem with isCellEditable and curret position and direct the event into proper place.

select the section you want to copy (marquee tool or lasso tool) and either go to edit copy or use control c create a new layer in layers (top menu bar) or Control shift N and paste using control V; or edit > paste.

If you mean this effect and then changing to a black screen then this is a glow with an add blend mode and a blur followed by a black layer multiplied with opacity keyframes.
I would put the video on the bottom layer, then add an adjustment layer and set the in and out point of the adjustment layer to the length you want to have this effect. It's only a few frames in the sample video. Then I'd go to the middle of the adjustment layer and add Glow to see if you could get close to this effect. Then I'd animate the opacity of the adjustment layer from zero to 100 over a few frames. I'd then set a new black solid above that and set the blend mode to Multiply. Set the in point just past the second keyframe in the adjustment layer and set the opacity to 0. Then move in a few frames and set the opacity of the black solid to 100% and set the out point of the adjustment layer to the same spot. Then move down a frame or two and set another opacity keyframe for the black solid at 100% then move down a few frames and set the opacity to zero and set an out point for the black solid.
Figuring these things out is just a matter of looking at the frames and trying to figure how to stack layers up to achieve the effect. Grab some stills from various parts of an effect you are trying to copy and then try and figure out what you could do to the footage to get the same result. Only a few of the effects you see are just a single plug-in applied to a single layer. This is the best way to learn After Effects.
Here's what a comp would look like using a frame from the sample video. Note that the adjustment layer and the black solid are only a few frames long. I made a quick stab at the color grading of the frame by making some adjustments to the A and B colors of the glow, added some blur, and added a little color correction to the adjustment layer using curves. This should get you started.
