Reema

Hi Reema,
Just add a database field
Table - CRD7
Column - Taxid11
If the above is not working then try by using the below FMS
Create UDF(TIN No.) and assign the below FMS Query.
SELECT  T0.[TaxId11] FROM CRD7 T0  INNER JOIN OCRD T1 ON T0.CardCode = T1.CardCode
WHERE T1.[CardCode] =$[OINV.Cardcode]
OR
SELECT  Max(T0.[TaxId11]) FROM CRD7 T0  INNER JOIN OCRD T1 ON T0.CardCode = T1.CardCode
WHERE T1.[CardCode] =$[OINV.Cardcode]
Assign this FMS Query in UDF(TIN No.)
Auto Refresh of Card Code and Check the Display Saved Values

proof for 3d $10 3 $30.00
Round

My question is how to add sequence number to round adn the result should be like this:

Job yyyy
Round 1
assembly for 3d $100 1 $100.00
proof for 3d $50 3 $150.00

• How to print deposit number in top margin and reset pagination eavh change

I am using Report Builder 6.0.8.27.0 against a version 10 database
I have a built a report that works properly. It consists of about 1800 mineral deposits with one main frame cycling on the mineral deposit number and the frame contains a whole bunch of repeating frames containing detail information. Each mineral deposit may be one and 20+ pages long. The report works properly but I need to make the following additions..
1) At present, the mineral deposit number is only displayed on the first page of the report 'segment'. What I would like to do is have the deposit number displayed in the top margin on each page, next to the title but I am not sure how to do this.
I began by creating a field in the top margin, but when I change the Source of the Field (in the property palette) to the deposit number (a database field) I get the following error:
REP-1213: Field 'F-1' references column MDD_NO at a frequency below its group. This is obviously because this is in the margin and the deposit number occurs within the main repeating frame.
Any suggestions how I might do this - I'm afraid I'm not terribly familiar with reports - and don't have any good reference material at my fingertips. (Only the help files and digging through them is painful - especially when one is not sure what one is looking for.)
Any help woule be appreciated.
2) I would also like to create a special page number/sequence where each deposit would have it's own set of pagination
ie.: Deposit-001 page 1
Deposit-001 page 2
etc
and then reset when the deposit number changes
Deposit-002 page 1
Deposit-002 page 2
Basically, the idea is to restart pagination at each change in deposit number and change the deposit number to the current one. Again, I don't know how to do this.
The report will appear as a large pdf - which I know has it's own pagination. The reason I want the Deposit number and it's page sequence to appear in the top margin is to make it easier for the client to identify which pages belong to which deposit when they print out and work with 4 or 5 different deposits sets at the same time.
I realize I can achieve this by printing one pdf for each deposit, but 1800 individual pdf's is a bit much. to handle.
Thanks for whatever help you can give me
Glenn

• How to print page number in Pages

Please help. I have inserted the page number in my document and I see it the print preview, but when I print it just doesn´t print the page number.

It sounds like you have the page number too close to the edge of the paper and your printer simply does not print to the edge.
Test how much of the page your printer prints, by covering a page with a colored object from edge to edge and seeing how much is clipped off.

• In Scripts how to print the values in currence format

Dear abap guru's,
I am working on Purchase Order Script, copy from the standard script, after that wrote a one perform , in that added one new field to script, but value is printed like this formate : 1000.00, but i want to print 1,000.00 like this currence format. let me know the any solution
thanks to all
raj.

Hi ,
When you are populating the value in perform instead of assigning the value (using = ) pass it using WRITE TO.
Like :  WRITE lw_total TO output-value.
Declare lw_total as currency field.
Regards,
Rajitha.

• XSL-FO for Standard Purchase Order, doesn't print page number

Hi,
I worked on XSL-FO code to custom the PDF output for Standard PO. Everything works great: I added company logo (in a different position of the standard commented code <!-- Too easy just to uncomment... :-)--> ), i created new attribute sets to highlight some elements on the print, I added a footer with company details and document type and number (instead of placing this in the header, the costumer didn't like it where it was..)
OK. BUT: the page number at the bottom on the right isn't printed anymore. For example: if the PO page is n.1 of 2 pages, it comes only '12' and not Page 1 of 2. So i tought not to use the original template (tihs one)
<!-- Template for displaying the page numbers -->
<!-- bug#3836856: Template for displaying the page numbers at right bottom of the page -->
<xsl:template name="pageNumber">
<xsl:variable name="po_page">
<xsl:value-of select="$BOILER_PLATE_MESSAGES_OBJ[MESSAGE='PO_FO_PAGE'][1]/TEXT"/>
</xsl:variable>
<!-- Get the String before the PAGE_NUM token -->
<xsl:variable name="string_before_page_num">
<!-- <xsl:value-of select="substring-before($po_page,'&PAGE_NUM')"/>-->
<xsl:value-of select="substring-before($po_page,'Pag.;PAGE_NUM')"/>
</xsl:variable>
<!-- Get the String after the PAGE_NUM token -->
<xsl:variable name="string_after_page_num">
<!-- <xsl:value-of select="substring-after($po_page,'&PAGE_NUM')"/>-->
<xsl:value-of select="substring-after($po_page,'/ ;PAGE_NUM')"/>
</xsl:variable> ......
but inseriting a select just where I want the page num to be displayed (see code)
<fo:block xsl:use-attribute-sets="test_style" >
<xsl:value-of select="$BOILER_PLATE_MESSAGES_OBJ[MESSAGE='PO_FO_PAGE'][1]/TEXT"/>
</fo:block>
but this gave me as result 'Page &PAGE_NUM of &END_PAGE'.
Where did I do wrong?? It's like the PO_FO_PAGE message is not dinamically insered in the PDF. Hope I've been clear enough and somene can help me. Thaks in advance, Michele

Hi Michele:
I can check out for you how to print page number in XSL-FO (There is an O'Reilly) book, but I think I help you better by recommending a different strategy - Don't write XSL-FO stylesheets. While Purchasing does not support RTF templates you can still write RTF templates and convert them to FO using the XML Publisher Template Builder for Word.
Download the matching Template Builder for Word (5.0) or XML Publisher Desktop 5.5 (includes the Template Builder) patch and then Create your template as an RTF template.
You can then EXPORT the template as XSL-FO stylesheet and upload as to Purchasing AS LONG AS THE VERSION OF THE DESKTOP and E-Businees Suite XML Publisher MATCH.
If you still want to write XSL stylesheet, you can just use the Template Builder to generate you the code and paste the code (e.g. for page numbers) into your stylesheet.
By the way - Purchasing will support RTF templates in future versions...
Hope that helps,
Klaus

• Printing the text in vertical format in Smartforms?

Hi,
How to print a text in vertical format from bottom to top?
just like this..........
S
M
E
T
S
Y
S
Thanks.

Hi
If u want to print data in vertical format, just create one style , in that create paragraph format as left justfied 0 and right justified as windowlength-1.use this paragraph format for u r text.
OR
Have to create command within a window (window would be containingtexts which you want to print vertically).Within Command on General Attributes you will have to specify appropriateprint control one which is useful for your requirement.
