SolutionCenter isn't an Adobe app.
Most likely it was (or still partly is) installed, and it uses Flash Player, but it's trying to update.

But actually I don't want to show the \ (backslashes) to the user in my text box.
Ok let me elaborate this problem little more.
I want to show my text box as it is in normal editors e.g. In Matlab editor. There is a text box and on left side the gray bar shows the line numbers corresponding to the text. Further more i want that the user should be able to click on any line number to mark specific line as breakpoint (red circle or any graphical indication for mark).

Try a full restore. If the screen is still unresponsive after the reset then its a harsware problem.

After iOS8 update my iphone 5 doesn't connect the wifi properly and battery dies instantly

Hi, I have upgraded my iphone 5 to iOS 8 and after that the full 100% battery discharges instantly even if I do not use any apps.I have to charge it every 2 hours. I do not know what to do now it became unreliable.
Second issue is that I cannot connect my wifi at home in some rooms, when the other iphone 4 is connected perfectly. Sometimes I cannot even see the home network sometimes it shows me it but when I want to connect it says something like error to connect the network. It always connected before the update. I have to use LTE all the time at home now. It is crazy.I am scared to upgrade the iphone to iOS 8.1. I tried to totally reset all setting on my iphone including Network Setting, plus I have turned off background App Refresh and Lowered my brightness to save battery life, but nothing worked. And I'm afraid it's getting worse every day.
Please let me know what I can do. Because it is terrible, I have this phone for two years only and I am very careful to devices I have never dropped it and didn't do anything to make these kind of issues.

Do the restore with out restoring from your back up if that doesn't work I would go in the the apple store.

I usually type the word "clear" and "exit" after using terminal. Is this Ok?

I was using Terminal in my MacBook Pro to check if it was infected with the flashback Trojan but all results were negative. After confirming that I was not infected I typed the word "clear" and then the word "exit" before quitting terminal.
Is this the appropriate procedure to close the terminal in OSX? Or it is an overkill? Will these commands affect the functionality of the command line in the future?

May be it is the Resume feature.
System Preference > General > Number of recent items
Uncheck the box next to "Restore windows when quitting and re-opening apps".

Try one of the Audio Voice Effects like Alien / Cosmic / Robot… etc. to start with…

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

Have you restarted your phone?
If so, try a reset. Press and hold the home & sleep/wake buttons until the screen goes blank, ignoring the power off slider if it comes up.
Check for the app again after the phone starts back up.
