i have tables

i want to view this record into higher to lower and 5 records only will appear in sql ..
Like this :

The syntax should be
UPDATE TABLE XX
SET FLD_1 = 'xxxx',
FLD_2 = 'YYYY'
WHERE ...
'AND' is improperly placed in the SET.

How to view records that i have assigned to users in CRM 2013

Hi,
I have assigned an opportunity to other user. Can anyone tell me how to view that record I have assigned to other?

Off the shelf I don't think there is any machnism in CRM which can tell you exactly.
1. You can create a view where opporunity was created by you and is not owned by you. This view will have limitation for example if some opportunity is create by other use and assigned to you. You later assign this opportunity to another user.
2. A better way to meeting this requirement would be add a lookup field say Previous Owner. Create a plugin or Javscript to populate previous owner file when ever a record is assigned.

How to filter records in EIS drill through using template SQL

Hi,
I'm looking for an option to filter records in EIS drill through using Template SQL.
For eg: If we user runs drill through on 2011, it should restrict display of Jan & Feb and should display records for other months.
I tried using NOT IN clause, but got an error.
Can any one help me in understanding how this needs to be defined in template SQL

I'm able to filter the records for specific periods.
However, I'm facing another problem now.
When I try to run drill through I get 'OLAP_error (1192025): Unknown Error: Not a valid Entry' error.
This is happening when I include condition as ((($$ab.ACCOUNT_CODE-COLUMN $$) IN ($$Account-VALUE$$)))
Here, ACCOUNT_CODE is field from Account dimension table and 'Account' is the name of the dimension.
If I remove this statement and run drill through, it runs but shows data for all accounts (irrespective of the Account selected)resulting in incorrect data.
Our RDBMS is Oracle. Can you please help me with this

I am using Weblogic Server 8.1 to deploy my project. I have some pdf, xls files that generated by JasperExport. Code:

How to pass the bind variable value to the sql statement of the LOV

I am using Forms 10g builder.
I have a text item which will be populated by a LOV when i press a button, but i have a bind variable in the SQL statement of the LOV. That bind variable should be replaced by a value which is derived from a radio group in the same data block.
For Ex: ( )radio1 ( )radio2
before i click on the push button, I'll select one of the radio button above,so my question is how to assign this radio group value to the bind variable in the sql statement in the LOV?

The variable can be taken into account in the SELECT order contained in the Record Group used by the LOV.
e.g. Select ... From ... Where column = :block.radio_group ...Francois

In your case I see no reason to use non-database block and to try to populate it from a trigger with a query, instead of using the default forms functionality where you can associate the block and the fields with table, create where clause using bind variables and simply use execute_query() build-in to populate the block. The power of the forms is to use their build-in functionality to interact with the database.
Also, you can base your block on a query, not on a table and you dynamically change this query using set_block_property() build-in. You can use any dynamic queries (based on different data sources) and you simply need to control the column's data type, the number of the columns and their aliases. Something like creating inline views as a block data source.
However, you can replace the explicit cursor with implicit one like

My form is below. The user will enter the values in the form. Click on Submit. Then we need to run a SQL select statement with those values.
Our form looks like this:

We have developed this report which displays upto

Well, if that's the case, simply inserting them into SQL by simple String concatenation is just begging for all sorts of problems. What if there is an apostrophe in the entry? Broken Statement. Worse, it's a wide open invitation to an SQL Injection attack.

What advantage does your insert() method give you over, let's say using a regular PreparedStatement. Granted, you can put your connection opening and other boilerplate code in the method. But if that's your only problem, then your insert method isn't gonna be much use. You could always switch to JPA for example and work with that.

How to send PLAIN text email from sp_send_dbmail using SQL Server 2008 R2?

I have configured Database Mail in SQL Server 2008 R2 (64) and it sends emails just fine. However the destination is recieving the body of thes message as Base 64 encoding.
Snippet:
EXEC msdb..sp_send_dbmail @profile_name='Outmail', @recipients = @recpts, @subject = @subj, @body_format = 'TEXT', @body=@body2;
As you can see I set @body_format to TEXT, but it still sends Base 64. I need to send plain ASCII text. How can I change this?

I am having this exact issue too. I have a trigger that sends an email using a stored procedure. The dbmail is sending the email using the Exchange 2010 server SMTP. It does not login so the email is relayed as user = "Anonymous".
The SQL dbmail email header is showing the following:

How to connect to DB in repository assistant using SQL*net

Hi all,
We are in RAC enviroment. When I try to connecting to oracle DB in repository assistant (the page that asks for SYS account), I check the SQL*net, and enter the net service name (absolutly also enter the SYS and SYS psw field), but the 'next' button is grey out.
according to installation guide, in a RAC environment, do not type the host name, port number and oracle service name. But in my case, I have to enter all these fields to enable the 'next' button.
any idea of how to fix it?
