How to tell if parameter is IN, OUT or IN/OUT

Hello
This is a super easy question but I was wondering is there anyway to tell whether a variable is IN/OUT without looking at the actual procedure/function?
For example
DECLARE
t_result VARCHAR2(300);
BEGIN
test.abortprocess (‘itemtype’,’itemkey’,t_result);
COMMIT;
END;For the procedure, above how can I tell if itemtype, itemkey or t_result are IN or OUT type parameters?
Or do I have to view the actual code of the procedure?

The only conclusion that can be made from this procedure call signature is that (assuming successful compile), the 1st 2 parameters are IN parameters and not OUT or IN OUT.
One needs to look at the actual procedure's signature itself, as already shown by SomeoneElse responses.I wasnt aware that you can do a simple "DESC PROCEDURE_NAME" and it would show the IN/OUT parameters thats super helpful and saves a lot of time!
Im not sure how you can draw the conclusion that the first 2 parameters are IN?
Or maybe Im misunderstanding what your saying by the procedure signature.
I would think the procedure signature is where you actually go and look at the procedure code, and not simply just when you "EXEC PROCEDURE_NAME(X, Y, Z)"
