How to put 3 column guide for website template?

How can i put a 3 column guide in PS like I am building a website?
This way I can use each section on its own and know where my boundries are.
I guess I could just draw a line, but I want something that I can adjust quickly

Just use guides. Drag them out from the ruler or Create New Guide.

I need to create style guides for websites. I will be provided with the assets (images and required measurements). It will be my job to create style guides using In Design.
I have never used In Design, but I am a member of Lynda and Total Training online. Neither seem to address simple style guides for websites. Both seem to address designing from scratch for print and newsletter creation.
Any links to tutorials? This seems straight-forward, but because I have never done it, I would appreciate direction.

I received a sample of what I'll be working on. Attached is one screenshot (blurred areas to conceal confidential info).
Overall, I will be given web page images (as seen below and as an original sized attachment) like screenshots.
I will be given measurements.
I will create a web style guide with text and the placement of images, and pinpoint where the objects are placed on the pages in pixels. e.g. Hero section - 80 pixels, padding - 40 pixels, etc. You can see this below in the (tiny, or see the larger attachment) text on the sides of the web page image.
The original designer also added some type of padding. You can see it below in blue at the bottom of the page. Is this the norm? How is that done?
Big Question: There are no pixels in InDesign. Are points equivalent, or should I set this (pixel notations) part up in Photoshop?

Feature GUID for list template 10113 is not installed in the farm

I'm just using a trial of a migration product called Sharegate and it has produced the following error when i connect it to my farm "Feature GUID for list template 10113 is not installed in the farm"
I've used the missing feature project from codeplex and the wssanalyzefeatures tool and none of them are reporting any issues or even for my guid.
Could anyone provide any other tips to try and locate this via powershell or the sql database?

According to your post, my understanding is that you got the “Feature GUID for list template 10113 is not installed in the farm” error.
The reality is that the feature is installed but has the old feature ID.
As a workaround, you can
Go to the concerned feature in the 14 hives, you need to know which feature is concerned with that functionality.
Change the feature ID to the one raised in the error
stsadm -o installfeature -name <Feature> -force
In addition, you can change the ‘Scope’ attribute to either ‘Farm’ or ‘Site’ or ‘Web’ or ‘WebApplication’.

How do I View Guides for Movie Clips in Relation to Entire Scene?

My boss purchased a flash animation from a company a few months ago that she now needs me to fix. The goal is to resize the animation to different dimensions for a new banner. I took the original file, brought up the document settings, and changed the size to the new one we need, and hit the "scale content" checkbox. The file I have after doing this is shown below; I have highlighted the shape I will be talking about in pink. Nothing is the correct size now so I am trying to resize them to fit the stage area. I am having trouble with the green shape that is highlighted Pink.
The person who originally made this file made that highlighted shape into a movie clip and then dropped it in to the main timeline. I was wondering if there was a way that I could see where that shape is in relation to the area of the entire stage and the other objects in the main timeline? Meaning if I am inside of the greenblock movie clip all I see is what is below:
With this view I cannot tell where that shape is in relation to everything else. I am hoping someone can tell me how to view the guides from my main file inside of this movie clip( I already have guides turned on), or any other way of seeing what size and where my shape is in relation to rest of the objects on the stage of my main file. I would take any option that would let me tweak the green shape inside of the movie clip and see in real time how it looks in relation to the rest of the items on the stage as I make changes.
Any suggestions on how to get perspective on where my movie clip is in relation to the stage and other objects on it would be greatly appreciated.

Somehow double clicking on your system seems to be connected to the command
fl.getDocumentDOM().enterEditMode('');//the view where you don`t see the rest of your stage
whereas normally it defaults to
fl.getDocumentDOM().enterEditMode('inPlace'); //the view where you can see everything els on stge alphablended
you can either create a shortcut to
edit>edit in place or alter the standard behaviour of your double click
or right click(Windows) or ctrl-click(MAc) the mc and choose Edit in Place

I need to know how to fetch header GUID from unprocessed event gu id
In /SAPTRX/EVM_HDR table we have the event guid of unprocessed events under field EVT_GUID
I need to find the linkage of this unprocessed event with the main header guid ( like field ''EH_GUID" in table /SAPTRX/EH_HDR).
Issue: we need to write the report to process the thousand of unprocessed event messages in the /SAPTRX/EVM_STATUS
please let me know if anyone has worked on the same requirement like how we can reprocess unprocessed messages

The example you have mentioned is not the case in my situation.
Here in system , I can see the unprocessed entries in table "/SAPTRX/EVM_UNPR". The same entries I can also see in table/SAPTRX/EVM_HDR but not in anyother SAP table.
I have checked the SAP NOTE# 656990 - Important background jobs for SAP
Event Management
There are 3 reports mentioned iN NOTE:
1) /SAPTRX/PROCESS_LOCKED_EHS
2) /SAPTRX/PROCESS_LOCKED_SETS
3) /SAPTRX/R_REPOST_AI_LOGS
After executing the above reports the problem has not solved yet.
As this is very common behaviour how we can reprocess these unprocessed events.

How to save video effects for title templates?

I just started playing with Premiere Pro CS4.
I have a beginners question, hope you don't mind:
In my video I use a third-low title to tell the name of songs played. I put them in a bin, basically just copy the first one and change the names in the copies. But when I add them to the timeline I noticed it looks much more professional to add a video-effect where opacity goes from 0 to 100% in a second, and then the other way at the end.
My problem is that I seem to have to do this over and over again, for each title. Is there a simple way to make one title-template, put it on the timeline, add video-effects, and then save that and make copies just changing the text in time-line? That would save me a lot of work, and the video-effects would be consistent in looks and timing.

Any Guide for Modifying Templates/Adding Custom CSS???

I have purchased (and, yes, read...smarty pants) all of the APress, Oracle Application Express 4 books. I have searched The Google.
We need just one, step-by-step, excruciatingly detailed example of modifying a template, for example to add in a custom header. Also, we need to add additional css files and static javascript files. To be clear, we do not want to have to reference the javascript in the page header of every page. We want to build all of this all in to a single template.
Does anyone know of a site, or even a book, or even a reasonably priced, personally authored example that would contain this information?
I see people everywhere who refer to changes they've made to their templates. People reply to my posts routinely suggesting that, rather than the Page 0/Page Header shenanigans that I have to engage in, it would be "much simpler" to edit the template.
How can I enter the secret cabal of those who know how this is to be done? How I ask you? How?

The frustrating thing is that I am certain that the process is probably simple. As you say, "the trick is knowing what to cut and where to paste it," Why is there no documentation for this important part of the product?
It's one thing to request to expense books (or even to pay a couple of hours of consulting time) but, a completely different (and most probably unobtainable) level to request to spend 3 grand and a week out of the office to attend a class.
