How to redefine function in nsLoginManager.js inside omni.jar

I would like to redefine a function. I find the definition inside omni.jar in the file nsLoginManager.js. If I rename omni.jar to omni.zip, I can see the contents, but if I try to drag an updated nsLoginManager.js to the archive, Windows 7 complains the archive is corrupt. I tried putting an extra copy of nsLoginManager.js into the components directory, but it did not override the other definition.
How can I edit omni.jar to include my new nsLoginManager.js with my updated funtion?

Yes, I have successfully extracted the contents already by that exact method. However, I fail when trying to update the modified file in the omni.jar as Windows 7 complains the archive is corrupt. Alternatively, if I make a new .zip for all the files including my modifications, Firefox fails to launch.
The format of the omni.jar is not standard, how can I modify it?

Under Global Definitions, we have 'Form Routines' tab. Under this tab, u can have a dynamic subroutine call. With in FORM and ENDFORM, you can call the Function Module.With in the Program Lines editor, u can define the subroutine........PERFORM.

How to redefine GOS toolbar function "SEND OBJECT WITH NOTE" for deliveries

Hello Abapers,
for inbound and outbound deliveries (tcodes VL01N, VL02N, VL03N, VL31N, VL32N, VL33N) I have to replace the GOS toolbar function SEND OBJECT WITH NOTE with a redefined function matching the following specifications:
- Title field needs a different content
- Text (note content) should be filled by default, maybe with standard text, but can be overwritten
- All attachments in the attachment list of the object should be included by default or be selectable thru an additional button
Also possible could be an addiitonal toolbar function SEND ATTACHMENTS WITH NOTE as a copy of SEND OBJECT WITH NOTE.
Although I checked the SDN forums for a matching solution, I couldn't find one in tons of GOS threads.
Perhaps someone had solved a similar problem to send obejct with notes from GOS toolbar with several of the object's attachments.
Maybe some GOS classes have to be redefined for that, but this should only be available for deliveries, not for the other BOR types.
I'm waiting for your ideas.

No the list of steps done to solve the issue:
1. Copy of class CL_GOS_SRV_SEND_OBJECT to new class /SIE/IS_BSD_GOS_SRV_SEND_ATT.
2. SM30 for table SGOSATTR: New entry for new service ZSO_SENDATT for the new class.
3. Copy of methods ON_SERVICE_SUCCEEDED, CHECK_STATUS, CREATE_ROOT_ITEM and ON_LINK_CREATED from class CL_GOS_SRV_ATTACHMENT_LIST to the new class.
4. New code added to the top of method CHECK_STATUS to show the service for deliveries only:
IF is_lporb-typeid NE 'BUS2015'
AND is_lporb-typeid NE 'LIKP'.
    ep_status = mp_status_invisible.
    EXIT.
ENDIF.
5. Copy of function group SAPLSGOS_OUTBOX and function module SGOS_SEND_OBJECT_WITH_NOTE to own copies.
6. Before calling cl_bcs=>short_message there are several steps to do:
- CALL METHOD cl_binary_relation=>read_links
- CALL FUNCTION 'SO_DOCUMENT_READ_API1' for all links
- cl_document_bcs=>create_document for all those documents (we are using types ATTA, NOTE and URL)
- APPEND those created documents to the attachment table and pass it to i_attachments of cl_bcs=>short_message

Can anyone tell me how to change the color of texts inside the indicator box? I have tried to use property node but not really know how it functions.
In fact, I am writing a program for which the number inside indicator on front panel will show red color if the measured value can't reach the requirement. I am using LabView 6.1 Professional

Simply use a property node with "NumText.TextColor" and wire the correct color depending on your test result.

MobileMe service is finished.. to get remote access to the Mac or TC you use iCloud account.. but that is for files.. not to access web cams.
Without dyndns client in the TC, you can perhaps run dyndns on the computer or video recorder..many of these will have clients built into them.
Even better get a static Public IP from your ISP.. that is the correct professional way to do it.
Or you can use whatever broadband modem you have and remove the TC as the main router.. simply bridge it. Use your adsl router for connection. Almost all adsl have built in dyndns.
Sorry your language is very hard to follow.. and I am sure you are finding my answers similarly difficult.
Basically the TC is about the hardest device to setup because it is lacking important networking functions.
Get a vpn router and use vpn connection is far superior to any other method. But you cannot do it with TC.

How to make an applet to read the Text file present inside a jar

Hi All,
I have writen one applet named ReadFile.java which reads a text file present in the same directory and does some manipulation of text file contents.
The applet code runs successfully when i run the applet in command prompt like

And i am getting the needed results.
Then i made a jar file with the applet code and text file as
{color:#ff0000}*jar cvf rf.jar ReadFile.class File1.txt*{color}
Then i have inlcuded this applet inside a html file as
{color:#ff0000}*<applet code= "ReadFile.class" width= "500" height= "300" archive = "rf.jar" ></applet>*{color}
after this when i load the html file, the applet code is not executed fully. Its throwing FileNotFoundException: File1.txt.
Applet is not recognizing trhe text file present inside the jar file.
Can any body explain me how to overcome this problem. Any setting needs to be done for making the applet indicate the presence of Text file inside the jar file.

what code in your applet gets the text file and reads it? are you using getResource or something similar?

Hi i have developed an RCP application using eclipse.
In my application config directory is there.
When i export my RCP application as JNLP Project the jar file is created which contains config folder inside it.
When i download the application using java web start , how can i get the path to config folder placed inside the jar file?
Will the config folder exists in local cache in my system?
Help needed.

1. First of all create function group.
2. Create function module using this function group.
3. If only one kunnr is needed at a time, create import parameter for it. But if many kunnr to be entered at a time,use table.
4. Fetch name1 for each kunnr from KNA1 table.

select kunnr as kunnr name1 as name1
into table t_kunnr_name1
from kna1
for all entried in table t_kunnr
where kunnr = t_kunnr-kunnr.
endif.
sort t_kunnr_name1 by kunnr name1.
delete adjacent duplicates from t_kunnr_name1 comparing kunnr name1.
table t_kunnr_name1 will contain kunnr and its name1.

now he wants java implementation of the same application written in vb.
now how to access functions in .dll file provided by the client from java source code.

For this you should write JNI wrappers for the native functions, that is you create class with the native function prototypes as native methods, implement these methods with native functions in JNI module, each JNI function calls a native function from your DLL.
