VK12 - disappered %? how to transport the table with new tax codes?
Hallo
I'm changing conditions for tax codes in VK12. I have 2 questions:
1. When I created new entries, the % sign disappears. What shoud I do with this?
2. Should I create a transport with this changes? Or should I create all new entries with new tax codes manually in all target systems?
Thanks for all help,
Megyhi,
normally tax code changes will be done in PRD directly.
no need to transport
in VK12, that is change condtion record, you will find the details of condition record right.
then why are you going to create again.
change what ever you want to change then and there only and proceed with your requriment.

Hi All,
Any ideas how to transport a table index on an IO, we can create the index but its not allowing us to change the package name, its still in $tmp.
Thanks in advance,
BW Dev.Hi,
You will have to collect it. Choose the table on which your index you have created.
From the menu option select GOTO --> Object directory entry.
You will be displayed with $tmp as package. Make change in the pacakage to the relevant one.
On Executing the change you will be prompted with a request no. select the one. and transport to your required system.
Hope this helps!!! -
How do I use shipping rate tables on my listing.
ok, really having a nightmare on this one. Explanations would be great guys I have set up a postage policy and I ticked the large/bulky package option. It says underneath specify your shipping in your item description as it removes any further options within the policy settings themselves. If I choose flat rate [same for all] I do get 2 tick boxes at the bottom for international and domestic rate tables so I tick them as that is waht I want to use but because I chose flat rate to get those 2 tick boxes it wants me to add a value which defeats the shipping rate tables really. Other option is self collection which again turns off all other options in the policy page. When I post my item I get the choice of choosing the policy which is set to large bulky packages etc.I can enter dimensions and a weight but the ebay help description suggests I should see the option to tick the rate tables which I do not get. It mentions I cna add more options from within the P&P heading section of the item listing but I do not get that option either. I have buyers which is great news but all of them are asking for me turn on the postage /sighI would love to but cannot get any options at all to tick postage rate table as the postage setting. I have set the tables up for both domestic and international. Any advice would be appreciated as I am pulling my hair out trying to work this out Cheers all.
If you are using Flat Rate Shipping to ship large parcels, you are going to be losing money on postage. Here are a couple of Canadian postal codes.V8R 5G8/ K0A 0A6/ A1B 4J6 and for the USA90210/ 20500.Go to canadapost.ca and enter the same set of dimensions and weights for each of those codes.https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/far/business/findARate?execution=e2s1And save that link- it is ridiculously hard to find.See the differences? And use METRIC measurements. Canada Post went metric in 1974 and every other measurement will be an estimate. The Calculated Shipping doesn't show you any tables. Instead it shows your customer how much postage is to his address. You can see this if you go to your listing->Shipping & Handling-> and then enter various destinations. It's automatic. You don't need any table. Certainly not in your listing. BDR-- Buyers Don't Read.Make the customer's job as easy as possible.

How to view exchange rate table in essbase?
Hi,
I have created exchange rate table in Hyperion-Planning application.
Now I have to view that exchange rate table in essbase.
By using HSP_rate...? is it the write answer to view the exchange rate table?
If I am wrong then Could you please tell me how to view the exchange rate in essbase?Hi,
Exchange rates are stored in the Planning Relational store and refreshed to Essbase. Below is a guide to help you find exchange rates that Planning should have refreshed to Essbase in, for example, Essbase Excel addin.
You can set up the Essbase Excel addin to look at the following intersections, for example:
Rows
Accounts
HSP_RateType
HSP_Historical
HSP_Average
HSP_Ending
HSP_Rates Dimension
HSP_Rates
HSP_Rate_USD
HSP_Rate_AUD
HSP_Rate_CAD
HSP_Rate_JPY
HSP_Rate_GBP
HSP_Rate_EUR
Columns
Months of the Fiscal year's rates you want to see.
Other Selections
Select the specific Scenario (i.e. Forecast, Actuals)
Select the specific year the rates were entered to (i.e. FY02, FY03)
Specify the TOP LEVEL of Versions, Entities, or Currencies.
If the retrieval informs you that you must select a value for any required custom dimensions, make sure to select the top level member for that dimension on your spreadsheet.
Hope it helps...

45.65%Thanks so much for your detailed reply!
I checked into "Landing Page Activity for Date Range" report again and accidently hovered over "Form Conversion Rate"; it displayed the formula as "Total Form Submissions / Total Form Views". I added that metric to the report and saved locally. Now the Form Conversion Rate does equal to the calculation of Total Form Submissions / Total Form Views; data copied below. However, that formula is different from the one specified in the "Insight_ReportDetails_Guide", which is "Total Submits / Total Page Views").
Now, here comes the new questions for your help/ideas/suggestions -
- How come in our "Landing Page Activity for Date Range", the formula for Form Conversion Rate is different from the one listed in "Insight_ReportDetails_Guide"?
- Can we change it to use this formula: Total Submits / Total Page Views?
- Which one indeed is the correct calculation for Form Conversion Rate in "Landing Page Activity for Date Range" report?

How to transport/move a table with data from development to Test to Production
Hi,
How to transport/move a table with data from development to Test to Production..? Export-Import a Delivery Unit does only the structure and not the data
Reg
SriHi Sri,
You cannot transport Data via Transport route in HANA, you can only transport code changes/Structure via DU. For Data movement, you either have a do a export/import from a flat file or replication from a Source System to HANA.
Thanks Much,

Forwarding agreement can not release; Check items and calculation sheets.
Hi Experts,
While releasing status of a forwarding agreement to getting error message "Agreement can not release; Check items and calculation sheets''.
Please refer the screen shot attached and suggest.
Thanks & Regards,
Shaktiprasad DashHello Shakthi,
Firstly, have you maintained TCCS in your forwarding agreement?
You migt have inserted new item. However, there are no TCCS maintinaed in that agreement item.
In such cases those error messages are displayed. Restricting you from releasing the agreement.
Other cases:
is your TCCS local?
If your TCCS is global then ideally the charge usage should be any of the below: "customer", "Customer & service" or "ALL" for Forwarding Agreement to consume it.
For Local TCCS by defalut charge usage will be set to "Customer".
If Local, check whether have you missed any mandatory fields like amount, Currency.
If there are any % charge line, then the refrence number would have been missing or you might be referencing incorrectly.
For Global TCCS if any of the above is incorrectly maintianed it will not allow you to save the TCCS.
If you can attach the screenshot of the TCCS it will be helpful for me to solve your issue.

Hi experts,
in order to have one rate table with one Group of product freight Groups and another one for the 2 nd Group without creating new material groupings, I am using rate table Determination. I created a condition at master data -> Charge Management -> maintain Charge calculation rules. I used rules for rate table Determination. I have created a rate table as attached. I have simulated it and it works. it determines one rate table in one case and another one in the other case. I assign the determination rule to the calc sheet. But, when I want to use the Agreement with that calc sheet in the freight order, it says "Rate table does not exist in database". But, the rate tables exist and they are released. Has anyone come across this problem and can give me a hint?
Thanks in advance
PetraHi Petra,
I have a certain excel file and when I am trying to create a Charge Calculation Sheet for that I am unable to understand how to do that.
I have seen the solution you have provided by your in one of the similar issue.
Please let me know what condition technique you suggest me to use. -
How to see the Table Names & Field Names by other than F1 help
Hi Experts
How to see the Table Names & Field Names by other than F1 help, & How to see the List of MM Table Names.
RgdsThe only option to see the active table/ field name is through F1 --> Technical Information. Apart from this, you can use any 3rd part application like GUIex (INbuilt in SAP ECC 6.0 ... can be activated by clicking on the tri-color button on the top right), but you need technical knowledge to understand the information. As far consolidated list of MM tables is concerned, SAP don;t provide you the same at one place, it experience and knowledge which help you in this regard. For your immediate reference MM tables are as under :
