How to open a form of an already opened Access project from another application?

I have this problem: I have multiple modules in both Excel and Outlook that open Access forms. Therefore is use simple codes like these:

Most times the "Orderstroom.accdb" front-end will be running but when it's not I want the code to open it. For that manner I use the FollowHyperlink method (that simply opens the front-end if it's closed and brings it to the foreground) in
combination with GetObject (that just sets the object).
Now, this works like a charm, except for when another front-end was opened
before Orderstroom.accdb! In that case, the code tries to open the wished form in the front-end that was opened first.
I know that the form would open in the correct front-end when I add the front-end's path to the GetObject method, however this is no solutions because it will
always open that front-end, even when it is already opened.
I've searched for hours the past weeks. Unfortunetaly I can't seem to find a work-around for this problem! Can anyone help me, please? :(

I am working on a project to access JDBC Driver within C application. The invocation JNI is used.
To get better performance, I use the preparedStatement for dynamic sql. This need to transfer much parameter data from C to JDBC for PreparedStatement object in JVM. I think this maybe get improvements by using the new direct bytebuffer function from JDK1.4. However I cannot find an example code to get start. Could someone provide some ideas for this?
Currently, I directly call JDBC API in C application through JNI, so there is no java codes. Only c file using JNI call.
My understanding is to use the direct bytebuffer feature, I also need to have java codes to process the JDBC API call and then can share the same memory between Java and C. Please correct me if wrong.

1. Why don't you just write the database access in C?
You mean to directly call JDBC API in C through JNI, right? My plan is to wrap the JDBC API by java and expose seldom interface to C native code, so reduce the JNI call between C and JAVA. If directly call the JDBC API call from C, the number of JNI call maybe more.
No I mean what I said. In C, no java at all, why don't you write code to access the database?
2. The database access itself is going to be slower than anything that you do in C or java.
Exactly. I just want to find each potential points to get performance improvements for the whole solution. I also did some optimization work for the database call. The goal is to get the best performance from C application to database through JDBC libs.
Then I suggest you profile it.
3. Why don't you use import/export files and the database tools? This is often significantly faster with volume processing.

Nothing to do with java, jni nor C.
Major (or perhaps everything that is a real 'database') comes with additional tools. Amounst those tools will be command line tools capable of importing and exporting data from the database. In processing bulk data they will always be faster than anything you can do in JDBC. -
Can anyone help with accessing itunes through imovie for background music? when pressing the music button, the music will not show for itunes and keeps asking to open itunes, even though its already open as an application?
Do you get an error message when you try to launch iTunes? If so, what does it say? (Precise text, please.)

RegardsYou have the command in VB 6.0 to run any exe files right (I think it is the system command). Next to that command place the following code to run your forms application
ifrun60.EXE <forms.fmx with complete path> userid=<username>/<password>@<connection string>.

Safari problem: when I switch back into safari from another application, the menu bar comes up but no tabs or windows. What's going on? Just started yesterday. I have found a workaround: when I Command Tab back to safari, I hit command T to open a new tab and Command W to close it, and my other tabs are visible.
I have tried shutting down, closing tabs, with no success. What's going on and how can I fix it?

PS: I'm not sure of the actual OS level, but I have not allowed it to upgrade to Maverick yet; concerned about it because of a few things I've read...A Safari extension or third party plugin may be causing the menu bar issue.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test. If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.
If it's not an extensions issue, try troubleshooting third party plug-ins.
Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the Security tab. Deselect: Allow plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that made a difference, instructions for troubleshooting plugins here.
As for which OS X is installed.
Click the Apple () menu top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac.
The version is noted there.

It's your choice whether or not to upgrade to Mavericks. If you decide to do this, make sure your Mac meets the requirements noted here. -
Help required with Photoshop Elements 4.0 this has been installed on my new Toshiba laptop with windows 8.1 for some 18 months and operating well. What is the size of your hard disk? PSE 4 is a very old program and I suspect it is not able to access the entire hard disk on your machine. Just a thought here.

When I click on an active link from another application, it opens the firefox application, but won't open open the page - it just opens Firefox or takes me to Firefox. No new tab or window is opened and the link is not displayed.
Firefox sent an email to me to confirm that I had asked the above question. The email had a link to click. When I clicked it from Firefox, nothing happened. Then I opened IE, signed into Comcast, opened the email, clicked the link, and it brought me here.

I am getting the following error when trying to open iTunes: "The iTunes application could not be opened. You do not have enough access privileges for this application." I am logged in with the admin (and only) user account on my laptop, so I'm confused as to why this would start happening all of the sudden.
I poked around in the control panel trying to find random options that would fix it, but nothing has. I'm running Windows 7.

But We know that with AWT TextField, you can copy and paste from another application. My question is how AWT textfield implemented with this feature. I don't think it is via the systemclipboard.
