I need to get songs from my iPad to my PC as all songs on my PC were lost when PC crashed.

You should be able to copy iTunes purchases to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases. For music purchased from other sites or copied from CDs, then have you not got a copy of them on a backup (e.g. an external drive) ? If not then you'll need to find a third-party program that can copy them off the iPad

Your iPad needs access to the internet via Wi Fi or 3G in order to access the App Store.
Tap the App Store icon in your iPad.
In the search field top right in the App Store window type in:

As for Safari on your Mac crashing, you can start a new topic and post a crash report so we can try and help.

The official way to do it is to restore the iTunes library that was on your old computer to your new computer using the backup of your whole system you regularly update. Then you are syncing the phone with the same old library.

Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was designed for you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. So on Deer Hunter 2014 I had all my data but before that I changed my apple id email so I deleted my old icloud and logged in again. So after that I deleted Deer Hunter 2014 for some temporary space and then redownloaded it again, all my data was gone and I was back to the beggining but before this incident I backed up my Ipad on itunes on my pc. Can I use this backup to restore my data to that point in time if not is there a way I can (I did not purchase anything in the game so I cant restore purchases).

Is your printer a wifi printer or hard wired only? If it's a wifi printer then you might want to look into third party apps like Print n Share or Print Central which allow a version of air printing to non-air print printers.
You may also want to look on the manufacturer's site. Maybe they have a fix for you.
If your printer isn't wifi, then you will need a router to get it on a wifi network to print to it. As far as I know, there is no support for the iPad to do wired printing.

I'd defiantly try a factory reset first to see how things look afterwards.
Its safe to say IOS8 is buggy for me and I'm sure Apple will fix many of the issues soon. The main problems I have experienced to date on a factory reset iPad Mini are as follows:
General system slow down.
Safari is very slow to render web pages, this could be WIFI related.
The keyboard seems slow to respond especially within Safari.
I opened a new email earlier this morning and it caused the iPad to auto reboot. Thats a first for me on an Apple device.
The ability to make / receive a call on your iPad always seems to fail for me. My iPad will ring when a call is received I will answer but it will immediately fail to connect. The same happens on outgoing calls.
Battery life on first impressions seems to have suffered since the upgrade.
Role on IOS 8.0.1...

One way would be to e-mail them from yourself to yourself. That would totally avoid the different ID issue.

Yes. Copy your apps and other iTunes purchases/downloads to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases if you have iTunes 11 on your computer), then backup up the first iPad and restore that backup onto the second iPad.

Things that aren't included in a backup include the contents of the Music and Videos apps (but they should be on your computer's iTunes) and photos that were synced from a computer. Sorry but your iPhoto library is not on an iPad or iPod - you may have photos there (most likely low resolution copies) but not an iPhoto library - dying computers (along with software and human errors) are why you always must have a backup - now is the time to load it

You can either sync the iPhone and iPad to a computer that has your music on it and make sure the U2 album is not on the computer. Or you can delete all of the music from both devices (settings > general > usage > manage storage > music. Then redownload your music from your purchase history on the iTunes store
