How to map Write-Off details to GL

Hi,
I'm using cst_write_offs,cst_write_off_details tables in one of my query. I want to know how we can map these tables to the GL tables.
Scenario:
Need to fetch rcv_transaction_id and po_distribution_id from the above write-off tables.
I am getting WRITE_OFF_ID from other query which I'm passing to these write-off tables to get the write-off data.
However there are multiple records in the cst_write_off_details table for one WRITE_OFF_ID. I found that AE_HEADER_ID and AE_LINE_ID combination is unique for these records.
Is there any chance of getting single record from this table?
Is there any revelence in AE_HEADER_ID and AE_LINE_ID with GL header and line details and can we map those?
Please help.

Hi Ravindra,
The AE_HEADER_ID is a reference for an accounting entry created at subledger level .... it is not directly linked in to GL_JE_HEADERS/ GL_JE_LINES , however the link between them is made available in the GL_IMPORT_REFERENCES table.
In the GL_IMPORT_REFERENCES table, you have a column for JE_HEADER_ID which is a reference available in GL_JE_HEADERS Table ... and you have a column for REFERENCE_7 which is a reference to the AE_HEADER_ID in the XLA_AE_HEADERS table.

either do it by mb1a move typoe 551 and spectiaop stock O
or by physical inventory cycle MIO1

You can call up the asset history sheet as a totals list, or as a detail list showing individual assets. The detail list shows the capitalization date for each asset, and, if applicable, the deactivation date and any transactions in the year being reported.
There is a special history sheet version defined for showing special reserves for special depreciation. This version shows the
·        Initial balance
·        Allocation to special reserves
·        Write-off (depreciation) of special reserves
·        Write-off of special reserves due to asset retirements
·        Write-off of special reserves due to transfers
·        Closing balance
Procedure
       1.      Call up the report for creating the asset history sheet (Info system ® Report selection ® Balance sheet explanations).
       2.      Enter the start parameters for the report. Make the following particularly important entries
         Company code for the report
         Report date
         Sort version that you want to use
         Asset history sheet version that you want to use
         Use the current book value indicator to specify if you wish to show planned annual depreciation, or the depreciation already posted.
       3.      If you have not posted the actual retirement of low value assets, you can use the asset history sheet to simulate their retirement (in order to minimize the transactions necessary for their retirement). In this case, enter the asset class for low value assets.
You also need to specify a time period for the retirement simulation. Please note that the simulation time period must begin on the same date every year so that LVAs can be shown continuously and correctly in the history sheet. This fixed start date should lie in the distant past (for example 1900). Using the same start date each year ensures that LVAs, for which retirement has already been simulated, do not appear in the history sheet with their APC in subsequent years. In addition, the end date for the simulation time period has to be in a fiscal year that is still open.
The same procedure applies for intangible assets.

       4.      Limit the report as needed. If needed, make additional entries for lists created using batch input.

Dear all,
I have one invoice from OM (auto invoice from OM) and our user find that 200 quantity will not charge our customer out of ordered quantity are 1000. How can I write off the 200 quantity for loss in AR?
Doesany one has idea? or alternative can handle this?

How to create a servlet and write its details in DD in PAR Application

Hi Experts,
I want to create a servlet in PAR application. This servlet should be capable of accessing the functions of other java files included in PAR Application. Servlet should be capable of accessing the functions say doContent(req, resp) of any class of PAR application.
Is it possible to create Servlet in PAR application?
I created one servlet but unable to declare its information in Deployment Descriptor.
Because the deployment which is provide ie portalapp.xml doesnt allow us to write tags like <servlet-name>, <servlet-mapping>, <url-pattern> etc. These are necessary for declaration of servlet.
So how can i write a complete working Servlet under PAR application?
Please help and replies will be appreciated.

I don't think it is possible to write Servlet in portal applications.
I guess in Portal Application Projects we can develop portal components and portal services only.

In my add product form I have a field for entering product details..... to enter the different kinds of stones the necklaces are made from..... sometimes more than twenty for one necklace..... So what I want to do is have check boxes... or radio boxes to choose what stones to add to the description..... So I can have a list of about fifty different kinds of stones all with a check box next to them so that when you choose a box that stone name would appear in the product description
Sounds easy but I can't figure out how to do it.....
I think I need a different table in my database a 'stone_neck' field to store all the stone names.... about 50 fields..... .... with an id field and a name field and maybe a display field ....... I think

No Location map in iMessage details
