How to save an existing sales quote as a new quote.

Hello,
I am trying to duplicate an existing sales quote. I have a button 'Save As' on the Sales Quotation UI.
On button click a new sales quote should be created with the same information and then the sales quotation UI should be populated with this newly created quote. Hence, only the DocNum in the top right corner is changed from the UI's point of view. Actually i am adding a new record in the OQUT table and the other related tables. I can use the SAPbobsCOM.Documents object, populate it with the existing quote data and create a new quote. But how do i update the Sales Quotation UI with this new object?
What is the best way to achieve this?

You could try the following:-
- set the form mode to Find mode
- set the value of Item "8" (DocNum) to the document number generated by the DI
- Call the click method of Item "1" (Find button)

    Are you asking about transfering iPhoto Libraries from one Mac to another Mac? Or about transferring iPhoto albums from an IOS device to a computer? And what is your iPhoto version?
    If you are talking about your Mac, simply transfer the iPhoto Library to the new computer. You can copy it using the network, by copying to a portable disk, or by connecting your old mac to the new mac in target disk mode. After copying the iPhoto Library to your Home folder on the new mac, double click it to open it in iPhoto and to point iPhoto to it.
    If you are asking about transfering albums from an IOS device; the albums you create on your IOS device are not synced back to your computer. You share the photos by adding them to the Photo Stream, creating shared Photo streams, sending them by email, or publishing web journals.

    That you should be able to do in ORDER_SAVE badi.
    You will be able to find lots of discussions on usage of this badi here in this forum.
    You need to call ORDER_READ, then call ORDER_MAINTAIN to change the values according to your requirement.

    Unless I am mistaken, the RIM DTM does not back up 3rd party apps, so they are not available for restore. Any apps you obtained via AppWorld can be reinstalled from within AppWorld, so those will be fine. But, for any apps you obtained outside of AppWorld, you will need to hold onto your relevant information (installation URL, authorization keys, etc.) and then manually reinstall them after you have conducted the wipe/restore.

  • How do I get existing GPO settings to recognize new admx/adml files?

    I built a Central Store 2 years ago.  I just copied the latest IE admx/adml files to the appropriate sysvol location.  When I open GPMC and go to a specific GPO, and then go into User Config > Preferences > Control Panel Settings > Internet
    Settings and then right-click to create a new setting, only IE5/6/7/8 still show up and not 9/10/11.  When I looked at the xml code for the admx, it has 9/10/11 in there.
    What am I missing or doing wrong to get the new admx/adml file to be recognized by my existing policies so that I can customize specific settings?

    Group Policy Preferences does not use ADMX files at all.
    ADMX files are only used by "Classic GPO".
    If you want to "see" the newer IE versions on the GPP Internet Settings UI, you need a newer OS with GPMC installed (either a newer Server OS, or, a newer Workstation OS+RSAT).
    Or, you can either edit the filter XML or apply the hotfix - but neither of those will change the UI, because the UI is hosted in a DLL, and the DLL ships with Windows as an OS component and MS do not offer any other method of updating those DLLs.

    I'm not sure what DB tools you are using in LabVIEW however I was able to locate the following function that seems to accomplish what you asked about.

    As far as database applications go there are several examples included in LabVIEW some of which include SQL functions as well.

    I have been trying to figure out why my mac mail will start to down load, and then it stops. I have 50 messages that i'm trying to POP and it start out fine, then after 10 or so messages it stops. i have tried to delete the messages from the server to see if there is some specific message that is causing problems to no success.
    so now i'm trying to just remove the old Messages and start a new mail data file from scratch. then move the old messages into it, that is if it can be done.

    Saving as RTF is usually at the bottom of the dropdown list:
