HR ABAP : Problem fiinding delegate List.

Hi all,
I have problem to findout the employee list who is applied for Training provided by organization.
in this report i have to find out
1.Report title (Like trianing for HR ABAP or SAP Script )
2.Course Venue (Address of course venue)
3.Tutor (who is taken care of triaining )
4.Dates and times.(which time and date the training will be held)

Hi,
To find the list of employees reporting to particular person, use the relation B803 in the table HRP1001. This will fetch all the employees to whom particular person is superior. HRP1001 will gives all the object id's reporting to that person. From these object id's get the employees list.

Having problem with reading list in safari

i am having problem with reading list in safari some time it work sometimes gets hang....

Might be a cache issue ...
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

It is indeed a bug. Once your List has data in it, the getPreferredSize method starts calling preferredSize(int rows) method. This method in turn asks the list's peer for the size. The result is that the preferred size you set is completely ignored (hence a bug). Quick fix would be to override the getPreferredSize method like so.

}The list is not 200 pixels high, but this just comes from the fact that you don't have a BorderLayout.NORTH or BorderLayout.SOUTH object yet, so the BorderLayout is alowed to extend the height of the list.
And you seem to havea pretty exact idea on the size you want your components to be. If the frame is not going to be resizable, then you can use no layout manager if you want. This would require you to set the exact bounds of every component you add to the frame.

How can I sort the delegates list?

I am using iCal in an office situation and am managing a large number (15) of delegates (they all have their own calender).
I can sort the delegates list via Preferences, Accounts, Delegation and then add the delegates I need in the order that I prefer.
But I am looking for a more easier way to sort this list.
Who can help me with this?

Problem creating source list

Hi
We are on ECC 5.0 and in one of our ABAP programs create a PIR as a first step using ME11 BDC call and then go ahead to create a sourcelist for the material + plant and the vendor ( for which PIR was created in the first step ) .
To create source list we use the following function modules ( fms ) in sequence
ME_INITIALIZE_SOURCE_LIST
ME_DIRECT_INPUT_SOURCE_LIST
ME_POST_SOURCE_LIST_NEW
What we observe is that - the ME_DIRECT_INPUT_SOURCE_LIST fm always raises an abort message - ' No PIR exists for the material and vendor ' even though PIR is created in the first step and we check for its existence before we call the fms for the source list. However if we introduce a wait for upto 15 seconds after the PIR has been created the sourcelist creation goes through.
Any idea why the above is happening. Similar situations faced with source list creation - shared is appreciated. Correct answers helping me solve this problem will be promptly rewarded

System takes some time to COMMIT all the work thats why it's happening.
Keep the WAIT FOR UP TO <reasonale seconds value> SECONDS in your code.

Problem retrieving a list of values with XPATH

I am trying to get a list of all 'Fields' (under the SubscriptionList -> EconomicIndicator -> Code) which have 'Provider' =DJ.
I am using the below xpath expression. But It is not working. I tried other variations but none of them return mulitple items.

Is there a way to fix ipod touch screen display problem with song list?

I was wondering if anybody has had this problem? I have an ipod touch 64gig 5th gen for probably about 2 years. I hardly use it because I have it as a back up ipod until primary one dies. This is the first time I came across this problem. Upon turning on device, the first artist/song list I choose displays correctly. Once I start choosing any other artist/song list afterwards, the display for the 1st artist/song list re-appears. If the song list is only a single song to 3-4 songs it will display correctly. Any other song list I choose that consist more than 5 songs, the first artist/song list re-appears on screen like the display is messed up.
For example: Upon turning on device, I choose Aaliyah with a list of 9 songs displaying.
Upon trying to select a different artist and song, for example I choose Nachtmar with a list of 20 songs.
The Aaliyah with the list of 9 songs re appears in place of the song list I am attempting to choose. The songs play and it works, but the display is incorrect. Why is it doing this? Does anybody have this problem? I have tried resetting and it has currently been updated. I have came across this problem just very recently a couple of days ago. I have had a couple of hard resets requiring to erase all data in the past and I don't want to go that way again because I have about 3,500 songs. I have never experience this problem before in the past. I just want it to display the current list of songs. It's inconvenient having to type in every song while playing in the car instead of being able to easily pick an individual song.

I have this problem too and it drives me crazy. When I view my ipod, I don't want to see a list of the first 8 songs in my ipod library. I just want to see the current song playing. It's like the ipod display goes into some type of "sleep" mode while your music plays,and the display defaults to show the first few songs in your ipod touch library, even though none of those songs are currently being played. I have to take the time to either flip the ipod over a couple of times in order for that list to disappear just to see the current song playing.
This is an example of what I see on my display after the current song begins playing. These are the first songs in my ipod library. To get rid of this view, I have to either shake the ipod or flip it over a couple of times and the current song is now displayed, allowing you to see the current song, also allowing you access to the arrows to either fast forward or playback/reverse. On the display, the songs are in a grid or table format (unable to show that here).

Problem with customized "List of GR/IR Balances" Program

My company has developed a program which is adopted from Transaction MB5S: List of GR/IR Balances. This new program has been developed to have one more field which is delivery date field on the filter page. However, when users run this program by filtering delivery date. The system takes too long to execute this program and runtime error page is displayed due to exceed the maximum runtime limit.
Currenty, I avoid this problem by executing this program in background mode. Therefore, users must use T-Code ST02 to view the report.
My question is the solution on this problem, therefore, user can execute this program normally in foreground mode without running in background and view report using ST02. Anyone could suggest me on this case? Point will be rewarded to you.

Problem in Accessing list of users while Provisioning New User in SS

Hi Experts!!
I am working on Hyperion Planning applications (Hyperion 9.3.1) & we have externalized user authentication in Shared services. During the process of provisioning new user in Shared Services, the problem occurs when I try to set the application access type as “Essbase & Planning” for the new user.
To assign the new user as “Essbase & Planning” user type, I need to select the new user from the list of available users which gets displayed on selecting global Analytic Server located under Project directory in Shared Services. However when I click on the analytic server, it shows *“loading”* on the right side screen & hour glass icon can also be seen on the screen. But the list of available users does NOT appear despite waiting for quite some time.
While I am not able to access it even if I logon to the shared Services directly from the Server using remote access, my USA team can access the list of available users locally from their machine as well as from the server & are able to perform the step. Our server is located in USA & I access it from India. What could be the reason for this difference? Any suggestions/ input from you would be a great help for me in solving this issue.

Thanks for your reply. My US team has tried this particular step from their local machine as well as directly from the Server. They were able to see the listbox containig the list of available users & could set the application access type as "Essbase & Planning" for the new user. When I remotely log into the server (using mstsc) I use the IE installed on the server to acess Shared Services. My US team also use the same IE when they log into SS directly from the server & are able to performing this step. Hence there should not be any issue with the browser ,port or firewall.
I agree this is very weird problem because I get stuck only at this step where I have to set the application access type as 'essbase & Planning" for the new user. Rest every thing else is accessable in SS.
Any suggestion / input would be great help.

Short code causes a strange problem - About the list again -- please read!

Hi again people. Maybe you remember my project - has a list, that you can search thru using a text field. During the work I got stuck on a strange problem ( Again :-( ) My app has one text field, one combo box, one list and a text field once more. The code should do the following ->
*1. Load the list, no problem with that.*
*2. Show the elements of the list, that match the selected group in the combo box,no problem.*
*3. Search thru the list using the text field,no problem.*
4. When the user selects an element from the list, it should display its info in the second text field. This also works fine, but when after looking at info of one of the elements the things on numbers 2 and 3 ( look up! ) stop working. I must say that everything works fine until user selects an element from the list. I couldnt understand this kind of behavior so I am asking you to help me please.

Strange Problem in dynamically list population with record group

I am dynamically populating a single list with 2 record groups. I am having a strange problem. All the code are written in 2 seperate buttons. The code of every button is given below.
Button 1 code:-

The code is same here only the sql is different in these 2 buttons. Now the problem point.
when i press button 1, I get the list populated ok. when i try to click on the list item and keep the button pressed the list gets scrolled properly.
when i press button 2 after that i get account names well populated in the same list item as well, but this time, when i keep the button pressed the list does not scroll below as in button 1. It does not even allow to select different item from the list of button 2 code.
I tried to clear cache, cookies, exit browser everything and try to run the button 2 first, but still the problem in button 2 code.
Following are my system details.
windows 7 professional edition.
Oracle database 11g on windows 7
Oracle forms 10g patchset 10.1.2.0.2 on windows 7
Browser Netscape Navigator with oracle jinitiator 1.3.1.22
But this form is run by a client side html file where oracle forms 10g is not installed on windows xp. html file is just referring server url to run the module. The file is run on Netscape navigator browser with oracle jinitiator 1.3.1.22
My question is that is this a bug ? if button 1 gets the list item scrolled, why is the problem with button 2 even though i press it first. Here I am deleting the record group also. after the code is over. Initially I thought this may be the character length problem so I took the maximum character length for that list item as given by the 2 columns in database.
Why is the list scrolling not happening in button 2 but in button 1 with same codes on both ?

The problem is the second query. I would guess that the TO_CHAR(co) is not unique for each account, but is the same for the accounts. And as the second item in the select-list is the listitems values, all your listitem-entries have the same value. therefore, of you select any entry, the list will always go the the first entry again.
Adjust your query.

Problem of PI am having a weird problem in prinrinting List in Address Book

I am having a weird problem in printing a list of addresses in Address Book. The odd number pages (1,3,5,etc.) print fine but the even number pages move the phone numbers from the third column and prints them over the second column's address and Note fields. Anybody know what is going on here? I have tried the Roll Call Directory software suggested by one respondent on another printing problem and while it is very nice, it seems to have its own quirks (Splits the information when it reaches the bottom left column of a two column set-up or prints at the top left column of the next page when it reaches the end of the right column instead of keeping the address intact in one spot).

P.S. To as to this problem. I tried printing some more pages of the address list and now while some of the odd numbered pages seem OK as you go along it switches to some of the even numbered pages being OK with the odd numbered pages having the third column shifting to overprint on part of the 2nd column. In addition, I can't print envelopes since the program simply does nothing or crashes when the print button is selected.

Simple problem with a list initialization.

hello ! i have a class Contact and i would like to make a list of lists of Contact variables .. but when i try to run my code , it says "IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0" . I know that every list of the list must be initialized .. but i don't know how .
here is the declaration of the List

Couple of problems with that.
1. You can never do methodCall() = something in Java. The result of a method call is not an L-value.
2. You're trying to assign a ContactList to a Contact variable. Basically, you're trying to do
Contact c = new ArrayList<Contact>();3. Even if you changed it to
Contact c = lolContact.get(0);
c = new Contact();it would not put anything into the list. That would just copy the first reference in the list and stick it into variable c, so that both c and the first list item point to the same object (remember, the list contains references, not objects--no object or data structure ever contains an object in Java), and then assigns a completely different reference to c, forgetting about the one to the object pointed to by the list. It would not affect the list in any way.
4. You can't do get(0) until you've first put something into the list.
