How to setup project property in 9iJdeveloper?

i don't know how to setup the project property, although i have experience with jdev3.1.
i want to run a helloworld.jsp.
the project name is myProject.
the files i have
helloworld.jsp
helloworldBean.java
helloworldProvider.java
the data "hello world" is retrived from a database table.
i use NT to build and test these files, and put them on Linux environment later.
the Linux server runs 9iAS, i will put the jsp file in $j2ee_home/default-web-app/myTest, and put the servlet classes in $j2ee_home/default-web-app/WEB-INF/classes/myTest.
could any one give me detail explaination on
1.where to put the three files(same directory or not)?
2.how to setup the project property on my NT machine? (such as Defaul Package, javaSourcePath, HTML root Diretory, output directory,Libraries, J2ee properties, modelers properties, and other properties necessary to be modified. )

So simple.
nothing to do with rendering.
Steve you deserve a big hug for all your hard work in trying to help me, and I feel like I owe you big time, however the solution was so simple and provided by ted smith, on the playback screen one right clicks and changes the playback quality to highest, and the quality is 100% crystal clear.

How to setup project using the correct vid settings

apple macbook pro, lion
elements 10, licensed version ie not trail.
How can I identify exactly what my new project settings should be when I want to setup a new project.
I have a dvd with a number of vob files.
The vob files play great in vlc on my dvd player.
If I use standard setting, see print screen.
When I click get media the files are imported.
When I try to play them (after rendering), the first second they play, they are clear, but then they go blurred, in a similar way to the difference between hd in youtube and 240 rate.
So I tried setting up the project clearly using the wrong settings. When I insert the video into the timeline, the application tells me its the wrong setting and do I want it to automatically change the settings to suit the video, if I say NO, then the video plays without being distorted and blurred, however it jumps because it is the wrong setting.
If I say YES, then the video plays but plays blurred.
This tells me that the application cannot identify the correct video project setting for this or any other file that I insert be it from vob or avi.
Here is a printscreen of the file properties, maybe this will help. It wont upload here so I will add to next string.

I’m trying to configure a SharePoint Team Site to give support to a group of AX Consultants but I need some coordination please…
Up till now I have:
Added a user group called “AX Users”
Added a Content Site Content Type – Document Set Content Type (This one holds all documents for a new AX Project)
Added a document library
Allowed the Document Set Content Type I had created in step (2) inside of this new library
I added columns to the Document Library for
Roles which is selected from a menu populated by (1) AX USER GROUP
I’ve added a Calendar app (no config)
I’ve added a Tasks app (no config)
Added other (non) essential standard apps
(+ I learned about workflows)
I would like:
When a project is started I would like to add a new and
separate task list that initially populates using a template document (preferably an MS Project Document which I have) and the
roles should be drawn from the Document Library columns as mentioned in step (5).
Parameters: If no constructive answer to this question is possible (because I’m not allowed to go into development or any advanced operations) I would like it if somebody can point me in the right
direction with the following question:

On the OAS Control's OC4J section, there is a place you can set the OC4J instance server settings. You can create certain number of JVMs and their runtime properties.

IWDNodeInfo and IWDAttributeInfo are generally used .
The API does not seem to support settings these properties.
Any issues in mapping in design time ?

How to setup an Eclipse project usring Ant?

Hi,
I've been using maven for a while, it's really a deep impression that maven provides so much convenience. Now i m having a project has to be built by Ant. I m wondering whether Ant can do the same thing as maven does. The function i m after is the external library referencing in maven. I m not very familiar with Ant, it looks all external libraries(JARs) must be put in the 'lib' directory, this is ok for compiling, but while i m developing the project in Eclipse, it can't reference to those libraries unless i manually add them through Eclipse project property settings, this is what i don't want to do, because it seems redundant.
Is there a way that i can setup the environment for Eclipse project using Ant?

Yes, in Terminal you type a single line which is made from the path to the adt application, some parameters, and paths to other documents. Here's the full list of things:

That "-C" line is clever, it does a directory change to the folder you give it, so after the -C /location/to/swf part it will then look in that same folder for other documents, and for where to build the IPA file.

Where is the "Profile" section in Project Property window?

Hi, first time use this Oracle JDeveloper. From the tutorial it seems that inside the Project Property window, the left pane, you have the "Common" section and "Profile" section. Inside "Profile" section it's the "Development", then under Development you have "Paths" "CodeCoach" "Compiler", etc.
My problem is, in that left pane, I only see a "Common" section, I don't even have something called "Profile". This makes it impossible for me to set the class path, because according to the tutorial, I need to change something under "Development" which is under the "Profile".

I'm trying to use ADF Faces. According to the document, http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/htdocs/partners/addins/exchange/jsf/doc/faq.html, section 3.5:
"You need to enable J2SE 1.4 Assertions. In jdev this can be done in project properties (Select Tools -> Project Properties -> Profiles -> Development -> Compiler -> Enable J2SE 1.4 Assertions.)"
I'm using JDeveloper 10.1.3.34.12 on Mac OS X, java version 1.5.0_02-56. How do I enable J2SE1.4 Assertions?

Hi Gopal,
There is no concept of Variant in Webdynpro ABAP. But in our project we have some tool to do that. Its not release to the client I think. In my scenarieo, We create the Screen variant and program name will be supplied to the tool that will generate the ouput in PDF and Selection screen in One view. But the same is not avilable .
If you want the same concept in Webdynpro ABAP, you need to go for Dynamic programming only. This is the only option is avilable.

We have an ASP.NET (2008) application and use the ReportViewer Web Control to show a Crystal Report on the client browser.
   - We set the "PrintMode" property to ActiveX in order to print to the client's local printer.
   - We set up the Landscape in Crystal Report Page setup.
   - We also put repdoc.PrintOptions.PaperOrientation = PaperOrientation.Landscape in the program.
The problem is when the user clicks the print icon, the report prints in portrait, not landscape.
Is there a solution for this or is this a software limitation?

I don't know if the fix works for CrystalReportWebFormViewer4 which is what we have on the web server. I put debug alert in the Javascript of the following file

I can see the call goes to the file, but won't get to the window.dialogArguments.paperorientation condition.
When I write out: window.dialogArguments.paperorientation; it pops up "undefined".
Is there any updated solution for CrystalReportWebFormViewer4?

As a prerequisite , that VM need to access the gateway .
It means that you need to
create an external virtual switch then connect that VM to external virtual switch then allocate a LAN IP for VM .

Based on the previous posting, whatever information you're receiving from the vendor support folks appears rather garbled or confused, particularly based on that "The vendor mentioned that we need to route the DNS and get it working (forwarded) on port 80 and I'd tend to avoid them." comment over there.
I'd ask the vendor for documentation and details (as on its face, a requirement for this proxy seems, well, somewhat questionable), but yes, you're probably in the Apache config files here, and probably using overrides and .htaccess if the site is low-volume, as that'll keep the changes isolated for testing.
Out of curiousity, is this proxy project part of an attempt to get this package to accessible, but without the vendor actually having the package running on port 80? (Got a pointer to the package? We can check the docs, and see if we can translate the installation requirements into something useful on OS X Server.)
Are you running 10.5 or 10.6? Both are pretty old releases.
