How to register a complaint against apple dealers?

I want to register a complaint against F1 solutions (Place - Kanpur), an authorized apple dealer who claimed my charger(both adapter and data cable) as fake and added that they won't cover it under warranty. The charger which they claimed to be fake was the same charger which i got during the purchase of my mobile.

    I helped him create a new email address and new iCloud account on my Mac but when we try to register the phone with Apple it says: Maximim accounts limit reached for this device. How can he register the phone? I read different threads and found out that only Apple care can do that. We're in Romania and don't know where to call. Any suggestions on how we fix this?

    When I checked the support site for Romania, you apparently don't have an Apple Care contact center.  You "may" try calling the US Apple care number to verify the account and have the password reset sent to a different email address.  800-694-7466

    No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
    As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that.

  • How Do I  register a complaint against the terrible Adobe  Customer Service Chat line

    I waited for over an hour and a half to speak to an expert this morning about a problem I have with my newly purchased Light Room 5bought and installed 2 days ago. I can't get the Plug in manager to work without the Add buttom shutting down the applcation with an error message .
    The expert Prianka could not answer the question and asked me to try again in about half an hour  and speak with someone else !.
    When I did , I found the Chat option greyed out and unavailable due to high demand ! This is not acceptable from such a big and well established Company . 
    I am still waiting patiently  nearly 5 hours later to resolve my problem. 
    Adobe should increase its resources for online support for newly bought products and facilitate a priority  email or chat on-line complaints servce that better needs the needs of its Customers
    Can a manager at Adobe please respond to this question with ba prompt and positive  outcome or give me a refund please

    In general, you will find people here are knowledgeable and helpful. Describe the problem in more detail - like exactly when the error occurs. Operating system is alos useful too.

  • Where do we file complaints against apple apps?

    I would like to know if there is somewhere we can go to post complaints about apps from the store...
    I am having issues with a game I rated and they have deleted my review 4 times now.  This is not right!  Because I have been watching them I have also witnessed how they are manipulating the reviews, this is unacceptable!
    They re-date positive reviews, delete the negative ones and are even entering positive ones numerous times to up their ratings.
    Four times I have had my review removed so now I will find other avenues to continue with my complaints on this game and its developers.
    Its getting to be too easy for the cheaters and manipulators to " win " because we all let it go...
    Please advise me where I can begin.

  • I need to know how to file a complaint against Addmired, Inc

    I have been playing the games offered by Addmirred Inc (iMob, Global War, Original Gangstaz) as do my kids.  I am being harassed continually by several other players in these games, and repeated attempts to contact Addmirred do no good at all.  I have tried to contact the developers of the game using their posted twitter feed, through Facebook, even sending emails reporting the harassment and threats using the "Contact" form on their company website.  I have received no response.
    I am unable to even play the games because of the level of harassment and attacks..  and while this is a small detail my 12 year old son also plays their games and I don't want HIM to find himself being targeted by people the way I have been.  The games are rife with hackers, players who have no weapons, no 'gang', and yet can destroy a legitimate player with only a few hits. 
    I have paid money into these games for extra points to help in building my game strength, and have also paid money for my children to do so as well.
    In a multi-player game like this, there should be some way to report such blatant harassment and yet there is not.  You can click a 'report' button but it does nothing.  I have been sending reports and trying to reach someone at this company for some time, and at this point am going to make my kids remove their games from their ipods / iphones as well as remove their products from my iphone as well.   A game should be a bit of fun, not a place to be subjected to profanity, threats, and constant harassment from a few people who have jailbroken phones or ipods and are able to cheat by hacking the game.
    There has to be a way to complain to Apple about the level of harassment taking place in these games...
    Anyone know how?

    When I went to the support registered page, it says its okay not to register anymore. However, I'd like my serial # to be permanently linked to my Apple ID in case it gets stolen.

  • Very insulted. How to file a complaint against a bestbuy manager?

    I went to the Pasadena store on Foothill to purchase a tablet today, and while I was there, I inquired about the 10% student discount. After speaking to several employees who were unable to answer my question, I was directed to the manager, Matt, who informed me that I had to provide proof of enrollment. 
    When I tried to log in to my school account on a nearby tablet, the internet connection kept failing, so the manager told me to try logging in on an iMac instead. As I walked by him to the Mac section of the store, I heard him say, under his breath, to another employee "If it's not too difficult for you." 
    Once logged in, I turned to another employee who had been helping me before and told him that the manager’s comment was extremely rude and that I wanted to file a complaint. The employee acknowledged that the manager’s comment was inappropriate but simply replied with, "Oh, I didn't say that. He is my supervisor... so," implying that nothing could or would be done to hold the manager accountable. To add fuel to the fire, the manager came back and gave me attitude about applying the discount, even though I had provided proof as requested.
    I find it completely unacceptable and insulting that a Best Buy store manager made such rude comments about me. I can only speculate whether he said those comments because of my age, gender, race, or some other factor, but either way, a comment such as the one he made has no place in a retail setting, especially from the mouth of a store manager.
    It is disconcerting to me that even an employee would say that nothing could be done even if I filed a complaint. How can Best Buy not hold its store managers and employees accountable for the way they treat and speak to customers? Regretfully, I will never return to that Best Buy store and am considering never stepping foot into a Best Buy again. Hopefully, you can take this information and use it to provide a better customer experience.

    I was very shocked and disappointed to read about your experience at the Pasadena store. This does not in any way approach the kind of stellar level of service to which we aspire! There is never a circumstance where it is appropriate or acceptable for our store representatives or managers to be anything but respectful when you visit our stores. I'd like to offer my personal apology for your having had to endure such unprofessional behavior.
    Despite the poor performance of the manager in question, were you able to get the information you needed and complete the purchase that you intended to make? Did you happen to note the first name of the manager? In any event, I will be forwarding your remarks to the store's general manager so that he or she is aware of what occurred and can take the necessary steps to ensure that it doesn't happen again and that your next visit to this store provides for a better experience.

  • HOW TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT

    AT&T cut my 94 year old Mother's telephone off on July 8th when it should have actually been cut off on July 21st at one location and cut back on in a new location the date. She has her pacemaker monitored on this line as well as a lifeline. When I found out they had cut it off on the wrong date I called them right away and they told me their customer service department had already closed, but that I should call them Thursday morning at 8:00 and that since the error was theirs and this was considered to be a medical emergency they would get her service restored right away. Well, it us now Saturday night and she still has no service! I have spoken ti at least 15 different people re: this and they keep flipping me back and forth between customer service and repair service. Each department says it's the other ones fault! HOW CAN I GET THIS SERVICE RESTORED? SHE'S 94 YEARS OLD AND THE STRESS IS RUNNING HER BLOOD PRESSURE UP AND SHE'S ABOUT TO STROKE OUT! PLEASE, SOMEONE TELL ME HOW I CAN GET HER SERVICE BACK ON!

    I had the worst experience of the lifetime with Apple store in Castle Hill Tower Sydney on 23/4/15. The Manager on duty (Mr Steve who refused to give his last name or employee number)  was very arrogant and gave very insulting treatment. When I asked that I want to complain about him, the Manager behaved as if nobody was going to take any action against him (welcome this is Apple - sic)
    I want to know how to lodge a complaint against Apple bad customer service.I checked Apple website which to my astonishment did not give any easy option for mailing complaints.
    Can anybody tell me where to lodge complaints. Thanks.

    Hi, I would like to know please how to file this complaint against an apple store:
    Dear Apple support,
    I have a MacBook Pro (Model No: A1226 ans SN: w87***x91) which I purchased from "Apple Line" store (http://www.appleline.com.eg) August 2007. The problem is, on December 2008 it suddenly stopped working. Apple Line told me it needs a new Motherboard and that it will cost me around 1,272 US$! or, as an option, they can buy my MacBook for around 170 US$!!! (The same MacBook I bought from them for around 2,730$!!!).
    Asking another store, "Sync" http://www.syncegypt.com/, I was told that Apple offers free replacement for this model in particular, due to some graphics card failure (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2377) even if after warranty for as long as two years.
    The problem is that they told me I need to pay about 400$ shipment fees for that!!!
    Please tell me how to get it repaired for free as Apple announced (Or replace it even with a newer model and pay the extra cost)
    Also consider this an official complaint against your resellers giving me false and misleading information all the time which lead to a great deal of harm, waste of time and losses.

    Good luck with that. First, be aware that Apple doesn't read these forums, its user to user, You need to contact AppleCare for further assistance.
    Second, you purchased your item from an Apple Authorized reseller -- that was NOT an official Apple Store...most users here aren't going to be able to help you or even advise you what to further look at, nor how to get it repaired in Egypt.
    Third, sorry about your problems, but charging for shipping for repairs is pretty standard, and they often charge more for people in other countries than we pay here in the US...
    Hope you get your problems resolved, but this forum isn't the right place for this.

  • Help with Filing Complaint against Customer Service "Supervisor"!??

    Can anyone give any insight on how to file a complaint against Verizon Wireless/Verizon Wireless Customer Service & their "Supervisor"??? I need to file a complaint with someone that is actually in management because there is no way that the so called supervisors that I have spoken with are actually supervisors... It is disgusting the way they treat their customers and accuse me of lying about the issues with my phone when I was actually in a Verizon store and the Verizon worker was on the phone with tech support and I explained to her that she can call that store and speak with the worker because I guarantee he will remember me and all she could say was "again, there is nothing I am going to be able to do for you.  You are more than welcome to go into the Verizon store tomorrow and speak with the worker there but that is not going to change anything because again, these charges are valid and I am documenting your account that we have discussed this matter and all charges are valid."  Completely unacceptable considering EVERY SINGLE WORKER prior to her understood the error and was to apply the credits on my account, the original customer service rep that spoke with the verizon store rep on my behalf after fixing the glitch in my phone said they would be applying the credits because it is NOT my fault I was given a refurbished phone that had internal glitches in it, but never applied the credits.  I spoke with number customer service reps and supervisors whom all claimed they were applying credits to my account, claimed they would give me a call back personally and never did and I was speaking with the supervisor regarding why this was never done after multiple calls in and she just decided to switch the whole thing around on me and just kept talking in circles because she had absolutely no concept of what the problem actually was, she would cut me off every time I would talk and continue to try to talk over me and just kept talking in circles and making absolutely no sense and contradicted everything she said and when I asked her to please explain because she was contradicting herself she just went back to talking in circles.  She is not qualified to be speaking with customers that have complex billing issues.  I need a REAL manager I can talk to about my issues and someone that is actually qualified.  Can someone PLEASE give me some advice???  Thank you!!!!  (and sorry for the long drawn out message - I am just SO worked up over this whole situation and how HORRIBLE they treat people - and I wouldn't even care so much about their attitude if they actually were talking some sense but to have an attitude, be clueless and STILL not correct my account is UNACCEPTABLE!)

    I have multiple Apple devices using the same Apple ID for all devices.  I work in the Middle East and my wife is in Russia.  I would like to Facetime between my different devices.  Is this possible with all devices registered with the same Apple ID.  It is just easier for find my iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air and for purchasing Apps.  Is this possible and how do I set it up.

    Create Apple IDs for everyone individually and use that in Settings > Facetime, Settings > Messages, Settings > Game Center but keep the Apple ID used for app and content purchases in Settings > iTunes and App Stores
