Only the carrier it's locked to can authorize unlocking it.
If the phone is displaying ICCID unknown, then it's a brick. That's a critical failure, usually caused by jailbreaking/hacking. It can not be fixed.

Edge has very clear restrictions, one being that you must have 6 months of clean payment history which you don't. Either wait until April 14, or good luck at Sprint.
I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions.

You are right, but how could i send it to Apple? when the phone company first replaced my iphone they had in stock alots of iphones and they just sent mine back to Apple and gave me a new one, so all i did is to give them my phone, but now how could i sent it to Apple? and i cant send it by myself, and the store wont do that, its a lost for them.. so sending it to Apple wasnt an option from the begining.

iOS 7 has an antitheft feature. A stolen phone can NEVER be used again, except by the original owner or with the authorization of the original owner. If you bought a stolen phone that was your mistake; get your money back. While it's possible that the seller "forgot" their password, that is an easily corrected problem. In most countries knowingly possessing stolen property is a crime. Even if you don't know it is stolen, it can be taken from you and returned to the rightful owner.
If it really wasn't stolen, and it was an honest mistake on the part of the seller, the seller can easily correct the mistake and authorize your activation of the phone.

Cannot download videos
This is caused by the RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension. To fix it, disable the extension.
The RealPlayer plugin will still work.
At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP), and then click Add-ons. The Add-ons Manager tab will open.
In the Add-ons Manager tab, select the Extensions panel.
Select RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin.
Click on Disable.
Click Restart Now to start Firefox with the extension disabled. My add-on manager says the add-on is disabled.
I tried this and it didn't work, what else?

Women User's Issues: Acrylic nails and inability to use the iPhone

OK, I know that this may seem to be a trivial issue at first glance. However, did no one at Apple actually have women who wear artificial nails (AKA acrylic nails) Beta-test the iPhone's touch screen?
My girlfriend wears them. Her current phone has to be replaced, so I walked her into an Apple store and had a salesman demo the iPhone. My sweety loved 95% of its capabilities and features - it lacked only a voice-activated dialing feature.
Here's the reason she did not purchase an iPhone on the spot: You have to use your fingers to use it! Women with long, natural nails, and in this case, artificial nails can't make skin contact with the screen. Forget trying to type in an email or text message. The salesman obviously had never encountered this particular end-user "bug" and had no work around. My girlfriend spent a half-hour fumbling around, using her knuckles, the sides of her fingers, etc. and finally the salesman threw up his hands and said that he had to go help other customers. Gee, thanks for the help buddy.
Since the iPhone can't be used with a stylus, what's the work around? And no, my girlfriend, and all of the other women who wear artificial nails are NOT going to stop wearing them. Only a techno-geek would suggest that as a viable alternative.

I have seen two suggestions on these discussions, holding your hand at a flatter angle so that the pads at the end of the finger touch.

Its possible the original owner had an unlocked phone. he was using with GCI. Or that GCI doesn't actually have locked phones. Seeing as they don't even have their own infrastructure but instead use AT&T's I doubt they'd have iPhones specifically locked to them and that would be the reason they do not offer unlocking (because there's nothing for them to unlock). And just to clarify, I'm not saying for a fact its not locked to them. It very well maybe be, but without knowing more about the phone and going by the fact GCI uses AT&T infrastrucure its possible its not locked. But here's no way to say for sure either way.
Trying a Sim card from AT&T or another carrier might just help the OP if its actually unlocked or locked to AT&T rather than GCI.

It sounds like it still has her information on it, so it might be efficient to navigate to Settings, then General, then Reset, then Erase All Content and Settings. You can then set up the phone again, using your information. This way the phone will be yours, officially, and her data and information will be removed.

All iPhones are manufactured in the same factory in China, all are the same quality for every country of sale.
But the LTE/4G bands are different for different countries so may not work back in Germany. In addition, the warranty is only valid in the country of sale, so you will not have warranty support in Germany...unless Macedonia is part of the EU and then the warranty is valid for all EU states.
