How to set an ON_TOGGLE event on a checkbox during runtime

I've some problems to create an ON_TOGGLE event on my checkbox. Actually i created checkbox using this method:
wd_this->m_process_handler->add_parameter_field( i_id = 'ORPHAN'
      i_within_block               = 'PROC'
      i_description                = l_text
      i_as_checkbox                = abap_true ).

As you are using check box for a select option, you might not be able to handle On toggle for this check box. Instead try to use the memory id (I_MEMORY_ID) parameter in the method mentioned and using that you can do your processing.

Your approach(setting fire action for few rows) seems not possible. Better to go ahead with workaround.
Do you want this functionality in processRequest(while page loading) or processFromRequest(on some event) method ? Give more explanation regd. your requirement ?
In either case loop through the rows and when your condition is met write the action to be performed in controller.

Thanks for your replies. Basically this condition type is a manual condition type which will be entered in sales order and then will be available in billing document. But when there is a return order created with reference to that billing document then I want that the manual condition is not deteremined in the return order.
I tried by assigning a requirement to the condition type in pricing procedure but seems to be pricing requirement don't work for manual header conditions. Then I tried to assign a condition value formula and tried to set the value to zero in case of return orders but that also did not work.
Then I also tried to apply the same logic in user exit USEREXIT_PRICING_CHECK in the following programs
LV69AFZZ
MV61AFZA
But still it did not work. Any help would be highly appreciated

About the first part of your problem : User with permission and user without permission.
To meet your needs I would have defined a Group named "WithPermission" and associated this group to a Member (user) "A"
While other users would not have been associated with this group.
When an user login I would have checked what groups that are associated with. If the group "WithPermission" was found I would have allowed the current login user to write "My Example". If the current login user was not associated to group name "WithPermission". The user would not have been able to edit the field.
I did a search in the metamodel object and I found nothing Method. Following my reading it seems that it is not possible. Read below.

As described by Dirk I think the only thing you can do is to make a check on a specific username. Unfortunately it will be "hard coded" in your program. Or If you can by vb script access the repository tables. You could resolve your problem by checking Group permission associated to each users logged in..

How to set up recurring events in iCal on OS X Mavericks?

I've just downloaded Mavericks and in iCal, recurring setting option is no longer there. This was a very convienent feature. Any help would be awesome!

If you create a new event under Calendar in Mavericks 10.9.1 - Using the month display and double clicking on the day window, an info box pops-up.
So far, so good...
There is no mechanism to "add an alert' -- the only options are "Add Invitees" in one group then Add Notes, Add Attachment... and Add URL.
This is where you lost me...
because, as is plain to see, there is an option to add an Alert, just as there was in my screen shots from 10.9 above.
Another problem -- If you right-click on the event IN the day window, an option to "duplicate" the event pops-up, but that event created appears in that same date and time with no option to provide a new date and time.
Instead of choosing "Duplicate," choose Get Info. This will open an Info window in the upper left...
Click on the date in that Info window...
and when the Date field expands (gray area, below), click on the date again, and you will be able to change the date and time of the event...

I create events from what ever is close ipad iPod. It would be very helpful if the MM calendar could be set to email alarm and a two day lead. I know there are alternative todo etc.; but This would be much better.

How to set repeating calendar events?

Looked in help and followed the instructions and nothing to do with events showed. maverick and pro retina

If you double-click on the Event, a window will pop up; click on the appropriate section (the time in this case).
For a New Event, click on Add Alert, Repeat, or Travel Time
Once selected, Click on the Repeat section and choose a default or use Custom… to set the repeat frequency.

when u put 0 SAP dont considers as any value in the field and it treats as blank
and the accounting is done as normal.
so if u want that the value to be posted as 0 to the receiving material than put the value as 0.01
this would be work round

I have a block multirecord and I want just one item block at run time is disabled depends of position the cursor, I used the "set_item_instance" but not got success, as it disables all items of the block and I just want one.

You could have a pre-text-item at block level that checks whether the trigger item and record meet the criteria to be gone into, and if not raise form_trigger_failure.
e.g.

On Windows NT 4.0, how can I prevent CreateProcess()
from creating a cmd.exe window when using javaw and
Runtime.exec()? No such cmd.exe window is created if
instead I run "java" from the command line.
I have a C++ server named "foo", and have created
a Java applcation with Swing GUI named "foo.java".
This GUI captures configuration information and
then uses Runtime.exec() to start the C++ app, with
a socket established between the Java app and C++
app for later communication.
This is all working fine, and the Java application
and GUI working as expected. When I run "java foo"
from either the NT command shell (cmd.exe) or MKS
Korn shell (sh.exe) the Java application/GUI starts,
and when it calls Runtime.exec() my C++ process is
started as what appears to be a child process of the
"java" process, that is, no cmd.exe window is created
during the Runtime.exec("foo.exe") call.
However, when running the same Java application from
a shortcut on the desktop via "javaw", when I invoke
Runtime.exec() a cmd.exe window is created before my
C++ server is started. While things are running
ok and my Java app can still communicate with my
C++ server, is there anyway I can prevent this
cmd.exe window from being created, and instead, have
my C++ server run as a child process of javaw (or
an independent process without a cmd.exe)?

cmd always opens a dos window - use another console interpreter instead or just call the programm directly.
