How to send output of alv report as mail
Hi Experts,
I Have retrieved data from USER tables and i need to send the output of the list through mail.
could you please help me in completing this task

Hi,
You can send the report data as an either excel sheet ot txt attachment in side the email. for this you can use the function module . for this refer to program BCS_EXAMPLE_7 .

How to send ALV report by mail
Hi everybody,
I would like to know how i can donwload the ALV report to an internal table so i can send it by mail?
the fact of sending by mail it's already solved.. i tried sending the internal table of the ALV and it was OK, but what i need is to send all the display of the report..i mean..titles..columns,..totals... as i see on the screen.
for a normal report i used the %_list to send the report to an internal table but for an ALV it doesn't work.

If you have used Method (Container /Classes) for your ALV.
You can find "SEND" when you drop down the "Download(UCOMM = %PC)" button at Container. Select "SEND" Option this will bring you Create Document and Send screen.
Please enter reciepient and send the report.

Steps for uploading Logo :-:
1. Goto the transaction OAER
2. Enter the class name as 'PICTURES'
3. Enter the class type as 'OT'
4. Enter the object key as the name of the logo you wish to give
5. Execute
6. Then in the new screen select Standard doc. types in bottom window
Click on the Screen icon
Now, it will ask for the file path where you have to upload the logo
7. Now you can use this logo in REUSE_ALV_COMMENTARY_WRITE
Here you go !!

This is for 12.1.3, 10g on linux. Would please someone tell me how to send a Patch impact report to a user. She doesnot want to go to EBS to look and I asked me to send her a report. I have looked but didn't see anywhere I can do that. Please guide me.

Nayas has already answered this question -- You can save the report (File > Save As) or take a screenshot or whatever is convenient for you and send it to the user.

How to make checkbox field inactive in the output of ALV report.
Dear All,
I am having one ALV report in whose output there are checkboxes against each record. Example: the output columns of my ALV report are:
Checkbox, Sales Document No, Billing Document No.
Now, my requirement is that if for the Sales Document No there exists any Billing Document No in the output then the Checkbox should be inactive but if the Billing document coloumn is empty for a particular Sales Document No then only the Checkbox field should become active.
Kindly guide me on how to make this checkbox field inactive.

1.Define as--> GS_STATUS TYPE SLIS_STATUS,
2.check layout check box fieldname is not initial.
then set the status according to your logical conditions
GS_STATUS-FLG_CHECKBOXES_ACTIVE = 'X'

the alv output will display the sum at the last row.
for this functionality u have do this logic.
data: lw_fcat type slis_fieldcat_alv.
data: lt_fcat type slis_t_fieldcat_alv/
wa_fcat-fieldname = 'AMT1'.
wa_fcat-tabname = 'ITAB'.
wa_fcat-do_sum = 'X'.
append wa_fcat to lt_fcat.
and then pass it to reuse_alv_grid_display function,
