How to search for BAPI or FM for some requirement

I have one requirement for a standard transaction. i want to search for a BAPI or FM.

Hi Chandrika,
go to transaction BAPI and there you can find the Function wise..
or if you want you can search by alphabet wise.
Or take the Pakage of the Standard transaction next go to se80-->enter Package and see the Function modules or BAPI's under
the Package related to That.

I'm trying to write a labview program and i'm new to the program. I need the program done asap. First the user inputs the row number and then based on the row number it opens and reads an excel spreadsheet file which is just a table and it outputs the numbers corresponding to the column I ask for. Ummm... what file did you save as .lvm, and what does this have to do with an Excel file? To read/write Excel files you need to use ActiveX. There are a couple of shipping examples on how to do this in LabVIEW. Plus, this has been asked like a zillion times, so there's tons of examples in this forum if you just do a search. Plus, there's an Excel thread that has lots more examples.

Hi,
On any tab there is email, you can use the same to filter down on internal applicants (using the @company.com) in the end. On the applicant tab, there is a search for employee and ex-employee, enable the drop-down.
Customization is possible but will be tricky as these pages use the advanced search pattern in OA framework and so, extensions are harder to do, though not impossible.

i have a senario where in for a sinle PO there will be many assent nos.
Example :if i have a single purchase order of 100 chairs.each chair will have a unique asset no for maintianence.
i want to find a bapi or any FM to help me upload the details through XL-sheet, other than doing it manually,

BAPI_PO_CHANGE, if you want to add the Asset numbers to the PO.

Can any one help me know how to find whether a BAPI exists for a particular task(ex create sales order BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDATA) using the transaction BAPI .
More clearly given a task how should i confirm/find whether a BAPI exists for that .

Hi,
Go to Transaction Bapi. Select the segment u want i.e, Sales and dist or Materials & management ....
and in that heirarchy, u check the slaes order and then, check whether u want to create or change or delete a particular order.For ex, If u want to create u select Purchase order and double click. In the right side u get the function module name.

I took the example code that was posted by rkconner, thanks rkconner, and modified it to allow me to search for files in a directory that contain * and/or ?. Yes, I said and/or! Meaning that you can use them both in the same file name, example: r??d*.t* would find readme.txt.
I've posed my complete and thoroughly document code below. I hope it is very helpful to other as I have searched many forums and spent many hours today trying to resolve this problem.

FBE2: BAPI or FM for Changing and Deleting Payment Advice

I am looking for BAPI or FM for changing & deleting payment advice as we can accomplish from FBE2.
This is EC 6.0 upgrade issue for not be able to post using CALL TRANSACTION in background mode.
I tried the below FM's in the Function group FARMATCH, but all have them have the follwing code to select payment advice Header Table [AVIK].

In the EXTENSIONIN param Structure should be BAPI_TE_XXXXX(Which has the custom fields) .
If you don't know one in se11 search with BAPI_TE_* , I am sure you will one which has ur fields.
And then in Value part1 should have your data.
For Ex. you want to send company code , asset no.
first4 will be your comp code , Next 12 will ur Asset no .
Please revert back if more help required.

Log in to your account, and move all your files to your home folder. No other users should be able to access them there and they won't show up with a Spotlight search.
Make sure your kids' account(s) do not have admin privileges.
