How to write the opening to old file

i need help in writing the command to open to the file that i have just created.I need the code asap

it does not really help mi cos i tried using the printwriter b4.Here is my code:

what i need is to open the same file that i created so i need that command
but then it seems that it always open a new file and the data seems to be flushed out
