Is it possible to find my iphone using find my iphone if it was stolen in CUBA ???

It should work.
If you haven't tried to find it, sign into http://www.icloud.com and enter the Apple ID that was used on the iOS device. Then, choose Find my iPhone.
Find my iPhone will be useless if:
- The device is out of battery/off.
- The device is not connected to the Internet.
- The device has been restored as new (not possible if you set up Find my iPhone on it with iOS 7 installed).
- The device hasn’t had Find my iPhone set up on it.
If you can’t find it, change all passwords and report it to the police. You can also report it to Apple here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2526?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US , but they won’t do anything without a court order. If you need to serial number, it can be found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4061

HT1391 Help with finding music!

I downloaded itunes to my new laptop, and I thought that I would have to find a way to transfer everything on my ipod to the library - i have done this in the past but don't remember how I did it - but it was all there! However many songs are giving me the message that the song cannot be found, wouild I like to find it...but if I say yes, a million folders pop up for me to check, and even just opening a couple and looking, it is all chinese. What to do? Thanks!

The media should normally be in <User's Music>\iTunes\iTunes Media, though it could have been anywhere else that you chose. The path to <User's Music> will depend on the Windows version and your username. See Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device if you can't locate the old library.

Last year A friend purchase a iPhone 4S - 32GB White.
When she purchase iPhone 4S, didnt realised she need to download Find Phone, has she thought it was already in iPhone 4S, system. I approved lots Apple Store in Malaysia, non could help me and all said the same, if you don't download Find Phone, there's no way you can trace it back. No doubt what they all had said is not wrong....but my heart said, am sure there's always a way to track or trace it back even without the Find Phone Apps. Knowing myself don't have such powerful system to find the phone back. Every Poison there's Anti-Dos for it. I know you have the power and system to track & trace the phone back by Apple. If Apple can build such powerful smart phone am sure there's always a way for you there to trace or track it. I had seem movies which even show but not many able to see the hidden message in movie or etc. All my wish was to least Delete or JAM the system by using the serial number or code which you produce in every iPhone 4S or etc. Least the person who took it, would not able to used it at all even if they wannt jail break it or does anything to iPhone 4S. Least they could do is either throw it away or return to Apple Store in individual country. I know what am asking might be impossible to asked, but its the impossible which its not impossible.
1st: Why build a system which so smart with all serial no and codes, but the "Find Phone" its not one of the Apps for iPhone?
2nd: Why must customer need to download "Find Phone" Apps and the rest of the Apple Apps in inside the Phone...? Doesn't make sense....
3rd: In any movie, you watched they will break the phone or throw it away and so they are not able to trace the person but the phone still can be trace or track...unless the person break the chips or put into Fire to destroy it completely, then YES, i believe it can't be trace or track.
Please kindly in your power to help or advice or bring this up to Apple Team Mind before all perfection to make iPhone....Metta

HT1391 I recently purchased music from power music. I downloaded it to I tunes. I don't know where to look for it in itunes. I am not that computer savvy but I would like to put it on my mp3 player. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Itunes only syncs with Apple devices.

HT1391 Please help me, I'm going round in circles. I made an in App purchase but it hasn't updated my app. Can anyone tell me how to retrieve my purchase?

I used my iPhone to purchase Monster Berries for Monster Pet Shop App, however the berries aren't appearing in my inventory. Can someone help me by advising what I need to do to get my berries?

Resolved. I updated my phone software and re-purchased. Apple refunded my first purchase as a goodwill gesture.

HT1391 third party application cannot see my itunes music. including iPhoto iMovie. any help?

i have music purchased from iTunes store and that have added my self, but when i go to iphoto and try a slideshow i try to choose music from my iTunes library the list is empty same with imovie, and other apps any help?

Right that is the point. I had a whole slew of eligible songs purchased from iTunes in my library that now are not available for purchase. For example I just purchased two songs that have the icon in the iTunes store. After I purchase them the icon in the "Bell" ringtone column is not showing for the songs that should be eligible. The only recent change I've made is this third part application. So I am thinking this has messed with my library somehow.

As Chris indicated, there is no way to track your MacBook without having set up the Find My Mac feature beforehand (and even if you did, it's quite easily defeated) or having some third-party tracking software installed. All you can do is file a report with the police and hope they get lucky. I can only hope that you made backups of your data and "researches", since I agree with Chris that your chances of ever getting the MacBook back are not good.

HT1391 Songs missing--help?

I have newish computer and downloaded itunes to it. I signed into my account and some of my favorite songs are missing which I bought from itunes. They were there a few months ago. I have not logged in in a while and just noticed I have on song from a whole album I purchased and three seperate songs are missing. Help?

It would appear that the iPod hard drive or iPod software has become corrupt. This doesn't mean that the songs are not on your iPod, hence the fact that the iPod reports used space and iTunes may show them. I've never seen a plausible explanation for why it does this.
You should restore the iPod and then reload the songs from iTunes.
Btw, your 30GB iPod is not an iPod classic.

iTunes Store menu > View My Account...
Sign in and select "See All" in Purchase History.
You can only see them in "batches" of ten. As far as I know there is no way to obtain a comprehensive summary.
The prices are tabulated in that list. If they were supposed to be free, and they show that you were charged, then click the arrow next to the suspect purchases and click "report a problem".

ITunes can't find my music library. Pleas help!

I just upgraded my iTunes. Next time I tried opening it a window appeared that read: "Can't find your iTunes Library..."
I tried searching by opening start/computer/iTunes but the file that has all my music was renamed to: bd4765ae206e5a7a782a28f08509 and when I tried opening it all I found was a list of 4 files that I can't open.
I know all my music is still there because the file still uses 125 GB in my computer, but I can't seem to run iTunes or I can't seem to point iTunes into finding my music.
Please anyone help!!!

If you did not rename that file, then I am a little worried there might be a larger problem looming (malware, etc.). If this is so, then finding the file might not even help.
I recommend restoring from a backup. If the backup was made before this file changed, then you should be fine.

I tunes help needed please

hi guys
i am using itunes on my macbook with an external drive
i thought i was pushing the ecject key but i was pushing the key under it it i pushed it a few times then i remembered that it removes tracks from my i tunes
has it deleted the mp3s ?? or will the tracks still be in my folder on my external
also how will i get them back in to the player ?
sometimes when i delete stuff it asks if i want to move the file to the trash it never time
please help

After downloading latest version, keep getting error message "The iTunes Library .itl file cannont be found or created"? The file never moved from My Music. Repeated attempts to restore previous version result in same message. Help!!

It sounds like you are not able to access your iTunes library. With the error message you are receiving, you will want to first locate the iTunes Library.itl file. These are the default locations for this file on a Windows computer, but if you dont find them here, you may need to search for the file:
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\
Windows Vista: C:\Users\username\Music\iTunes\
Windows 7: C:\Users\username\My Music\iTunes\
Windows 8: C:\Users\username\My Music\iTunes\

Once you locate the iTunes Library.itl file, you can make iTunes point to it using these steps:

If iTunes is running, quit iTunes.
If you are using Windows, hold down the Shift key and from the Start menu and choose All Programs > iTunes > iTunes.
You should see one of the following screens:

HELP linking songs to ext HD - moved music folder - got Exclamation marks

I moved my music folder to an ext HD per the Apple article. Songs in my library have exclamation marks next to them & cannot be automatically located by iTunes. I can access them manually, but am looking for a way to correct whatever I did wrong that killed the link to my library & make the exclamation marks go away.

A library is everything in the iTunes folder. Was the whole folder copied? If not, you only transferred media, not the whole library.
You do not tell iTunes where to find media by changing the preferences settings. You tell iTunes where to find media by either adding it to iTunes in the first place or by letting iTunes move the media. Changing preferences settings only tells iTunes where to put media from that point on.

What do you want on the external drive? The whole library, or only media?
Typically if you break the links to all files by moving the media folder to another drive in Finder iTunes will ask you to find a file. It will then offer to find others (takes some time). If it did not offer to do this or that didn't work then you have a non-standard folder structure and you are best off using your backup to restore everything and go back to the beginning and move it properly (we can help you with that). If you don't have a backup then it will take some effort to rebuild your library file and some data will be lost (ratings, date added, playcounts).

I have just updated my iPhone 4 with new ios5. I'm having trouble with ringtones. All of my ringtones exsist and will play manually on the phone but will not play when i recieve a phone call. Please help.
