How to send an e-mail from an ADF BC application?

Hi all,
I have a requirement of sending e-mail from my ADF BC application.I am using JSF and Jdeveloper 10.1.3.3.0.
Can anyone please help me out?

You can do it easily, there are 2 ways;
1- add a mail class and call its method from a managed bean. (viewcontroller) sample: http://www.javacommerce.com/displaypage.jsp?name=javamail.sql&id=18274
2- write a stored procedure and create a view object in model side. Then use this viewobject. (model) reference: Oracle UTL_SMTP plsql package , sample: http://www.oracle-base.com/articles/9i/EmailFromPLSQL9i.php

You can make an object have a mailto: hyperlink that has subject and body variables included.
It would look like this:
mailto:[email protected]?subject=Subject-text-goes-here&body=Body-text-goes-here
Fill in the variables with your own text, and make sure to replace spaces in your subject and body text with figure dashes.

How to send an e-mail from a store procedure

Hi,
I need to find a way to send an e-mail from an store procedure every time a table is fetched.
Is there a way to accomplish this task?. The e-mail should only display the rows in the table (no more than 5 rows) on a daily basis.
Any help or example any of you can provide, it's greatly appreciated.

With Oracle 10g you can use UTL_MAIL to send mails.

How to send information/warning message from CRM to B2B application

Hi,
I need to send information/warning mesage from CRM to B2B application.
I am using FM CRM_MESSAGE_COLLECT to send the required message to application log first and then implemented a BADI called CRM_ISA_BASKET_MSGS for reading that message to dispay it in Internet Sales.
When I am passing message type as E in FM CRM_MESSAGE_COLLECT ,it is correctly showing it in B2B internet sales application as an error message but when I tried to pass message type as I/W it is not dispaying the message in B2B internet sales application although that information/warning message is being displayed in application log in CRM
Can anyone pls provide some useful inputs for passing information or warning message type from CRM to Internet Sales allpication??

You need to fire the action from B2B, maybe when the b2b is all loaded you can call a FM in CRM that will handle some validations, this FM will return a result, store it in a session attribute, and put a condition in the JSP that will handle the response, inside this condition (if the attribute session is not empty) print a block, a label or something in html, css class will help to put some colors and maybe make a custom alert block.

I'm using Labview to send an e-mail from outlook and everytime I got a dialogue box which inform that a software is trying to send an e-mail. To send this e-mail I have to confirm operation. How can I avoid this dialogue box ?

I don't know what code you're using but the attached VI works with my version of Outlook and doesn't have any pop-up messages. I downloaded it from somewhere a while ago but don't remember where it was from.

There is no such option/setting on an iPhone to determine this. Whether you can view the attachment has more to do with your connection, WiFi or cellular, and the size of the attachment than anything else. There will be a paperclip indicating the message includes an attachment regardless if downloaded with the message or not. When connected to the cellular network, if an attachment is below a designated size the attachment will be downloaded automatically. If over a certain size, you must select the attached file icon in the body of the message to download the attachment. The size limit varies by carrier/provider.

1. How to generate this kind of payload in mail adapter module?
2. It is possible to send appointment via mail adapter?

You can use Java/ABAP proxies to do this job for you..
Java Proxy >> will read the mail(with the attachments) with the help of Java APIs and send the message into XI ABAP Proxy >> for this you will have to first convert the attachment into a message and then you can proceed in the regular fashion.
Not all adapters can process attachments, I'm not sure why you are having trouble with using module processor in the mail adapter. Just check if the service pack that you are using supports this feature.

Mail is in a loop. I tried to send a bulk mailing from Filemaker Pro 10 and it has my mail program in a loop.

I attempted to send a bulk mailing from my Filemaker Pro 10 database. There were two bad addresses in the mix and mail continues to paint the attempts on my screen. Send connector - e-mails from two domains to distinct anti-spam IPs

I have an Exchange enviroment that has two domains. I want that e-mails sent from a domain do the relay to an anti-spam, and e-mails sent from another domain do the relay to another anti-spam.
Example:
I need to config send connector to send the e-mails from "test1.com" to IP 10.160.190.66 and from "test2.com" to IP 10.160.190.69
How do I do?
I need this because each domain uses distincts anti-spam
