I bought Motion 5 and the newest compressor from this site and it started to download but its been a while and it doesnt seem to be downloading. What should I do?

The fact that cleaning worked once still suggests a dirty lens. Try this alternate cleaning method: Use a credit card, or something similar, and wrap it with an LCD cleaning cloth type product (basically a thin micro-fiber type cloth). Gently slide the "cleaner" in and out a few times in the left side of the optical drive opening. Make sure you can hold onto the cloth so it doesn't get stuck inside the drive. This cleans the lens, which may be all you need.

I bought an ablum and one song didnt download at all and the other downloaded partially. How do i redownload them for free?

I downloaded the album Believe and one song did not download and another song only half way downloaded.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the corrupt tracks from your iTunes library, close and then reopen iTunes, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the "Report a problem" links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Safari and aol won't download anything. What can i do to fix that?

My internet browsers seem to be in a funk. For some reason i can't download anything off the internet. However, My iTunes can dowload songs fine and i can still dowload updates for all the applications i already have. I just can't download any new applications with safari or aol. If you can think of anything that could help that would be great. Thanks.

Let's try one of the easier solutions. Go to your Finder: HD>Users>your User Account>Library>Safari folder. In that folder you'll see Download.plist. Move that file to the trash, then restart Safari and try a download.

I would wait like a week or so after you cancelled but after that you should call their customer service and see what's going on on their end of the transaction.

Yes - I connected my phone to my computer / Itunes and went into the apps section, but from there I have no idea how to manage the push notifications. I even tryied going into itunes that is installed on my phone. I still cannot find anyplace to manage these popups. I think that as soon as you click "Buy" and type in your details, the iTunes server is alerted that you have bought the item, even if it hasn't downloaded. Your "purchased" list is based on your account and not your computer so I'm afraid even if you haven't completed the download, you will be charged for it (but if you do now download it, you won't be charged again). This also means that you can't remove items from the purchased list.
