How to resolve warning LNK4229: invalid directive '/comment:'

I am using intel compiler 11.1 to compiler my code and use VS2008 to link the objs. here are the setup details:
OS: Windows server 2008 R2
Compiler: Intel c++ compiler 11.1 (64bit)
Linker: Microsoft linker provided by VS2008
SDK: v7.0A
Following is the warning i get while trying to link the dll.

What options did you use to link the objs? Please check the description of this warning in MSDN:

A directive passed via the
comment pragma was not valid. The linker ignores
/directive.
So please double check the directives. If it's irrelevant, you can just ignore it:
/IGNORE (Ignore Specific Warnings)

Dont worry on the warnings. I was getting the same as well and the code still works. But its better to handle warnings for deprecations.
Ideally ...instead of using ActionErrors its required to use another class i.e. ActionMessages in struts 1.2
Use add("variable",ActionMessage) instead of add("variable",ActionError)
Also in your Action form if you are using the validate method then change the following ...
public ActionErrors validate(ActionMapping mapping,
HttpServletRequest request) to
public ActionMessages validate(ActionMapping mapping,

I havent swicthed over to the ActionMessages yet but it seems that html:errors tag has been deprecated in favour of html:messages. Check it out if this works well .

Do a malware check with some malware scan programs.<br />
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.<br />
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.<br />

Go to Data Access à Edit à Query Properties --> Uncheck the maximum rows retrieved option. This is limiting the number of rows which need to be retrieved.

It's not even likely the Install Disc could fix that, but if you want to try...
Does it boot to Single User Mode, CMD+s keys at bootup, if so try...
/sbin/fsck -fy
Repeat until it shows no errors fixed.
(Space between fsck AND -fy important).
Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck...

Finally, you should run DiskWarrior if your Mac explicitly warns you of a problem with your disk in the form of an error message. [SOLVED] openssh 6.7p1 warning "key_load_public: invalid format"

I would like to share solution for a problem with openssh in [testing].
After updating openssh to 6.7p1 I've got a scary warning "key_load_public: invalid format" for my ECDSA plublic key when try to connect to a server. I looked at openssh code and found that it does not like "-----BEGIN" string in the public key (see function sshkey_try_load_public). And it what I had in my public key file - I think previous version of openssh generated it.
I removed "-----BEGIN/END EC PUBLIC KEY-----" lines and now openssh seems happy.

I would understand it if you checked email on your Mac, and then those messages were not available on your iOS devices if you had the advanced account setting "remove copy from server after retrieving message:" set to immediately.
I looked through my iPhone settings and don't even see an option to tell my phone to pull the only copy of a message and delete it from the server.
Possibly there is another setting in Lion (I am running Snow Leopard still) that tells your Mac to only synchronize mail to your iOs devices and is not pulling mail directly from iCloud.
You could try disabling your current iCloud email account in Mac Mail, and adding a new one and just telling Mail it is a standard IMAP account (imap.mail.me.com incoming and smtp.mail.me.com outgoing).
I did that for Leopard to get my email even to work after MobileMe is cancelled and it seems to work fine with my iPhone.
If that doesn't work, you can delete that new email account and re-enable the temporarily disabled iCloud email account from above.

Outdated operating system software

Computer needs updates

Filter Between in QAAWS not working correctly for period, how to resolve?

I created universe based on query on bw and then created query in QaaWs.
I trying to query summary of sale amount for the periods that selected on the prompts screen.
I put sale amount in Result Ojbects pane and put periods in Filter Objects pane.
And set periods option to prompts in between. When I entry periods 008.2009 - 009.2009
The result of sale amount is not correct. It's seem only show the value of one period.
Does anybody know about this issue and maybe how to resolve?

I use an OLE DB connection to a MS SQL Server 2005.
Connection Details say:
Version 2.0.0.29
Build 12.1.0.882
Network Layer OLE DB
DBMS Engine MS SQL Server 2205
Database used is MS AdventureWorksDW sample database (data warehouse sample)
I noticed that only with this database, ranking is selectable (not with the AdventureWorks non-DW sample database).
Ranking itself seems to work, if I activated ranking (e.g. Top 10 customers) everything is ok.
(Also if I send a direct SQL command with ranking to the DBMS, it seems ok.)
Issue arise if I add year filter. Combination of rank and year filter does not seem to work properly.
Any idea why? Or do you wanted to say that this issue might also be related to DBMS support? I would hope / expect to get a straight "ranking not supoorted" and not incorrect data back ...

Flex 4 migration: how to resolve css warnings

Hi,
we are trying to migrate a our flex app to flex 4, and while compiling the app, we are seeing a lot of the following warnings. I was wondering how to resolve these warnings. We are not using flex 3 compatibility flag but are using Halo as the default theme via the compiler argument -theme=${flexlib}/themes/Halo/halo.swc.
It seems that the warnings are coming from css packaged in datavisualization.swc and halo.swc

I just saw that we are using xmlns:mx="http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml" in all our custom components written in mxml, including our main application.
In our custom css, I have the default namespace set to:
