How to recover all my lost passwords -- deleted by accident?

The interface is new and the new version seems to have slowed everything down. Button response time seems to depend on holding down, rather than a fast click. I fast clicked, nothing happened, and I clicked again ... inadvertently deleting *all* my passwords rather than just the ones I wanted to delete.
Is there an "old version" somewhere that I can recover, please?
Some passwords cannot be recovered by e-mail, as I've changed e-mail addresses, and can't access the user info to update e-mail address without the password.
Also, all my cookie-exceptions information disappeared when upgrading to the newest version. I'd like them back.
Also, your new system of dealing with cookie-exceptions is not useful: either I have to have them ask for every new one, or allow all or disallow all. I can't any longer bar cookies on the basis of information collected, etc. The old one was better.

- For other music you will have to get them from where you obtained them originally.

Migration Assistant creates a new user with your restored data from your Time Machine backup, so it's normal that you don't see your data.
Open  > Log Out, and log in the new user that Migration Assistant has created. Here are all your transferred data from your Time Machine backup. Then, if you want, open System Preferences > Users & Groups, select the old user and press the - button to delete it

- What version of iPhoto.
- What version of the Operating System.

- Did it ever work properly?

Anything else you can think of that might allow someone else to understand your issue.
With this kind of information somebody can develop a starting point for troubleshooting the issue.

My sister purchased her 64GB iPad 2 + 3G in 2011 through a Verizon rep in an electronics store, not an Apple store.
She has never used her Apple ID and password at all. She has been able to use Safari and email, bit has never downloaded any apps. She pays her data plan bill at Verizon's website.
She does not remember her Apple ID or password at all. To complicate matters, she thinks that she used a date of birth that was ten years later than her true date of birth (vanity I guess). Since it had been almost two years since the iPad was activated, I guess her Apple ID is now suspended?
How does she go about recovering the ID and password? She will never be able to download anything without them.
Is there a method that does not require another computer? Neither of us have a regular computer to use for synching.
She is probably still using iOS 4. She could go to the library if this has to be done via wifi instead of 3G. I know she will need wifi to update to iOS 6. Thanks.

There's no way to recover a password if you forget. If you are using a Mac and you have enabled Keychain to store your password backup, you can use it.
Otherwise, you can still do backups but to restore from backup you need the password.
Warning: If you encrypt an iPhone backup in iTunes and then forget your password, you will not be able to restore from backup and your data will be unrecoverable. If you forget the password, you can continue to back up and use the device, however you will not be able to restore the encrypted backup to any device without the password.
