How to use drools in NWDS Environment

Hi,
I have downloaded Drools 4.0.4 version.It contains only jar files in it.I would like to use drools in NWDS Environment.How can i achieve this?
Or is there any other link through which i can get a proper download file for drools?

You can implement your EJB as usual.
On the client side (i think this is also SAP J2EE, right?) you'll need the ejbclient.jar to have the interfaces of the EJBs available. In addition you need to feed the context factory with provider, username, password and context factory. etc.
An example can be found here:

The example above uses a Corba factory for connection. The EJB standard RMI IIOP factory is "com.sap.engine.services.jndi.CosNamingInitialContextFactoryImpl" I think.

How to use AppStore in business environment

Hi Community,
I've a few questions about the usage of the AppStore in business environments.
We have round about 25 Macs in our office.
Nobody of our users have an AppleAccount or an Apple-ID.
Not every Mac have an internet connection.
Nobody own a credit card from the company.
Okay, I have an Apple-ID but only for my own personal usage combined with my own personal and private credit card. But I don't want to pay the company bills with my credit card. Can I create an Apple Account for business usage without having a credit card from the company? Like Amazon, where we have a business account and where we pay our bills by direct debit. This works fine, is there a possibility to pay in AppStore by direct debit?
Next problem is that most of our Macs doesn't have an Internet connection. We are working for some government agencies and therefore we have strong limitations. How can we install software on these machines? Is it possible to download software on my Mac (with Internet connection), with the AppleAccount I addressed in the point above and put this installer on one of these machines?
If this is possible, how can I install a software on more of these machines without an Internet connection? How will the system verify if the licence is still valid and not registered by another machine?
For example we need Xcode on every machine and I download Xcode from Apples AppStore, do I have to download it as often as I need the software or only download it one time, what is useful because otherwise we would wasting bandwidth. What I've to do in such a case? Pay 10 times, download only one time and install it 10 times? And maybe I will get it for free because of my Apple Developers account, how can I pay with my business account for the others? If it is free, I've no other possibilities.
Another example, we are downloading a Lion Installer for multiple machines, how does the target system (without Internet connection) verify that the target hardware originally was shipped with Lion (because reinstalling the operating system for example) and doesn't need a bought licence? Otherwise the opposite scenario is, we want to install Lion on a machine where we have to buy a licence. How can I respect this differences when I have only one "master administration machine" who is allowed to download and buy software?
Can I use a Mac in future without an Internet connection?
Maybe someone can bring some light into this dark and cold prospect.

At the moment there is now way you can get Volume Licensing for Mac OS X outside US (at least none that I've been able to find).
This subject is also discussed HERE and, until now, no user or Apple official has been able to give us an answer to this question.
Hopefully they care enough about their customers to, at least, give us a time interval until Mac OS X Lion will be available for businesses outside US.

How to use EJB in Distributed Environment

I have to use the EJB in a distributed environment. There will be a Application server at one system which will access the Application server at another system which will be running ejb. I am using SAP J2EE Engine as application server.
So I would be thankful if anybody could tell me what are the steps to implement EJB in such a distributed Environment.

Hi,
You can use an open source CVS . However, if you have NWDI, it already provides the DTR for version control. The link you provided is about the option to use a third party CVS if you don't want to use NWDI, it is not a requirement.

Following are the steps needed in NWDS
1)Window->Preferences->Team->CVS->Ext Connection Method.
Specify your connection method.
Open Perspective ->CVS Repository Exploring
Right Click->New->Repository Location->
Provide the details of your host server, Repository path...
Once connected check out the project.

Dear Sirs,
I'd like to debug java program on AS-Java without occupying AS-Java instance.
I expect debugproxy can help it.
I could enable it on SAP Management Console, but I don't know how to use it with NWDS.
Could I get instraction of using debugproxy with NWDS?
In addition, I'm afraid that my idea is feasible and debugging always occupy AS-Java instance. It means I have to have another instance specified for debugging.

I have requirement to send u201Cnotification of missed deadlineu201D using factory calendar.
The time to send notification is in hours and its is less than a day. So a task created on Friday 5u2019o clock should send missed alert on Monday 9 AM (assuming business run from 9 to 5).
this need to be achieve using BPM workflow can any suggest me how to use factory calendar in BPM .

You can use "BUSINESS_DATE_CREATE" function module in the ECC system for your requirement.
This will calculate exact date and time and return next business day.
You need to some datetime convertions on the BPM side to get it working

You can implement business logic using CAF Core Service ,integrate it in WebDynpro UI.
1)Select your CAF project root , right click on it and select u201CCreate Web Dynpro Modelu201D from the context menu.
2) Switch to the Web Dynpro Perspective
3)You can find the CAF Core services have been generated and are available to the WebDynpro component.
you can find caf services under modelclasses of webdypro project .
4)Then you proceed with creating component etc..

If you don't want to buy you could try OpenJMS, a free JMS product (http://openjms.sourceforge.net/)
As for learning how to use JMS w/ MDBs, I would suggest grabbing a book on JMS. I found the OReilly book on JMS to be pretty helpful for me.

I want to construct the system that "dnet0" sends data, and "dnet1" receives it. The data type I want to use is an array of bools.
I made VI (test.vi), but it does not work.
Could you tell me the reason why my VI doesn't work correctly.

How to use the table maintenance events for validating the input entries..?

I have created a Z table with 6 fields in which all are KEY fields. All are of CHAR type. I have created the Table Maintenance Generator for the same. While maintaining the entries in the table, even though I maintain a blank entry for a field it is saving the entry. But, I don't want that way. All the fields are mandatory in my table. One should enter all the fields. Otherwise it should not allow to save the entry. So, I think it can be done using the Table Maintenance Events. can someone tell me how to use the Table Maintenance Events. and which event to use for my reuqirement and what is the logic to be written.
Or Is there any other way to solve my problem.

In the table maintenance generator, Environment --> Modifications --> Events then a screen will be appear here,we need to create the Events.In the EVENTS screen, press new Entries, there give 01(Before Saving the Data in the Database) and give a name(This will become a PERFORM), then click the Editor pushbutton, this will be there at the right side of the entry, then a popup will be appear, you can create an include program, there inside of the include program write ur code.

I intend to use oracle fusion middleware to integrate all applications and make adding new applications in the future easier. I have worked through documents in the oracle website but I still have no idea how to use oracle fusion middleware to address the requirement, besides oracle fusion middleware includes a bundle of applications I don't know which one I would need.

How to use same DFF for two different forms with :BLOCK.field reference

Can anyone suggest how to use the same dff in two different forms by using :BLOCK.field reference.
Scenario is the same DFF is referenced by two forms, viz. Form-1 & Form-2.
Form-1 Reference Field is :BLOCK.field name, but the same block is not available in Form-2, which throws an error while opening it.
Any pointers please.

In the environment I currently have access to do not have similar setup.
Let say you setup the DFF1 default value to $HEADER.customer_name, the name of the DFF is CUSTOMER_NAME, description can be anything.
In DFF2, default value should be a SQL, where you can reference the DFF1. For example, SELECT DECODE($FLEX.CUSTOMER_NAME, 'ABC', 1, 'DEF', 2, NULL) FROM dual
In this case, you can reference the DFF1.
