The printer do support AirPrint (the HP Deskjet 3525 is part of the 3520 Series).
Make sure your printer connected to the same router as your iPad and it shold be listed..
Be aware that you need iOS 4.2 or higher and your router should support Multicasting for AirPrint to work..
If the printer isn't listed please clarify your router brand and model, some routers don't offer Multicasting or have the protocol disabled by default.

I have an IPad 2 and no computer at all (it broke). I want to download iOS 5 off a friend's Mac but can't lose music, apps, etc as my iPad is my only technology right now. Is there a way I could update without losing my data??

So basically I've been living computer-less for 8 months now, doing everything on my iPad 2. I want the iOS 5 update so my iPad will be more independent and not having a computer will be less of a problem. Can I update on a friend's Mac/pc without syncing my iPad to their computer? I can't lose all my data, it's all my contacts photos music and school work for the past months. Also I'm studying abroad so losing everything would be even worse considering I'd have to wait months to figure it out. Help!!

Where is the Apple problem? I have CS4 and CS5 running perfectly fine on my Macbook Pro. Installed 5 after Lion upgrade. Worth every cent. Adobe did have some catching up to do with Lion but with the CS5.5 update all runs fine. But not yours. So it is a problem with the Lion OS? You say you have been with Adobe since 2005. So you would be aware of all the other issues that Adobe had catching up with past Oss in Mac and Windows then. They get it right, but it is up to them. It is not up to Apple, nor Microsoft for that matter, to run around and check that every software developer in the world is running their business properly.
And what has politics got to do with anything. Some people just have to blame Software for their poor Hardware maintainence of failure of the same.

My experience with upgrading from Snow Leopard to Lion is that the OfficeJet Pro 8500 Wireless will print just fine, although it seems to take a little longer to find the printer on the network. My scan function however locks up and will not work. This really is an annoyance, though, since I have VueScan, which works fine with Lion.
Hopefully, Apple and HP will not orphan the OS native scanning feature for HP multifunction printers.

Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option (alt) key (shift on Windows), then guide it to the new location of the library.

There seems to be a problem, just now, with the USB 3 ports on the new MBP's supporting eternal USB 3 drives. Some people have no luck at all - can't even recognize the drive - and some are reporting USB 2 speeds (those who drives are recognized). I'd call a dealer such as LaCie or OWC to see if they have USB 3 drives that actually work with MBP's with USB 3 ports. You may have to wait for a software/firmware update.

You might consider itunes match for moving CDs you've copied into your itunes library if you dont have a way to use home sharing.
iTunes match is an optional service offered by apple that costs about $25 a year. It scans your music library and if it finds music that is already in apple's itunes catalog it'll automatically "unlock"/"store" these in the cloud for you. After you restore from backup, you MUST sync to restore your iTunes content. No iTunes content is included in the iPhone backup. Your apps should be in your iTunes library, just sync them back to your phone. If for some reason your apps are not in your library, you can re-download them for free:

How are we supposed to work with the new motion tweens if there's no motion editor anymore? Without motion editor we can't see what kind of keyframes are set and we can't set any accelerations anywhere. Does Adobe now want us to go back and use the old motion tweens?

Why should Apple fix the problem? Maybe you should consider NOT upgrading if an expensive piece of (obsolete) software you're running won't work with it...

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer.
Use your backup copy to move everything to the new computer.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from the iphone: File>Transfer Purchases
If you enter one unique contact and calendar entry on your computer, then when you first sync you should get the option to merge the data.
