How to setup database user for windows NT SSO

Hi,
We have a scenario where we have to setup a database user so that SSO can be worked in windows environment.
We have oracle 10g installed on UNIX server. Now we want to setup a autosys user which will also be a winows user for eg by the name kumaral and domain (which is Logon option in windows) will be FM, so eventually user name will be FM\kumaral. Autosys will be on windows machine and we have installed oracle client on this machine.
On oracle database we have created two user by following syntax:
(1) CREATE USER "OPS$FM\KUMARAL" IDENTIFIED EXTERNALLY;
(2) CREATE USER "OPS$FM\kumaral" IDENTIFIED EXTERNALLY;
Also we have provided connect grant to these users.
GRANT CONNECT TO "OPS$FM\KUMARAL".
GRANT CONNECT TO "OPS$FM\kumaral".
I am login in windows through FM\kumaral user, but we are not able to connect to oracle through this user, we are trying to connect to oracle from below mentioned query:
sqlplus /
but we are not able to connect.
Can someone please help me on this?

Oracle Data Guard
You can use "Physical Standby".
You cannot use "Logical Standby".
You are allowed to use Fast Start Failover (FSFO) but SAP Support is not provided.
You can use Data Guard Broker.
You can use Maximum Performance Mode, Maximum Availability Mode and Maximum Protection Mode.
In the case of Maximum Availability and Maximum Protection, you must pay particular attention to a fast network connection in order to avoid performance problems.
Maximum Protection causes the primary database to terminate if problems occur in the standby database.

There are a couple of methods for using more than one iPod on a single computer. Depending on how the clients connect use the IPv6 prefix of their 6to4, Teredo, and/ or IP-HTTPS tunnel. Just keep in mind that it could become a long list...

How to preserve database user details before cloning,
I am cloning the test database with the prod database, so my concern is how to preserve the users details which they have in TEST database( like roles, privilges, profiles , passwords, etc.....). Because that all gone after cloning from PROD.

I have read 'How to Back Up User Files (Windows Vista or XP)'
Back up files with the HP Recovery Manager
The HP Recovery Manager is used to back up user files to an external USB storage device.
1-Boot to the recovery partition 1. by pressing F11 .
2. Click Advanced Options .
3. Click Backup computer files .
4-Select the type of files you need to back up from the list and then click Next . It will take several
minutes to locate all of the files, no matter where they are on the hard drive.
5. Select the destination device (external USB hard drive or a USB flash drive/Memory Stick).
6. Click Next to start the backup.
New files will be backed up. Depending on the number of files located, it could take an hour or more to backup
the file.
However, When I have done those steps I encountered these:
First: I didn't see any option to save the files in an external hard disk or even another partition other than Windows partition.
Second: I haven't find any option to back up my files in other partition other than Windows partition, I have let Recovery manager proceed to save at any place it prefers. After that, I found that Recovery Manager gave me an error during copying the files :
Recovery Manager failed in finishing backup files, error: FFFFFF14, although the percentage of progress was %67
Also, I have enough free space on Windows partition.

Would it be quite good if anyone could take some time out to reply me?

Oracle ship many pre-delivered Database Items plus they're created automatically when you create Input Values (etc).
There's often something already there for you. If there's not, you usually create Fast Formula functions to retrieve other data. You don't create your own custom DBIs; Oracle don't deliver APIs for that.

You need to set the following two environment variables after you install tomcat on windows

Do this and try running start.bat again. It should get past this error.
