How to separate 2 divisions via authorization; Big Picture needed

Hi,
we are going to use our CRM System for a second Division and we are planning to do this with the SAP Authorization Concept. (Main Issue: Div 2 is not allowed to see the BPs of Div 1)
I found some relevant SAP Notes for this; for example Note 545334(Separate the BP Transaction Results of the F4 Search) But I`m still missing the BIG Picture.
Does anybody have some hints for me how to get the big Picture?

You probably need to send email to Amit Levavi. Technically with my infrastructure/landscape project experiences, I would agree with Alternative 4. If SSL and Security is not an issue, and you have the same audience (external/intranet, etc.), then it would be my approach as well. Even with a Big Portal, with J2EE WAS 6.40, you can always add servers.

I think you can make use of SHD0 - Transaction variant to achieve this. You can make it as grayed out while recording steps in SHD0.

you can do in two ways.
1. Enter a valid Division which you configured in the system.
2. Remove the Division as required field. However I suggest it should have a valid division. Why can not you check with your Functional owner?

Please check the following:
If to a certain document type is assigned the 'blank' item
category (Category Text : Standard) for the document type in customizing ( Transaction olme ->
Purchase Order -> Define Document Types -> Select Document Type 'ZSVC'
-> Click Allowed Item Categories ), the system therefore would allow for the
item category to be left blank when the PO is created/saved, even if the
field selection key specifies it to be mandatory.Please note that in
case of the item category, the field selection key customizing is
actually not considered here but only the item categories defined.
If you would like to require an item category to be entered for the PO,
then kindly delete the standard item category type and other item category types rom the customizing of
the document type you use.

How to make accounts display only via authorizations?

Has anyone setup CRM 2007 to get the account page to be display only? We don't want to allow certain users to manage accounts directly in CRM and would like to lock this down via authorization objects. We can't seem to figure out what authorization objects are needed to lock it down appropriately. Thanks in advance.

We've had a similar requirement. We used sap note 1260695.
Using this BAdI you can customize that depending on the BP role, some areas (e.g. marketing attributes) are
editable, and others (e.g. address data) are only displayed.
As an alternative, you can use note:
Note 1259940 - Authority check for accounts depending on roles

How to separate enter GR and return in invoice verification

I have completed GR for purchase order, and then, vendor send me invoice. however, during invoice check, warehouse return goods to this vendor. so I just want enter GR item excluding the new return item. but sap system automatically propose total Qtys/amounts. I cann't manually change Qtys/amounts.
everybody can tell me how to separate enter GR and return in invoice verification.
someday suggest me use return PO and 161 movetype to deal with this problem. however, I not think this is a good solution.

well the main point of u r problem is that u r not able to change the qyantity /value in invoice
but system should allow u to change the quantity and vlaue as per standard sap settings
i think u r user profile is not authorized to do so.........chek the authorization for miro
u can aslo ue invoice reduction option in miro
suppose u r vendor invoice u for 100 pc but u have recived only 89 pc as 20 pc u have already returned then u can use invoice reduction option to change the quantity and value and in this case sytem will genrate the credit memo and invoice
100 pc invoice
20 pc credit memo
and ultiamtely u have posted 80 pc invoice

*The overall runtime can be split into 5 different parts (Database, OLAP, MDX, RFC and
WebIntelligence) .
*We have to gather the statistics in the SAP BW system. Use transaction SE16 (Data Browser)
and go to table RSDDSTAT_OLAP
*Enter User name and UTIME and calendar date object name (Bex query)
*Press the execute button and you will get the table with all the statistics in SAP BW. Now, you
have to separate the backend runtimes into database, OLAP and MDX runtime.
*Gathering the Database Runtime
Click on the header of the column “EVENTID” to mark the whole column. Set a filter by pressing
and select the between range from 9000 to 9011.
*Gathering the OLAP Runtime
Click on the header of the column “EVENTID” to mark the whole column. Set a filter by pressing
and select the between range from 2500 to 4999.
*Gathering MDX runtime
Click on the header of the column “EVENTID” to mark the whole column. Set a filter by pressing
and select the between range from 40000 to 40036.
*Gathering the Single Statistical Records STAD
To get the memory consumption, Remote Function Calls (RFC) and the details about all the BAPIs
called during report execution, we need to enter transaction STAD in SAP BW.
When starting STAD, set a filter on the connection user for the Universe and select the appropriate
start time and the length of the interval to be investigated (according to the total runtime of the report).
This will return a set of RFC calls to the backend. Normally, the major runtime influencing part can be
easily determined by the column “Response time (ms).
Subtract all this times from Webi report refresh time , we get time taken at BO end.

Hi,
Usually it can be determined using the field shkzg. If it contain 'S' its debit and if it contains 'H' then its credit.
Before showing the amount you need to do like;
IF wa_gl-shkzg = 'H'.
wa_gl-dmbtr = wa_gl-dmbtr * (-1). " dbmtr - amount
ENDIF.
This will solve your problem.

You can't. Apple's share button only supports Apple Mail (as specified by launching Apple Mail, choosing preferences and choosing general.). Maybe Apple will open this up to other apps in future updates.

You can't drag video into the filesharing pane of iTunes, you can only transfer projects.
Videos need to come in via the photos tab of iTunes.
The easiest way to get videos from the iPhone to the iPad is via the project export import.
Projects can be exported from the iPhone, then imported to the iPad like this:

If the marquee screen isn’t showing, tap the My Projects button .
Scroll to center the project or trailer you want to share.
Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen, and then tap iTunes; tap OK when iMovie indicates that export is complete.
Connect your device to your computer, and then open iTunes on your computer.After a moment, your device appears in iTunes, below Devices on the left.
Select the device, and then click Apps at the top of the iTunes window.

A wireless printer connects to the network just like your computer, or iPhone/iPad, etc. connects using wireless.
The printer must be set up intially to scan to "find" available wireless networks, then your specific wireless network needs to be selected. Then the password for the network needs to be entered.
Once the printer is configured to join the network, it is always connected to the network. No further configuration is required.
