How to use BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to remove the billing block?

Dears,
I want to remove billing block using FM BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE,
I know it is associated with inport parameter ORDER_HEADER_IN, and the associated field is BILL_BLOCK, and this field should find
in table VBAK-FAKSK.
but if for a SO , the VBAK-FAKSK is not initial, and I want to remove its billing block, How should I do?
Any body could help me?

The first 3 conditions are understandable. How to use multiple statements in 4th case?
Here I first want to set the value as:

task is not for the billing process ....
and here my big problem is that i was unable to call the custom method in worklofw ....
So attachment is not working in workflow only it works while testing if i pas the key value .
Here my requirment is to remove the billing block if the person approve in decision step ...

Is there a way to remove the loading overlay. It appears to block events.
I want that if the slide hasn't loaded within say, 30 seconds, then present the user with a message to go to next slide or wait.

Using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to update the delivery date

Hi All-
I am using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE, to update the delivery date on the schedule lines...If I have 2 lines of schedule, needs to be updated the second one ETENR '0002'...
Bapi returns message that successfully processed, when I go back and look at Sales order, I don't se any changes on schedule line..
I am pssing into BAPI, sales doc and schedule line with the delivery date and the flag 'U'..and also I am using BAPI commit...
But, let me know if I am missing something and also let me know is it possible to change schedule delivery date or not?

I've done some research on the SQLite database. Whenever Aperture hangs up (like during auto-stack or opening the filter hud) there are thousands of SQLite queries happening. These SQLite queries cause massive file I/O because the database is stored on the disk as 1kb pages. However, the OS is caching the database file; mine's only 12MB. I'm trying to track down some performance numbers for SQLite on osx but having trouble.
It's starting to look like most of the speed problems are in the libraries that Aperture uses instead of the actual Aperture code. Of course, that doesn't completely let the developers off the hook since they choose to use them in the first place.
Oh, and if anyone is curious, the database is completely open to queries using the command line sqlite3 tool. Here's the language reference http://www.sqlite.org/lang.html

Yes of course, but Java is only needed as the initial step (installation of the dropper) in the infection process and is not required by the malware after that. Once infected neither the removal of Java nor the installation of a new OS will do anything to disable Flashback. Having removed the hard drive I'm finding I can't reformat it. I manage to mount the HD but Disk Utility crashes when trying to format (HD attached to Mac via Newer Tech. SATA cables to USB) and causes what I think is a kernal panic on my Mac which hard crashes. I see 3 partitions when attempting to mount one of which is AFP. Anyone got any ideas about how to do this? I've dug around but the only progress I've made is to note others have had to work around ACL's when replacing the logic board of the TC. Not sure if this even relates to the problem. However the tool for doing this seems to have been removed from SL. (Forum references to this procedure all relate to 10.5).
