i need to replace a bunch of code cuz im updating my site (republishing) and i downloaded massreplaceit... It seems however that i have to find something to replace... for example...for google analytics i must put the coode before </body? or something like that.. Do i mind the </body> and replace it with "code</body>
But if i do that the spacing will be incorrect. i dunno

Yes, that sounds about right.
Since there should only be one </body> tag in the entire HTML document, it should be safe to replace </body> with code</body>. Try it out! You can publish your site to a folder on your desktop to trial it and then preview the site and see if everything worked correctly.
MassReplaceIt is great. You'll have to do a certain amount of trial and error to find the best and most foolproof find and replace variable. But once it's all setup, it is just too slick.

You open up a pre-existing html, say Chicago. Then drag over with pointer to the new jpeg you want (Buffalo). It replaces Chicago with the buffalo jpeg, all links work perfectly. Then do a save as called Buffalo.

Urgent: How to use xdofx:replace function in xdoxslt

Hi,
I have to replace multiple occurrences of a particular string(#BR#) with the new line character. I tried <?xdoxslt:replace(stringpath,'#BR#',chr(10))?>, but it is giving error.
Later I tried <?xdofx:replace(stringpath,'#BR#',chr(10))?> which works properly.
the problem is that the string in which I have to do this operation is stored in a variable(I have stored it in a variable after doing some other replace operations). So now if I try <?xdofx:replace(xdoxslt:get_variable($_XDOCTX, 'teststring'),'#BR#',chr(10))?>, it does not work.
What should I do to resolve this issue. Is there any way in xdoxslt by which I can replace the string with new line character?
Or if there is any other way of storing the string by which it will work with XDOFX?

Get the input form user and store it in file or datadase. Here I want to use DAO.
There 6 files .
They are
1.inputname.jsp ----------->used for getting input from client.inputs are mail id and password.
2.GetNameForm.java --------->It is Bean having setter and getter including 2 methods are like filehandler(),dbConnection()(here only implementations).
dbConnection method just sample i did. From MSAccess database, get Age field and print it in tomcat prompt. Here only i have probs.*What probs that I need to use DAO.
3.GreetingAction.java ------>It is servlet and I call FormBean Method

Well in a DAO pattern you usually have one DAO class for each table in the database so there is for instance one PersonDAO and one ItemDAO which have their respective create, read, update and delete methods. Each DAO also hides its implementation through an interface defining the DAO methods, furthermore there's a DAO factory determining what class to load at runtime. My advice is to start out simple and not too abstract, try looking at the following example - it involves EJBs but explains the pattern.

I want to replace the open and close tags without changing or interfering with the text between the tags. I'm pretty sure I should use wildcards, but I can't figure out how to use them properly.

It was easy to do prior to mavericks using system preferences (language and text), but now I can only submit a 2 letter word to replace, not a 1 letter word. I have tried using a space but it doesn't allow that. I would assume that most people would love to be able to type quickly without having to make uppercase I all the time (first world problem i know), so I can't understand why apple have removed this feature.

Do you mean some of your software does not work in Lion? Do you want to return to using Snow Leopard? If so, then do this:
Downgrade Lion to Snow Leopard
1. Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer Disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu.
2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Note the SMART status of the drive in DU's status area. If it does not say "Verified" then the drive is failing or has failed and will need replacing. SMART info will not be reported on external drives. Otherwise, click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Quit DU and return to the installer. Install Snow Leopard.
This will erase the whole drive so be sure to backup your files if you don't have a backup already. If you have performed a TM backup using Lion be aware that you cannot restore from that backup in Snow Leopard (see below.) I suggest you make a separate backup using Carbon Copy Cloner 3.4.1.
If you have Snow Leopard Time Machine backups, do a full system restore per #14 in Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions. How-to use Excel for the XML file input?

Hello all,
Following our discussion with Gerhard Steinhuber on the very nice tutorial from Horst Schaude , "How to upload mass data via XML File Input" , I am starting this new discussion.
In the comments section of this previous cited tutorial, Rufat Gadirov explains how to use a generated XML from Eclipse instead of your XSD file as your source in Excel.
However, in spite of all the instructions, I am still facing the same issue in Excel when I try to save my file as XML : "The XML maps in this workbook are not exportable".
What I try to do is to create one or more Sales Orders with multiple Items in it from a XML File Input, using excel to enter data.
The part with the File input is working (if I directly upload my file to the webDAV, it creates a sales order instance with multiple items).
The only missing part is the Excel data input that I cannot make work. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I suppose that as you have tried to construct a map from the schema, you have taken the elements from the List level down. In this case I also can't export the map.
But if you take the elements from the level MySalesOrderUploaded down, you'll get the exportable map (screenshots)
