I want to set 1st row as selected = true as default in
datagrid after loading the form which out clicking on any item i
want to set the 1st row as selected, how can i achieve this.

How to Fix the 1st row in Table
In EP, one of the page we are getting out put in the table format. It's working fine, but as per the new requirement we have to fix (freeze) the first row of the table. (.i.e. whenever I click the page down button first row should be visible in the table). Can you help regarding the above issue?
For Example: in Table having 6 rows. In 1st row display Year Month and 2,3,4---etc Rows will display Quantity. Click on Page down Button in Table we are able to staring 2row. First was a movie up. So End user canu2019t find which year/moth under the Quantity is available.
So I have to fix in 1st row. Click on page down button table 1st row is fixed but comes to another Quantity Records.
It is Possible in Table? If possible please tell me.

I don't think there is direct availabe method available to fix the row. However, there are two ways using which you can achieve the requirement:
To go ahead with the custom table. This way you can set your own properties for the table. However, this may impact performance handling large data.
Second option is to use other features of NW04s (Not available in NW04) like Table Popins using which you can achieve something similar.

try table.getSelectionModel().setSelectionInterval(0, 0)
You need to check and make sure there is at least one row in the table before you do this, otherwise exception will throw.

I have a CheckBox set as the renderer/editor for a column in

Hey Gary,
When you are defing the checkbox as itemrenderer then create
a new class for that and make one checkbox component in that.
then in the dataprovider of your datagrid append one
<selected>false</selected> tag. Then in your renderer

I'm using jdev 11.1.2.0.0
How can we set the row(in which row focus is) as current row in the table?
If we create a table with single row selection, then whichever row we select, that row becomes current row because of the selection listener(#{bindings.xxvo.collectionModel.makeCurrent}).
Then if we do tabout from one component to another component in table and moved to next row, then the focus would be on another row .
when focus is shifted from one row to another row, then how can we make the focused row as current row or selected row.
Any suggestion would we appreciated

Using the Office Web API how would one set an Excel row height to 0 or other number?
I would think this is possible since I am able to narrow the row height using a mouse in the same way one does on the Excel client.

What do you mean by "Office Web API"? I assume you mean the "JaveScript API for Office". If so, I'm afarid the current Office Javascript API did not provide the method to set the height of a cell.

4 nw for ur table , make a another context attribute of type either string or I , say attr1
bind its visiblerowcount property of table to attr1
