My Iphone won't charge and will only display an apple symbol that flashes on and off. The apple seems to have a split through it which I havent seen before. Theres no battery icon. I've plugged it into my coomputer and that hasnt worked. Tried to hold the on/off and power button together. Nothing seems to be working. Has anyone got any ideas. thanks

Click on your account name in the top right corner of the iTunes store in the iTunes application on your computer, enter your password and click the "view account" button. Navigate to the Apple ID summary where you have the option to "change country or region".
In order to change your location, you will need a credit card registered to an address in the location you are trying to change to.
You cannot change your location if you have credit on your account, if you are unable to spend your credit and leave a balance of zero, contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. -

Perform a hard reboot
Hold down the Home button and Power button on your iPhone or iPad and keep holding them until you see the Apple logo. Once you do, you can let go. When your device boots back up, go ahead and check to see if the apps have started re-downloading. If they still appear to be stuck, continue on. -

iMessage and FaceTime are currently experiencing problems it's nothing that you are doing wrong. Just wait it out and check back for iCloud status.

Try restarting your Mac.
If that doesn't help, open a Finder window. Select your Home folder (it has a small house icon) in the Sidebar on the left.
Now open the Library folder then the Prefernces folder.
Move the com.apple.desktop.plist file to the Trash. Restart your Mac one more time. -
How do I set up a mail group on mac mail? All the advise on line seems to refer to 'address book' and I only have 'contacts'. The guidance does not work when using 'contacts' - can anyone help me?

Just need to plug the TC in to the hub in bridge mode.. do not try and bridge the homehub.. it is not possible with the setup BT uses.
To bridge the TC.. plug it directly into a computer by ethernet.. no other connection to the TC or the computer.
Press and hold in reset until the front LED flashes rapidly.. about 10sec.
Release the reset.
Open the airport utility and setup the TC to bridge mode.
The actual method depends on version of the OS and airport utility you use.
This is version 5.
Sorry I cannot post the v6 as I am on a snow leopard computer now. But you go to the network tab, and choose off bridge mode for method of connection. It will be NAT and dhcp by default.
Then setup wireless.. you have a number of choices here.
Either setup with the same SSID Security and password, as the homehub uses.. or a different name, and password..
Each method works fine.. but you sometimes have issues with wireless channels.. for now leave it on auto and see what happens.. if you have issues lock down the radio channels on both devices.. use one out of the following on each, 1, 6, 11 or 13 in UK.. so say 6 on the homehub then 13 onthe TC.
Update the TC.. unplug fromt the computer and plug it into the homehub.
If you have other issues with the setup tell us what OS you run so we can post suitable screenshots. -
My Nano 4th gen. ipod will not sync my new album I just purchased from itunes store. It says it is syncing but does not transfer music. can anyone help? I am using windows 7.

B.H.yes i have a solution to my problem only because of a recent phone call from apple they were great.......... in the right hand side of itunes my i pod was displayed. click on the ipod symbol........at the top of the page you will see summary,,,,,,music,,,,,,movies,,,,,,tvshow,,,,,,photo,,,,,on this ipod.
click on music check mark music done and sync

I am an illustrator. I create illustrations on my iMac in Photoshop. I want to transfer my illustration files, as jpegs, onto my iPad so that I have a portfolio and can showcase my work when I visit clients. Can anyone help. Thank you!
Might be easiest to use a service like Dropbox and sync everything to a folder in Dropbox so you'll have it on your Mac and on your iPhone.

While updating my iphone 4S to the recommended iOS update I inadvertantly lost my contacts in the icloud. Can anyone help me to retrieve my contact list. iCloud is not something that I need or find helpful for since I only have one device.
