How to read the BI query from CRM system?

Hi All,
I have to read one BI query in CRM system. Can you please let me know how we can do that?.
do we have any RFC present in BI system where I can pass the query name and get the result of the query in the CRM system?
Kindly help.
Also, do we need to make some configuration settings in CRM system to execute the BI query in CRM? If so, please let me know how we can do that?

go to SE 80 transaction and select the application as BSP application becouse pcui is bsp based views. type crm_bsp_frame under the application field and you will get folders select the select.htm folder and right click on the mouse and click on test then you will get the popup window enter the crm system user id and password you will get the pcui floor plan for entire crm applications in the browser select the lead and opportunity transaction floor plan click on the new floor plan option. then the new popup window will open and finally you will see the lead transaction or opportunity transaction pcui view to work on . these pcui views url will inturn you can assign to the enterprise portal to log on to single sign on to EP and access the pcui application for crm marketing sales and service module areas as well along with the contact and account mangement for business partners creation screen.

How to Resend the sales documetn from CRM

Dear frds,
I have a Sales Document replicated from CRM to R3. And in R3 the document has been deleted manually by the user. But it was accidentally.
Now is there anyway to resend the same document from CRM to R3? I tried saving it again so that it generates the document but it did not help.
does any one have any idea??

Hi Dinesh,
    I hope you are getting message "Sales document is deleted or archived" in CRM order Log.
    When you try to resend this order to ECC after saving, you will get the same message. This is due to inconsistent status in CRM_JEST table.
    Follow below procedure to resend this order to ECC,
Go To se16, and change the entry in table CRM_JEST for
                OBJNR = <GUID of Order>
                STAT = I1006
                INACT = <Change it to X>
     Repeat this for all line items change the objnr with line item guid.
    Go to order in CRM and do same changes and hit save. Now it should replicate to ECC.

In my application, i am using DynamicFldTbl, whch parses FML32 field table definition file. My field table definition file contains information about field names and its types.
I checked the API of DynamicFldTbl and didn't find any API to get the field type from field it.
Any way to read the field type from field id?

Hi Raguraman,
Once you have the field table, you can then create an FML32 buffer (TypedFML32) using the constructor that takes a field table, and then use the Fldtype() method on the specific field ID you wish to get the type of. I know this is sort of tedious and we should provide Fldtype() and some others on the field table class directly.

How to read the field value from Table Control

Hello Experts,
I am creating my first Table Control Screen. Basically I have to create a screen (102) with a table control which has 2 fields: A_QTY, B_QTY and 2 Buttons: SAVE, EXIT.
When Clicked on 'SAVE' the data (MATNR) from a previous screen (101) and the data (A_QTY, B_QTY) from the new screen (102) should be saved into a Z-table.
Internal table t_data has 3 fields.
MATNR
A_QTY
B_QTY.
Table Control TC_RACK was declared like this:
controls tc_rack type tableview using screen 0102.
I/0 Fields:
A_QTY type ZQTY.
B_QTY type ZQTY.
The screen Flow Logic:
process before output.
module status_0102.
loop at t_data into w_data with control tc_rack.
endloop.
process after input.
module exit_0102 at exit-command.

You should use
DATA: lv_name(30) TYPE c.
FIELD-SYMBOLS: <QTY> type ZQTY.
GET CURSOR FIELD lv_name.   "Get the field name in table control
check sy-subrc = 0.
assign (lv_name) to <QTY>. "Here you get the value in <QTY>
check sy-subrc = 0.
Also use <your table control>-current_line to get the table index uo're currently on.
Hint: Do not use GET CURSOR LINE if you want to get table index since this gives you the line relative to dialog screen

I would normally use FM 'HR_ASR_WDA_GET_EMPLOYEE' to read mem id MSS01 but this doesn't exist in ECC5.

How to read the hierarchy data from the same table using loop in AMDP method

We have a requirement to get the top partner from BUT050 table.
Here the Top parent is nothing but the top most in the hierarchy of the partners from BUT050.
Example:
For partner 1234 (BUT050-PARTNER1) there is partner 3523(BUT050-PARTNER2) one level above
For partner 3523(BUT050-PARTNER1) there is partner 4544 (BUT050-PARTNER2) last level .
so in this case for the partner 1234 the Top parent is 4544 .
I have created AMDP Procedure method to get the top-parnet and below given is the logic implemented in AMDP method.
Here i have implemented a recursive logic with the WHILE loop to get the top most hierarchy partner from the same table BUT050
IV_Parent is the input partner and ev_top_parent is the output value.
AMDP Procedure Method:

This method is working fine, but here it is only taking one single partner and getting the top parent as output.
Now i would like to convert this mehtod so as to accept n number of partners (not one single partner) as input and should process each partner to get the top parent.
Could anyone guide me how can i handle the given AMDP method further so as to work some how it is within another loop from other AMDP method.

I got your requirement. I really dont know the scenario your working on but its possible to do it. There is no direct way to do so, but complexity is in getting to know the Keys dynamically from interface.

The PNA driver does not have the vi to full support what you want. The SCPI commands to do what you want are:
MMEMTOR:TRAC:FORMNP MA; - to format the data in Mag dB Phase linear.
CALC1ATA&colon;SNPORTsave '1,2' , 'local file name on PNA file system.s2p' - to create PNA local files of s2p data
MMEMory:TRANsfer? 'controllerfilename.s2p' - to transfer the datafile from PNA to test controller using GPIB block transfer.
You will have to create these SCPI commads and VI's for yourself as the driver does not have them built in.

In our requirement we will be sending an idoc to the recieveing system. we are planning to get the staus of the idoc.
How can you recieve the status of the idoc that idoc has been is saftly reached to target server.
Can any one share the solution if you have confirgured the same before.

If get the status 03 means your idoc successfully send to receiving system port. But in the receiving system if there any issue in processing you can't get these updated status automatically from receiving system. You know Idoc works in asynchronous mode. To get the status you need send one idoc with status (error , success ot warning) from receiving system to sending system.

We have a requirement to get the customer line items data that were open as of key date from archive system and present it as customer aging through a custon report. Example,in SAP R/3 we have data for last 3 yrs and beyod that the data is in archive system. Based on teh Key date, we need to got o archive system get the customer open items i.e from BSID & BSAD tables.
If you anyone has already dealt with this kind of requirement, please help me out with directions like simple way to ge the data. There is a standard report FBL5N with the option to choose datasources as , Database or archive system which used the logical database DDF.

I have to use the FM /CRMBW/EXECUTE_BW_REPORT_RFC to read one of the BI report. But I'm not sure how we can get the report id to pass it as the input parameter? If someone has used this FM before, kindly share the sample code.
