How to print 2 pernr records on two pages

hi all
the senario is i have designed form in smartforms in which i have header  in header window.  i have declare table in main window. in wihich i have header main area nad footer.
i have records like that in  itab
eno month           1          2               3             4              5          6             7   totalp           totala   "Hard Coded in Table header"
  54       NOV           P           a               p            a               p           a             p     4                3
   54      DEC             a           a               a            a               a           a             a      0               7
the same record for eno 55 is also in itab.
the problem is that all the records of 54 and 55 are printer in one main area and one header on that page .
i want  that the record of eno55 is print on the saparate format on next page .
help me out plz

There are various Utilities available to divide a photo for printing -- as far as I am aware, you have to split the photo / image before you print it.

    I tried using

    but it is of no use.

    I guess, there is no other possible way to acheive this without modifying the standard driver program. Why because? in you driver program you check window will be called only on the last page... but before you change your driver program give a try like shown below....
    Not sure, but give a try... In the first page you will be printing some void check try to replace the code inside the text element of void check with original check and make all the check void... note: in this text element, be sure you write two conditions...
    IF &PAGE& = 1.
    **PRint all check values..
    ELSE.
    ***Print void values
    ENDIF.

    I have two pages (FIRST , NEXT ) First is having Header, Main and Footer
    NEXT is having Main and Footer ..I am printing PO here..let us think that my PO is having 20lines items , let us assume that it takes five pages...
    Now how application is printing is ..first set of data is printing in FIRST page and remainiang data distributed to 4 pages printing in NEXT page ..but what my requirement is , I need fifth page print on FIRST page, instead of NEXT page... Ultimately I need last set of data always print in FIRST ie out of 5 pages 1st print on FIRST 2nd 3rd 4th print on NEXT and 5th print again on FIRST .

  • How do I print front and back with two pages per sheet? (OSX Lion)

    I can't find a simple solution to my situation...
    I'm using Max OSX Lion 10.7.3 and Adobe Reader X 10.1.2. 
    I want print two PDF pages onto one printed sheet, and I want to print front and back.  When I go to the print settings and select two pages per printed sheet, the sample window shows me what I'm looking for.  But when I tell it to print odd only or even only, it changes the print selection.  Here's what happens...
    Let's say I have a PDF document that is 20 pages long.  When I tell it to print two PDF pages per sheet, it shows me that the first pages printed will be PDF pages 1 and 2.  When I tell it that I want it to print odd pages only, it tells me that the first printed page will contain PDF pages 1 and 3.
    In other words, Adobe Reader wants to print the odd PDF pages instead of the odd pages of the printed document (PDF pages 1 and 2, then 5 and 6, then 9 and 10, so on).
    So that I'm being clear...
    This [  ] is a printed page.  The numbers inside the brackets represent the page numbers in the PDF document...
    What I want to print is this...

    I would suggest to use Adobe Ilustrator. Also I get an error message when I try tp access the sample document.

    I have two related tables in an FMP file.
    Table A has ~300 records, B ~2,000.
    Each record in A is unique for sure; I believe each one in B is unique.
    The goal is to determine whether any of the records in B match one in A based upon student ID.
    These IDs are like social security numbers; i.e., they are preassigned, unique 9-character values rather than ones that I'm assigning within FMP.
    Like SSNs, these IDs are unique. So within Table A, each ID is unique. Likewise, within B the IDs are unique.
    However, some IDs in A might also be in B. I need to find out programmatically which ones, if any, are in both tables.
    If a match exists, I need to flag a field in each table.
    I found and modified an AppleScript that someone else wrote.
    The original is as follows.

    I sort of understand what each of the above commands does, but would appreciate answers to the following questions.
    1. How come a test record that I created in A and B that has bogus ID 1234 does not get flagged by the above revised script, but other records with valid matching IDs in both A and B do get flagged?
    2. How come all records in A that got flagged by the revised script do have counterparts in B, but only some of the ones in B that have a match in A got flagged?
    3. How do the commands "set Alist" and "set Blist" function?
    4. How do I fix the revised script so that it properly, correctly matches IDs between A and B, then properly, correctly flags the records in A and B that have matching IDs?

    You can join both the tables using a simple query and get the records.

    2. In Form Atributes Option -->General Attributes -->Language Tab -- there is a Optiona to select a Particular Language.( To select Language) there <b>select the EN</b> for 1st optin and <b>ES for Spanish</b>, Normally it will be in To all Language.
    3. Create a report with Radiobutton (bz Check Box have an attributes to check both the Options)
       when option1 = 'EN'.
            call form1 with EN language
      when option2 = 'ES'.
           call forms 2 with ES Language.

    Hi AMMAD,
    You want to print multiple smartform for separate Pernr, for this u have to change your driver program itself,
    Do one thing, Take all the pernr in a single internal table, loop on thins internal table and fetch data from all the DB tables accordingly for that current pernr and call ur smartform, along with that all the smartform calls for all the pernr in the loop should be splaced in one spool Request.
    For example-->>>
    Do following.
    SORT T_PERNR  BY PERNR.
    describe table T_PERNR  lines lv_lines.  "Parameter used to eneter all the smartform output in single spool request
    LOOP AT T_PERNR  INTO WA_PERNR .
    tabix_m   = SY-TABIX.                            "Parameter used to eneter all the smartform output in single spool request
    CLEAR T_FINAL.                                     " clear the final Internal table which u r passing to CALL Smartform in start of every loop, as each time data to smartform will be sent for only one pernr and smartform will print data for only one pernr.
    PERFORM populating_data.                    "fetch data from DATABASE tables in local Internal tables for each pernr.
    *Sort all the internal tables, do the Part of developing ur smartform same as earlier.
    PERFORM Call_Smartform.  "before the loop on T_PERNR  call the samrtform for each final internal table filled and get that cleared in start of loop at T_PERNR.

  • ADOBE: How to print a table only on uneven pages and a text on the back?

    Hi, I am looking for a clear document on how to use pagination and the Odd and Even pages.
    We need to print a table over several pages, but the table should only appear on Odd pages. The even pages should be skipped. On the even (back) pages we need to print "Terms and Conditions". Is that possible? Can it be done without scripting?
    We are using ADOBE version 8.1
    In the file properties, double sided is switched on, and version set to 8.1 and higher.
    I created two Master pages, a FrontPage with ContentArea1and a BackPage with ContentArea2.
    FrontPage is used for uneven pages, BackPage is used for the even pages. The masterpages are printed correctly (alternating properly).
    One page was created for the table, totals etc.:
    ITEMS: contains item data (table with header and footer). Place is "On Odd Page". After "Goto page BackPage", so there is always one page with the text. And if the table needs to be paginated it goes to BackPage with overflow leader "Conditions".
    What should happen is that on the front pages the item table is printed. If there are too many lines then it should continue on page number 3 then 5 etc. All the even pages should display text only.
    What actually happens is that the item table also gets printed in the content area for the Condition text...
    The best I could achieve is to decrease the contenta area of the back page. To force pagination. But still it prints one table record in the (very small) content area of the back page before paginating to the next page (front page again). If it only would not do that, it would be fine.

    Fixed it... After a lot of creating, deleting, playing around with pagination and the inevitable cursing...
    I have created 5 pages:
    1. FirstPage
         - Odd/Even: Odd (Front) Pages
         - Placement: First page (In page set)
    2. FrontPage (For Odd pages)
         - Odd/Even: Odd/Front Pages
         - Placement: Rest of Pages
    3. BackPage (For Even pages)
         - Odd/Even: Even (Back) Pages
         - Placement: Rest of Pages
    4. LastPage
         - Odd/Even: No Odd/Even Restrictions
         - Placement: Last page (In page set)
    5. DummyPage
         - Odd/Even: Blank pages
    The 'Terms and conditions' are located on the BackPage and LastPage (as a text).
    The table that is printed is (of course) located on a normal page (flowed subform).
    Pagination tab: Placement = Following previous, and After = "Continue filling parent". No overflow... Basically, it's all default.
    The table lines will now start on the first page and if there are more lines than can be printed on this page, it will continue in the next content area. That will be on the FrontPage.
    The trick is that each master page must have a content area (mandatory). Except for Blank pages, but these cannot be used... Blank pages would only be used once, after the first page.
    What I discovered is that you can drag a content area away from the Master page and attach it to a different master page.
    Logically, if there is no content area on a page, then data cannot be printed there. So, I created a Dummypage. On this page I dumped the content areas from the LastPage and the BackPage. As a result, content cannot be printed anymore on the back of pages. Only the standard text (a text field) is printed there. When the data from the table is overflowing, it will automatically overflow from the FirstPage to the next content area. Which is located on the FrontPages only.
    The DummyPage is NOT used anywhere.
    The result is that the records can only be printed on the content areas that exist on the First and Front pages. The back pages are now skipped.
    Duplex printing is now working correctly, and the text is printed on the back of all the pages.

    LN (Line Number)-1,2,3 should be at header level and needs to print on each page. LN-4 are fields of table which will return data. When year changes on Page No. field - page no. should restart from 1 and all records for a particular MONTH-YEAR should be grouped on month-year basis.                
    I have done page no. thing as if year change, page no. reset to 1 by using "Section Break" on first FOR loop. Later I applied second FOR loop to group data on MONTH-YEAR basis. Here I am getting all records for that particular month (e.g - JANUARY-2012) and MONTH-YEAR is printing on FIRST page. If records are more and lines are going into next page, then I am not getting MONTH-YEAR on second page. I am getting only first 2 lines (means LN-1 & LN-2) on second page at header level and records of that MONTH-YEAR but missing MONTH-YEAR value (JANUARY-2012) on second page. My requirement is to print first 3 lines on each page.
    Here Company_Name, Report_Type and MONTH-YEAR are dynamic columns which are holding run time values.
    I tried number of ways but didn't get success. Kindly help me to fix this issue and please let me know if you need more details to understand this issue.

    I am printing billing docu details in main window ,the data is coming in two pages but there is problem in printing as the tables is continuing in second page the line is not coming for the table for first row,space is also coming for second page for header .
    my issue is to remove space before printing table and line should come for the table for 1st row in second page.

    1. For the line not coming on the top row of the second page, check if the rowtype u have used in the table has been given a border on the upper side.
    2.For the space issue in the second page, I assume you might have used only a single Page in your smartform and the same page is called again.Hence as per the main window size and length data will be displayed in all pages of the smartform.
    You may need to create a second page with the Main window length occupying the compete page so that data display starts from the top of the page. next Page attributes of the smartforms should be entered accordingly.

    But the standrad text is of 3 pages conataining continuous (some terms and condtitions) text.
    But while executing driver program, I am getting a STOP messgae pop-up saying 'Output is continuous or contains too many pages (>4)'.
    How to get the standard text of 3 pages in the output. The standard text is to be printed at the bottom of the output.

    To display standard texts you have to create a include in your script below is the syntax for that:
    INCLUDE name OBJECT name ID name PARAGRAPH name LANGUAGE   name
    Include command is used to include standard text in a form.the text 
    should be already defined by using transaction SO10.
    Here name is the name of text
    ID is used to classify text e.g. SDVD (SD related text) , ST (Standard text)
    OBJECT is used to specify type of object it an be TEXT , DOKU
    LANGUAGE is used to specify language like EN ,if ommited than logon
      language is used
    PARAGRAPH is used to specify the paragraph like C
    e.g. /:INCLUDE mytext OBJECT TEXT ID ST LANGUAGE EN
             Here the standard text created in SO10 with name mytext is
             included in the form in language EN (English)

    Goto the conditions tab of that window and enable the check box for Only after the end of main window.
    This will surely print your field in the last page.
