HT1212 I completed the steps and reset my IPad.  Now what it still says disabled.  This is not the origninal computer that I set up on.

What is wrong with this thing?

I would be be concerned too if I was not able to access my iPad.  If you have not resolved the issue, I recommend following the steps in the article belowfor an issue like this:
