HRP-Tables not delete

Hello, everybody!
I need your advice.
I made copy of one org.unit for example 50000100 with evaluation path O-O-S-P from my sender system.
After execution I saw my data in reciever system.
All data from PA-tables was deleted and inserted only transfered records.
But data in HRP-tables was not deleted.
Is it correct?

Yes. This setting's is ok.

  • Custom table Not deleting the line items on the order.

    Hi All
    I have an issue, In SAP  we have created a custom table which is related to ship to party, as and when we delete any line items in the order(VBAP)  it should update /delete the custom table but it is not deleting, while when we create any line items in the order (VBAP) it is updating  the entries in the custom table which is suppose to happen.
    Please let me know your inputs.
    Thanks,
    Ram

    UPDKZ is not a field name. it is the processing status of a line or order.
    If UPDKZ is I , its initial, like adding a new line
    If UPDKZ is U, its update. Like changing or modifying an existing line
    ....so on...

  • Dimension tables not deleted when cube data deleted

    We are using a process chain to delete the entire contents of the cube prior to the next load.  Over the course of time repeating this everyday, we see that the RSRV check tells us that the "MAX % ENTRIES IN DIMS COMPARED TO F-TABLE"  = 4718% !!  How can this be if each day the data is getting deleted from all related tables?  The max could only be 100% then, correct?
    Please advise.  I could not find an OSS note that the dimensions are not deleted as well with that step in a process chain.
    Thanks, Peggy

    Hi,
    we have fixed it call creating our own ABAP code with the following CALL:
      CALL FUNCTION 'RSDRD_DIM_REMOVE_UNUSED'
          EXPORTING
            i_infocube        = YOUR_ICUBE
    OPT       i_t_dime          = YOUR_DIMENSION
    OPT       i_check_only      =
          IMPORTING
            e_repair_possible = tp_repair_possible
    OPT     CHANGING
    OPT        c_t_msg           = it_msg
          EXCEPTIONS
            x_message         = 1
            OTHERS            = 2.
    (inserting code in the new SDN frontend is a bit of a nightmare...)
    and included this ABAP in the chain
    You can also go via RSRV and do that manually.
    I don't recommend to delete the whole dim table since the loading time will be drastically higher if you have your DIMS empty...
    The above works as well for aggregates...
    hope this helps
    Olivier.

  • Could not delete from specified table?

    hi all,
    i'm getting this error could not delete from specified table when i execute a delete on dbf file via JDBC-ODBC bridge, when i execute an update table command i get operation must use an updatable query, but i'm not updating the query returned from select statement.
    Does anyone have similar problem before??

    Hi,
    my code is below:
    try {
    conn=DriverManager.getConnectio("jdbc:odbc:sui","","");
    stmt = conn.createStatement();
    int r= stmt.executeUpdate("Update Alarms set ACK=True WHERE DT = { d '" + msgdate + "' } AND TM= '" + msgtime + "'");
    System.out.println(r+" records updated in Alarms ");
    stmt.close();
    conn.close();
    stmt=null;
    conn=null;
    catch (NullPointerException e) {System.out.println(e.getMessage());}
    catch (SQLException e) {System.out.println(e.getMessage());}
    I have an ODBC datasource called sui and a table called alarms, i need to write into the column Ack to true when DT equals msgdate and TM equals msgtime, the error returned is Operation must use an updatable query.
    I believe the SQL has no problem because there is no SQL syntax error and i'm not updating any resultset returned from select query.
    When i delete, i get could not delete from specified table. Anyone has any idea wh'at's wrong?

  • Tables are deleted but database size does not change in sql server 2008r2

    Hi All,
    20GB Tables are deleted in my database but database size does not change and disk size showing same size.

    Hi ,
    I have ran the Disk usage by Top Tables report and Identified couple of tables with unwanted data for last 5 years. I have deleted the data for the first 3 years and then ran the Disk usage by Top Tables report again. When I compared the report before
    and after the data deletion, I have noticed certain facts which is not matching with what I know or learned from experts like you. The following are the points where I am looking for clarification:
    1.Reserved (KB) has been reduced. I was expecting the data Reserved (KB) will remain the same after the data deletion.
    2. The Data(KB) and Indexes(KB) fields have been reduced as expected. The Unused(KB) field have been increased as expected.
    I was expecting the total of Data(KB) and Indexes(KB) field space gained will be equal to the Unused(KB) field gained after deleting the data. But that is not the case. When I deducted(subtracted) the difference in  the Reserved(KB)(Difference before
    and after data deletion) field from the Total of space gained from the data deletion is equal to the Unused(KB) gained field value.
    I am not a SQL expert and not questioning but trying to understand whether we really gain space by deleting data from the tables. Also keen to get the concepts right, but my testing by deleting some records confused me.
    Looking ahead to all your expert advice.
    Thanks,
    Vennayat

  • Messages are NOT deleted from tables XI_AF_MSG and XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT

    Hello,
    I set the retention period to 7 days (1 week)
    I also set the default ARCHIVE and DELETE jobs and ALL are working fine.
    However, messages with OLD dates are NOT deleted from the tables XI_AF_MSG and XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT.
    These tables 32GB in the DBD table space.
    I tried to use the URL:
    http://<host>:<port>/MessagingSystem/archiving/reorgdb.jsp
    BUT to NO avail.
    How do I DELETE or ARCHIVE these messages ?
    ============================================
    Here are some more details on the content of the tables (I took into account 1 MONTH retention):
    db2 "select count(*) from sapxi3db.XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT where STATUS='SUCC' and TIME_STAMP < '2007-09-10 00:00:00'"
          28947

              0
      1 record(s) selected.

    Hi,
    First, thank you VERY much for answering.
    Now to your questions:
    1. When using the URL:
    http://<host>:<port>/MessagingSystem/archiving/reorgdb.jsp
        I did NOT get any ERROR messages.
        Thousands of messages where DELETED successfully.
        However, the number of rows in XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT did NOT reduce.
    2. I used the default archiving and deletion customizations and jobs.
       However, I ran them manually a few times a day with NO change in the
       number of rows in XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT
       What do you mean by "customized any Archiving for adapter Engine" ?
    . In RWB, I do see the default job is running
    Have you customized any Archiving for adapter Engine or You are using default arciving which runs every 24 hrs.
    3. I did ser the retention period for the adapter engine messages in visual admin in seconds...
    Please, advise further.
    Kind regards,
    Gil

  • WBS elements not deleted from PRPS table

    Hi Experts,
    In CJ20N transaction:
    When I delete a project with project profile (ZABC):

      - The WBS records are completely deleted from 'PRPS' table.
    When I delete another project with different project profile (ZXYZ):
      - The project record is completely deleted from 'PROJ' table.

  • To create a table which allows entries to be added but not deleted?

    Is it possible to create a table (SE11) which allows users to enter data into the table but not delete data from the table?

    If you generate a maintenance dialog for your table you will have to check, if the user tries to delete an entry and just send an error back that this is not allowed,
    You could use e.g. event 03 - 'Before deleting the data displayed' to check if the user tries to delete something.
    If you do not use a standard maintenance dialog but an own screen to maintain the data, just don't offer a delete option to the user.
    However if someone writes a report where he does a delete on that table there is no standard way to prevent that.
    Hope that helps,

  • Persistent messages are not deleted from JMS store

              Hi,
              I'm experiencing some unexperienced JMS store behaviour with WLS 6.1 sp 4. I have
              a servlet that posts a message to persistent JMS queue, which will be eventually
              consumed by an MDB. Even though consumption is successful, the message is not
              deleted from JMS store.
              The message will be redelivered after server restart and is still not deleted
              from JMS store. I verified this using file store and JDBC store. The messages
              actually stay in the JMSSTORE table till doom's day.
              I couldn't reproduce the case with WLS 6.1 sp 3. Exactly the application code
              was used in all cases.
              Subsequently I ran the same case with various ServerDebug DebugJMSXXX-flags set,
              and discovered that WLS 6.1 sp3 logs 'asyncDeleteL' and 'ZZZDelete' for the consumed
              message. WLS 6.1 sp4 didn't log this information.
              I'm running WLS 6.1 on WinNT and Win2000.

    I've am having exactly this problem with wl 5.1....
              I first saw it with 5.1 sp8....
              In the release notes for 5.1 sp10, the following CR was fixed, which seemed
              like it might have been my problem:
              CR 45915
              Fixed a JMS problem with messages begin left in the queue after received messages had been acknowledged. When a high volume of
              messages was sent to a queue and a consumer retrieved those messages and sent them to another queue, the messages were not being
              removed from the first queue even though they were acknowledged.
              We upgraded to 5.1 sp12, and it appeared that the incidence of that problem was reduced.
              However it still occurs once or twice a week, with 5.1 sp12....
              My situation is a little bit different, in that my consumer retieves a message, and sends another
              message to the SAME queue instead of another queue as described in the CR above...
              It does happen under heavy load, etc....
              Don't know if this has been reported and identified for wl 5.1 sp12 or not...
              It is of course a really difficult to deal with bug....

  • Access Forms will NOT delete and no error messages.

    I have an Access Database as a Sharepoint App.  I am customizing in Access and I have a couple of forms (or views) per table.  When I deleted "Licensing" Table the two forms associated (Datasheet, List) did not delete.  When I
    right click and select delete it does absolutely nothing.  I am still able to delete other forms, and when I delete a table that is associated with other forms, those forms automatically delete.

    I had another user customize Access and the forms were not there.  After he saved it and I reopened they were gone.  Weird.

    While Rich has already provided you the right solution, I think you are concerned about this error only because of your "Project Standards" - which says no EPC errors.
    So delete the work area or field from your data definitions if you think that it is not being used.
    If you think it being used dynamically put a comment of " #EC NEEDED next to it. The error will now be hidden.

  • Shrink Oracle Table after Deletion

    A few database tables are very big. An Oracle table still holds the disk space occupied by deleted records according to http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6540546/oracle-10g-table-size-after-deletion-of-multiple-rows. Re: shrink table after delete teaches the following commands to release the idle space from the table.
    ALTER TABLE TABLE1 DEALLOCATE UNUSED;
    ALTER TABLE TABLE1 ENABLE ROW MOVEMENT;
    ALTER TABLE TABLE1 SHRINK SPACE;
    ALTER TABLE TABLE1 MOVE;
    1. Are the commands feasible?
    2. Are they safe?
    3. What will be the impacts of running the commands?
    4. Is there any other workable safe approach shrinking a table?

    Hi,
    I advise using shrink table operation.
    The tablespace which belong to your table must be in ASSM (Automatic segment space management) to use shrink.
    Shrink is safe but you need to run two commands :
    1)ALTER TABLE TABLE1 SHRINK SPACE COMPACT; (This is long operation which moves data, but can be done online)
    2)ALTER TABLE TABLE1 SHRINK SPACE; (this is quick if you run SHRINK SPACE COMPACT before, it only shift the High Water Mark. Be carreful if you don't run SHRINK SPACE COMPACT before your table will be locked for a long time)
    Another point, is that execution plans are calculed using the HWM so SHRINK the table (The 2nd command) will invalidate all the cursors in shared pool where the table is in. So execution plan need to be recalculated (often not a problem).

  • Bug report: tranlations not deleted from WWV_FLOW_DYNAMIC_TRANSLATIONS$

    Hello, apex team and Joel Kalman.
    Bug(?) report: Translations not deleted from WWV_FLOW_DYNAMIC_TRANSLATIONS$ on application replacement with importing from sqlplus using apex_application_install package.
    My environment:
    Oracle XE 11g Linux 64bit.
    Apex 4.1.1.
    Development app 110.
    Production app 111.
    How to reproduce:
    Simple way (not checked for 4.1.1):
    Export application 110 by using builder or APEXexport.
    Import application 110 ten times, then look into dynamic translation. Each translation repeats 10 times.
    Checked way to reproduce this bug in in 4.1.1:
    Repeat this 10 times to see how dynamic translations is multiplied in app 111.
    Export app 110 with bash command:
    $ java oracle.apex.APEXExprt -db xxx.private:1521:XE -user apex_040100 -password `cat secret.txt` -applicationid 110 -skipExportDate -expTranslations
    Import with this script (as apex_040100 user)
    declare
    l_workspace_id number;
    begin
    select workspace_id into l_workspace_id
    from apex_workspaces
    where workspace = 'PROD';
    apex_application_install.set_workspace_id( l_workspace_id );
    apex_application_install.set_application_id(111);
    apex_application_install.generate_offset;
    apex_application_install.set_schema( 'PROD' );
    apex_application_install.set_application_alias( 'FPROD_APP' );
    end;
    @../f110.sql
    Workaround:
    Run this script before each import:
    DELETE FROM apex_040100.WWV_FLOW_DYNAMIC_TRANSLATIONS$
    WHERE flow_ID = 111;
    If it is not a bug, please, explain me better way to workaround it for me.
    Vladimir

    Hi Vladimir,
    +>> Hello, apex team and Joel Kalman.+
    Actually, it's Kallman. But I'm not complaining...I get plenty of emails from within Oracle addressing me as "Joe".
    This is definitely a bug. It isn't disastrous, but it's slightly worse than you even presented. I found that if you manually delete an application from within the Application Builder, the dynamic translations remain as well. They could potentially be orphaned forever.
    Your workaround, while not recommended to directly manipulate the APEX schema, would clear up the excess data. Also, a way to reduce the effects of this problem is simply to set the offset to what was initially generated the first time you imported application 110 as 111.
    I didn't write this logic, but I'll fix it. There isn't a FK on this table and I believe there should be.
    Bug 13801751 is filed, to be fixed for APEX 4.2.
    Thanks for reporting this.
    Joel
