iMessage and FaceTime are currently experiencing problems it's nothing that you are doing wrong. Just wait it out and check back for iCloud status.

Hello All,
To anyone with the same problem described above, on THEIR iPad (if it is running iOS 7.0.2):
Go to Settings; Mail, Contacts, Calendars; DELETE your *******@btinternet.com e-mail account, that you originally set up either using 'Other', or the 'BT' option which I am sure was in the list previous to the iOS 7 update.
Then ADD a NEW account choosing YAHOO from the list of options. DO NOT USE 'OTHER'.
Enter the correct details just as you (almost certainly) had already done in your previous attempts using 'other'.
When you see the 'verifying......' and 'the blue ticks' you should be able to exit settings and open your mail app and then receive all your 'old' e-mails again, AND be able to SEND as well.
All my 'old' e-mails, were NOT found in the 'old e-mail' folder though. THEY are still in my inbox.
So this fix worked for me.
After I deleted my account from 'OTHER' and put it in Yahoo, I like other people also ended up with more folders.
I hope this works for you on YOUR Apple devices.

Audiobooks are a one-time only download from the store, so you won't be able to redownload them via the Purchased link. Do you have a copy of them on your iPod or on your backup of your downloads/library ? No must contact the original owner to get permission to use the device. Are you sure the "friend" who sold you this iPad was the primal owner? If you cannot contact the original owner return the device to "your friend" and get a refund. You will never be able to activate the device and no one can help you do it.

If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

You can not create an iCloud account using a PC, set the account up on a Mac or an iPhone/iPad, then you will be able to sign into it on your PC.

I have exactly the same problem. It said I have to reset the password, which is annoying but fine, whatever. However, it won't send me the e-mail I need to do that! I tried a seperate account with my gmail address and the e-mail is sent instantaniously, but my ipns account (the one I really need) isn't recieving any e-mails from Apple at all. I've tried sending it 4 times. Other message boards suggest reinstalling everything, but I really don't want to have to do that, especially since all I want to do is purchase Mountain Lion which requires such actions in itself. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
