I am not sure but if they do have the way to do it, I would like to try. But I prefered the easy way ^_^
I do have intel iMac and the version of OS X is 10.9.1 .

Did you delete all receipts with iDVD in the file name with either a .PKG or .BOM extension that reside in the HD/Library/Receipts folder and from the /var/db/receipts/ folder before installing the new copy? If not then do so and delete the new application also.

One more thing. I just update my iphone that my boss gave to me but it seems to be like it giving me some trouble. My iphone was updated not too long and was successful. I try to lock into it and it telling me emergency call. I plug it to my itune and it telling me that the sim card is not valid or supported. So I inserted my sim card that I usually use to call and it still saying the same. Please help me get into it.

And as far as paying for phone support, here are a few tips:
If you call your carrier first and then they route you to Apple, you usually don't have to pay for phone support.
If you are talking to Apple and they ask you to pay a support fee, ask if you can get an exception this time. That usually works once, but they keep track of the times you've been granted such an exception.
If you still end up paying the support fee, that fee only applies if it's not a hardware related issue. In other words, if it can be fixed by just talking over the phone and following Apple's instructions, then the fee applies. I have 4 latest Macs All have iDVD. The question was not where to get iDVD.

I appreciate your input but it realy does not answer the question. iDVD will soon not be able to work with newer versions of Macs as it has been left behind by Apple!

You will have to return the iPhone to Australia .The iPhone warranty is not international .
Warranty and service is only provided in Country of original sale
You could try a reset followed if required by a restore initially with backup and then again if required as new
If that makes no difference it will be a hardware issue and you will have to return it to Australia

Only photos taken with the iPad, copied onto it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites etc can be deleted directly on the iPad - either via the trashcan icon in the top right corner if viewing the photo in full screen, or via the icon of the box with the arrow coming out of it in thumbnail view.
Photos that were synced from a computer are deleted by moving/removing/de-selecting them from where they were synced from and then re-syncing. If you want to remove them all then normally you could just sync an empty folder (in terms of photos) to the iPad, but as you don't want to sync at the moment you can't do that.
You can reset the iPad back to factory settings and start from scratch with it : Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content And Settings

From your description, you have deployed Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 in a co-existence environment. After you upgrade to CU6, databases unexpectedly shut down. In your case, here is a kb for your reference.

Is there any way I can change the computer of which my iPod Touch was originally associated with?

My computer has recently decided to reject my iPod Touch completely from it's system, it has also deleted all the data from my iTunes library. It claims that my iPod has been synced with another computer and states that they can only be associated with a single computer. I'm asking this beacuase I want to sell my iphone 4 and before I will errase it, but I want to ensure that the next user will not be able to have acces o recover information such as deleted photos from my phone, I know there are programs that recover deleted stuff from your iphone but do they work after errasing it completely?

I'm not sure how flash storage works, but there's usually a very decent way of making sure no one accesses your data: first, erase your phone. After that, fill it with crap - you can use iTunes or whatever, and just either fill it with rubish images, or better yet videos (that you don't mind anyone recovering later). Then erase it again. If someone runs a recover data program on it, they will only find the last data you inserted.
Make sure to completely fill the iPhones available space with crap.
If you are really nervous - again, not sure if this is necessary for flash storage - but you can repeat this process a couple more times (erase and fill with crap), just to make sure. One time should be fine, though.
