How to preserve GE01 on all transactions after EDI Receive

Hi,
I am doing EDI receive to pick up batched transaction file which has multiple ST/SE.
When I process this file, And ST/SE are split into individual transactions I see that GE01 is available in context of just one message and is lost on all other ST/SEs.
Is there a way I can make it appear on each transaction?
Actually I have component that reads GE01 and passes its value, so if it is not available in the context, I get it an error:
Inner exception: There is no value associated with the property 'EDI.GE01' in the message.

So, let's try to clear this up a bit.
EDI.GE01 is not lost on some messages, it is only applied to the last message
in the Functional Group. This is simple because the parser does not scan all the way to the end of the FG to get the value for any other message.
There is no way out of the box to have it appear on every message in the FG. Of course, it is possible to implement this yourself by wrapping the EDI Disassembler and holding a collection of references to the messages, then applying the property
to all the messages in the collection.
If you describe what you're trying to do, maybe we can offer some alterntives.
I will tell you then trying to verify the count youself won't really get you much. BizTalk will not lose any of the transaction sets. Everything coming in can be accounted for by either a valid message or an error. So if the app properly
handles error cases, the count mismatch isn't really that useful.

Unless Mail has changed in Mountain Lion, which I don't use, you shouldn't have to do anything. They should just remain where they were. Are they disappearing after being read?
Maybe there's some Preference in 10.8 Mail I don't know about. In my 10.6 Mail, I would Open>Mail>Preferences>Accounts>Mailbox Behaviors. Should be at that location in ML Mail>Preferences or somewhere in Preferences.

Try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.

How to come out of standard transaction after giving error message

Hi Experts,
I have one requirement like i need to validate a field in standard transaction ME21N. If user enters wrong value then i have to give error message and leave the transaction ME21N immediately. If i do the code with error message then i struck in the same screen of ME21N(but i need to come out of ME21N).Can anybody help me for this particular scenario.

Ahhh, I see, this is a different story, now.
How about issuing an Information message, and saying LEAVE TO TRANSACTION 'ME21N'.
Message I001(00) with 'THere is some problem, transaction ending'.
leave to transaction 'ME21N'. " Or you may be able to use SY-TCODE here.

How to preserve your battery all day - MUST READ

when roaming out in the boonies this past weekend, my phone died within ~6 hours without using it at all. i was pretty annoyed.
the second day, i did the following:
1) turned off GPS and Google location services
2) turned off data roaming
3) turned off data usage
turning off these three things immediately reaped benefits. my battery life went down about 2% per hour without using it. off the charger at 9am, texted for maybe half an hour off and on (i.e. the screen was probably on a total of 30 minutes) and i made one 5 minute roaming phone call. still about 70% by 5pm.
i turned on data usage and data roaming the next day, and sure enough, the phone was hosed by like 3pm.
i know some of you need to use data/GPS heavily, and the only way to deal with it is to get a second battery. however, with data off, you can still call and text message, and that alone is acceptable to me when in roaming-only country land.
i don't know if this suggestion has been posted. if it has, please lock/delete this thread.
also, there have been complaints about the phone just being off sometimes, with the user having to power it back up. webOS has been blamed, but i think it's just the fit of the battery. i've found that even light jarring of the phone on its end can disrupt the connection at the battery to the phone, so i took a post-it, cut a small strip the length of the battery, folded it in half once, and placed it between the rounded end of the battery and the phone (on the side of the battery). it keeps it more snug and in place, and i have not discovered my phone to be off since i did this.
it's kind of a ghetto fix, but honestly, i never take the battery out anyway, so i don't mind.

also, it should be noted that i live in the DC area, and even with data usage and data roaming enabled, my battery still only drops like 2-3%/hr if i'm not using it. if i take it off the charger at 9am, by 5pm, i'm at about 75% with maybe 5 minutes of phone calling, 5 minutes of texting, and ~15 minutes of internet use (mostly mobile sites like m.cnn.com, etc).
if i use sprint TV or navigation, it seems to drain the battery very quickly, but i can always plug it in either to my computer, an outlet, or into the USB connector in my car. it's certainly not bad for a small 1150mAh battery, but i wouldn't count on using sprint navigation as a replacement for a true garmin/tom tom.
however, when i'm using navigation in the car and i'm also listening to music via bluetooth audio, the audio will drop by 90% in volume for the turn-by-turn voice instructions to come through my car's speakers, which is really nice.

I have process chain for uploading data from data source 0fi_gl_4 to a ODS and from there to two more ODS.
There was some special characters in data load because of which activation was not taking place. I added that special characters in RSKC and activated request manually in ODS.
Now please explain, how should I update the same request to next ODS?

You have activated the DSO Manually right (hope the process turned to green now) if that is the case it will trigger the next event/process automatically by itself.
If it is not try to do along with that Process (DSO1) make it green or repeat delta.

How do I restore computers network name after it received a (2)?

We have a small network at work with 4 Macs and a PC file server.
1 MBP, 1 Imac and 2 Mac Minis. The MBP runs Snow Leopard and the other computers are all on Tiger Recently one of the Mac Minis' crashed and subsequently it is displayed twice on the network. As Elize and Elize(2). Elize is not accessable, but Elize(2) is. I would like to restore it to the original setup. How do I do that?

Apple's official advice is here... HT2905 - How to find and remove duplicate items in your iTunes library. It is a manual process and the article fails to explain some of the potential pitfalls.
Use Shift > View > Show Exact Duplicate Items to display duplicates as this is normally a more useful selection. You need to manually select all but one of each group to remove. Sorting the list by Date Added may make it easier to select the appropriate tracks, however this works best when performed immediately after the dupes have been created. If you have multiple entries in iTunes connected to the same file on the hard drive then don't send to the recycle bin.
Use my DeDuper script if you're not sure, don't want to do it by hand, or want to preserve ratings, play counts and playlist membership. See this thread for background and please take note of the warning to backup your library before deduping.

Photoshop and other programs can strip meta-data including EXIF data frome images for example save for web and devices has that as an option. You can use that option to make files a little smaler and keep prying eyes from being able to see your meta. If you edit a image file stripped of metadata and and save a PSD file it will not have EXIF data. Stitching programs may also save PSD files without Exif data for even if all the image stitched were shot using the same setting their exif data would not be the same the time stamps would at least differ. PSD file may also be created form a new document that have images placed or pasted into it. Photoshop would not create Exif data for open new document and pasteing an image from the clipboard content would not have exif data. If you placed in images into your new document their Smart Object layer many have EXIF data if you double click on the smart object Photoshop will open the embedded object in Photoshop. So the question you need to answer is did the PSD file ever have EXIF data. How was the PSD file created in the first place.
Why is your question in a scripting forum not the Photoshop Windows/Mac foums. Also Photoshop can be used to change images size and I do not beleive it would change any EXIF data to reflect that the image's size has been changed. Or is that what your verifying that the current images pixel size is the same as the exif pixel size. But then canvas could have been so there would ba a border around an image the may or may not have been resized. What is it that you are trying to verify?

How do I view all transactions run by a certain user?

I am being asked by management whether it is possible to provide a report showing all transactions run by certain users and I'm struggling to figure out how to do this in 'standard' SAP.
I can use ST03N to show all users that have run a certain transaction, but can't see anywhere in ST03N that gives this information the other way round (i.e. all transactions run by a certain user). I can use SUIM to see all transactions that a user is authorised to run, but this doesn't show me which of those transactions a user has actually run - which is what I need.
Can anyone help me with this?

Hi Arwel,
You need to run Auditing by configuring SM19, it's very simple you need to select the tabs which are need to be audited. This will create small amount of log file make sure about disk space.
Once you turn on auditing you can go to SM20 and watch all the activities of the users. Make sure that you configure SM19 after every server reboot.

You can only view your account's purchase history, you can't view a history of card redemptions.
My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iOS devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to).
To view your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
You've tried logging out and back into your account to see if your balance then shows ? alrite. I have made my mistake. I should not jail break my iphone. So if I purchase my apps again from itunes is that mean mean my data will be back?

I did a reset of my phone yesterday and now when I go to purchaed to download my paurchsed tabs there is nothing there.
I see them in my ipad but they are not in my itunes app section either.
I searched for one in the app store and it usually said "open" or had the cloud icon with the little arrow to downlaod again (free). But none of that shows up at all this time. All the apps that I'm missing show up in the pp store for me to buy again like I never purchased them at all!
What's going on?

I just wanted to add this information to my post:
I have purchaed, free and paid, 618 apps.
In my phone apps to add to my phone when I plug it in my computer only 266 apps show up.
In my itunes "puerchased list" only 266 show up.
Thank God I have not updated my ipad. There I went to my "purchased" under the ALL list in the app store and there I do see my 618 apps!
Where did my other 352 apps go? Which many were paid.
I want my apps back.

I don't know about your camera roll, but for photostream just do this:
Go into Settings > iCloud > Delete Account and then sign back in using your Apple ID information.
Make sure to do the same thing with your iTunes and App Store options.
Settings > iTunes and App Store > Click Email and sign out, then sign back in.
