It seems that you try to update iTunes rather than your phone. To update your phone, connect it to your computer, and on the page of your phone in iTunes, you should have a button "check for updates" or something similar.

Are you trying to restore to a PC or an Mac? Either way, I'd remove iTunes, empty the trash, restart, and download/install the latest version. Also, check the versions of OS that the latest build of iTunes will work with.

Copy all the content on your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes. Then go ahead and sync the iPod with your new library.

Your Apple ID is tied to the US store. Log out of the store, then trying logging back in.

It sounds as if your account has been compromised. I would recommend logging into those accounts from your computer and their websites and changing your password.

where on my computer am I suppose to make the individual picture files and have them to upload on my ipod touch.... I do have a photo library on my computer, but in the photo tab in itunes for the ipod touch and there is nothing checked for syncing, cause when I do check it it always says its going to replace everything i have in my photo library on my ipod touch.....
