How to populate " UnRestricted Stock" key figure from 0IC_C03

Hello All,
There is requirement for us to show a field known as "unrestricted stock" from the info cube 0IC_C03. but there is no such key figure in that info cube. I searched all the forums and learnt that it must be calculated on fly while the report executes.
can any body help to identify / populate the "Un Restricted Stock" from the info cube 0IC_C03.

1. DELETE Single Key Figure from my planning cube. When the "PYMNT DATE" is greater than System Date, then delete the
key Figure.
2. Once Deleted, LOAD the same Single Key Figure from another cube when the PYMNT DATE is GT System Date.
How can I do this in a Program. What would be the code for this? Need help with ABAP.

Could not release my own Key Figure from DP to SNP

Hi SAP Experts,
As requirement, I have to run forecast for three Key Figures in Demand Planning (DP): Z_FK1, Z_KFK2, Z_FK3. Unit of measure of these Keyfigure are VND (currency Viet Nam Dong).
I added these Key Figures to DP Planning Area with name Z_DPPlan01.
I created a new Planning Area in SNP with name: Z_9ASNP02 by coppying from the standard 9ASNP02. Then I added the above Key Figures (Z_FK1, Z_KFK2, Z_FK3) into Z_9ASNP02 planning area.
After I runing forecast in DP, I tried to release value of three Key Figures into SNP with tcode: /n/sapapo/mc90. Although system informs that u201CRelease successfully executedu201D, nothing released from Z_DPPlan01 to Z_9ASNP02 when I check in SNP Planning book.
Question is:
How to configure Key Figures in SNP and DP (Sematic, Key Figure Function, Category, Category Groupu2026) so that we can release all three above Key Figures from DP to SNP?

2 . The business requirements are:
Our customer is a bank that has many branches. They want to forecast for each branches:
- The Total money (all denominations) will be issued in next quater (Z_KF1). This base on historical data (Z_HIS1)
- The total money (all denominations)will be received in next quater (Z_KF2). This base on historical data (Z_HIS2)
Base on these forecast KFs, we need to calculate the Average of Total money will be received and Issued in next quarter (Z_KF3 = (Z_KF1+ZKF2)/90.
90 is the number of days in a Quarter.
We need to release the three KFs from DP to SNP for further calculation and reporting. As said previously, I added three time series KFs Z_KF1, Z_KF2, Z_KF3 to SNP Planning Area (Z_9ASNP02)
If could not release, we can coppy. But the problem is that: in DP, beside standard characteristics 9AMATNR and 9ALOCNO, we also added more custom characteristics like Z_TYPE (to generate CVCs and to drill down money by type (cotton, polymer, coin)). So when I run the Tcode /n/sapapo/tscopy, despite of the fact that in u201CCharacteristic Assignmentu201D I only assigned 9AMATNR and 9ALOCNO from source to target, system show message like:
3 combinations not contained in target master planning object structure
Message no. /SAPAPO/MSDP_REL108
Diagnosis
Characteristic combinations exist in the source planning area's master planning object structure that are not contained within the master planning object structure of the target planning area.
System Response
The source data of these characteristic combinations is not written to to the target planning area.
So, How to copy with my case?

While transporting Key Figures from Dev to Quality system, error occured.

Hello Experts,
While transporting Key Figures from Development to Quality system, I am getting this error : " /BIC/AZPA1R_CT40-/BIC/ZPA1RBA10 (specify reference table AND reference
field)".
Here, I have changed the data type of the key figure from Number type to Amount type. Then I activated them, captured in request and when transported I got the error saying "/BIC/AZPA1R_CT40-/BIC/ZPA1RBAL9 (specify reference table AND reference field)"
These Key Figures are used in ODS.
Is there I am missing something, please tell how can I make these transports successfull.

Yes you missed to transport reference object.
Previously key figure data type is number then you have changed to Amount. While changing data type to amount You should maintain reference char like 0currency, Doc_currency......in the Unit/currency tab. ( If you use fixed unit or currency no need to maintain any reference Object).
During transpotation you need to collect this reference char with main key figure and then transport.

The problem is ;
Customer no : 0012345
For this Customer no description is maintained only in EN, JA ,FR from R3 side.
EN : HP International Ltd

FR: Ltd International de HP
There is no value for Language ES.
BW side:
User is login into language Key ES and executing the report based on this Customer no. There is no Customer text value maintained in language Key ES. It should populate the text value empty. BW system - Language ES is installed.
I have a Reporting requirement is - I need to populate the text value for this customer No: HP International Ltd when the user login to language Key ES and execute his reports.
/BI0/TCUSTOMER Customer text table I am able to see the description for the EN, JP, FR text values.
EN: HP International Ltd
JP: HP の国際的な株式会社
FR: Ltd International de HP
If the Customer text is not available in the text table of customer for language key ES - I have to populate the any one of the existing customer text values into the language key ES - example
0012345 ES HP International Ltd
Simplest solution if we maintained ES customer description in R/3 should be ok.
Is their any other logic which I can implement in BW.

If you are opting to load Customer Text, there are two options:
1. R/3 maintained.
2. Generic Extraction using Flat Files.

that has one key figure from a multicube and two other key figures from another multicube.
Also I factor the total using a variable with a replacement path on the dummy attribute (Constant) to "force" the calculation at the material level.
Cost = Cost(CUBE1) / Quantity(CUBE1) * Quantity(Cube2) * ZVRMATER1
Problem:
If I split the calculation this works before aggregation at the material level. Also this works fine using calculations that use key figures that must be calculated before aggregation if they all are from the same cube at the time. The required formula above will not work (zero divide) since during selection the OLAP processor retrieves in phases and with value 0 from the key figure of CUBE2.
Any suggestion on how to solve this without new back-end development?

1. To check the definition of the CKF you need to go to the query designer.
2. Once into the query desiger switch on the technical names in the query. THis option is available in the Icons displayed on the top of query designer
3. Then right click on the CKF and click display. You will find the necessary details.
4. If you are not able to see the definition of the CKF, then you may need to go in the change mode and then . Try this in development environment.

Converting key figures from rows to column using DSO and start routine

I need some help to convert key figures from rows to column.
The source is DSO 1 and I am thinking about writing ABAP in the start routine to do the conversion. The target is DSO2.
Below is the more detail information with example. Basically, for each record in DSO 1 I need to create 3 records (because there are 3 KF's) and output to DSO2.

How to delete a restricted key figure in a multiprovider

Hi all
I used transaction RSZC (for the first time) to copy over restricted key figures from and info provider to a multi provider.
This worked but somehow it copied over each restricted key figure twice.
I have right clicked on the ones I don't want and clicked on delete but it doesn't delete them.
any ideas ?

It was my fault, I had them in structures that I'd copied over so that's why it wouldn't let me delete them.

2. In the select clause give the reference to the key figure on which restriction to be applied.
For example

I have one restricted key figure.
1) Is it possible to hide the key figure for calender year 2009 and display it for year 2010. I mean can we hide the column dynamically?
2) Can we grey out the key figure from filter criteia so that it cannot be checked for specific calender year?
eg if i have 3 key figures as One , Two , Three.
In filter , it will show One , two , three and the checkbox . Is it possible to grey out the checkbox so that user will not be able to check it or tick it?

How to transfer special stock type ''O'' from unrestricted into blocked

Hello!
I would like to finD out if there is any movement type which would move sprecial stock ''O'' (provided for Vendor) from unrestricted to blocked? The stock should still belong to vendor afterthat.
We want to move the quantity of some batches into ststus blocked as we do not want them to be used (bad quality) - the are physicaly at vendor. We move this unavailable materials from vendor to our plant every 2-3 months and would need to have accurate information about unrestricted stock.

For the stock of material provided to vendors, the available stock types are unrestricted-use stock and stock in quality inspection. So you can NOT change the stock type to blocked.
I suggest you create a special storage location for this purpose.

Please let me know if anybody has created aggregates on Non-Cumulative Cubes or key figure (i.e. 0IC_C03 Inventory Management.)
I am facing the problem of performance related at the time of execution of query in 0IC_C03.( runtime dump )
I have tried lot on to create aggregate by using proposal from query and other options. But its not working or using that aggr by query.
Can somebody tell me about any sample aggr. which they are using on 0ic_c03.
Or any tool to get better performance to execute query of the said cube.
One more clarification req that what is Move the Marker pointer for stock calculation. I have compressed only two inital data loading req. should I compress the all req in cube (Regularly)
If so there would be any option to get req compress automatically after successfully load in data target.
We are using all three data sources 2lis_03_bx,bf & um for the same.

Definately the compression has lot of effect on the quey execution time for Inventory cubes <b>than</b> other cumulated cubes.
So Do compression reqularly, once you feel that the deletion of request is not needed any more.
And ,If the query do not has calday characterstic and need only month characterstic ,use Snap shot Info cube(which is mentioned and procedure is given in How to paper) and divert the month wise(and higher granularity on time characterstic ,like quarter & year) queries to this cube.
And, the percentage of improvement in qury execution time in case of aggregates is less for non cumulated cubes when compared to other normal(cumulated) cubes. But still there is improvement in using aggregates.

How to display Non Cumulative key figure data

I want to check if there is any data for a non-cumulative key figure. While i am trying to display the data from cube or Multi provider, it is not showing this field. is there any way to check the data for this field other than using reports.

Take Eg: Quantity of valuated stock - 0VALSTCKQTY it is combination of
Quantity Received into Valuated Stock- 0RECVALSTCK and
Quantity Issued from Valuated Stock- 0ISSVALSTCK
In report you can see only 0VALSTCKQTY Keyfigure.
And the above Two Keyfigures are filling by Routines using Process Keys.
This is for 0IC_C03 and data you can check in MB5B Tcode in ECC.
