Hi, i have iphone 4 after restoring again one msg is popping up restore needed. can anyone tell me how to fix it
and on top left side it is showing as no servide instead of network name
Need to Resume download to complete the ongoing Process.
Last Resort, put the iPhone in DFU mode (Google How to do that). Connect in iTunes. Follow on-screen prompts to Restore. All Data would be lost, if not backed up earlier.
To save the photographs you may have to use third party software. Google is your friend.

yesterday i connect my iPhone with iTunes then one MSG displayed on screen about backup i ignore that but same time i have lost all my installed apps incouled my pics and vids from my iPhone pls help me.
1) ensure iTunes is authorized for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.

I agree with Chris CA that this is the way I would *expect* iTunes to behave.
When I look at iTunes from my account (my music is in ~/Music/iTunes/ and not available to my spouse's account), I can see in my music library all my rips and my purchases, just as I would expect. I can use Store>View My Account (<myAppleID>) and all is as expected. Home sharing is NOT on.
Doing the same from the other account is not much different, actually. Nothing in the library yet, of course. Store>View My Account (<herAppleID>) also works. I CAN authorize my computer to play her music. I CAN view her iTunes purchases. When I attempt to download the purchases to HER library, though, I get the following dialog box:
Now I interpret this to mean that this computer (mine) will not download from a different AppleID (also mine) for 90 days. Is that [interpretation] correct? -

Contact whoever you purchased the phone from. That's called activation lock. There is no way to bypass it without the credentials for the account that was used to lock it.

Then the phone is either lost or stolen, and the owner has enabled "lost mode". Activation lock cannot be bypassed, so without the correct Apple ID and password the phone is worthless to you...and everyone else.

I have already download pokedex ios in my ipad and purchased pokedex in all region but there was an internet problem. i could download only Kanto and Sinnoh then i deleted application and redownload again. when i choose restore and add my Apple password, nothing happen. i tab purchase $5.99 for all region it show " you're already purchased this but it hasn't been download. Double track listing in iPhone AFTER iCloud download one with and one without iCloud logo
My phone has a number of songs downloaded from match and the. After a few days the songs will appear listed twice now with an iCloud stumble next to one. As if it doesn't realize that the track has been downloaded and is on my iPhone. It is as if it doesn't realize the iCloud tracks are already on the iPhone. It is kinda crazy and makes it unusable
I know it this post week old. But try go into settings, iTunes and App Store turn off "Show All" for Music. If left on, it will show even show music not downloaded to your phone.

Basic troubleshooting steps outlined in the manual are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. Try each of these in order until the problem is resolved. If you've been through all these steps and the trouble persists, you'll need to bring your phone to Apple for evaluation. My iPod Touch 3Gen keeps saying I need to restore it. I have 7 times, and everytime it dies, I have to do it again. Also, last time I restored it, it wouldn't connect to my house's wifi, I reset it and it only worked for a minute. It worked fine before, then all of a sudden this stuff happened. It is a "refreshed" one. I broke my old one, but since I had a warranty I got a "refreshed" one. In the box they gave me a number to call if anything happened, but my brother threw it away. Do you think I could conact them, and if I can, does anyone know if the number on the card is the # here on the website?
If you restored to factory settings/new iPod and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.

After iPad ios 5 upgrade on Win7 64bit pc (x386 iTunes), iTunes gave me error "iTunes was interrupted while restoring, restore again now?" I try to restore but iTunes immediately gives error -50. Apple website says -50 is a timeout, but I have tried all fixes: changed usb ports, new cable, reset iPad, restart pc, remove sim... no good.
iPad starts in 'configure' mode, but won't restore from any of the several iTunes backups I have. Ready to giveup on 'restore'! iPad is sync'ed in iTunes, connects and syncs ok, so I don't want to lose that info.
Can someone from Apple advise - can I 'configure' as 'New iPad' and then restore or sync to recover my Apps and data etc? OR if I 'Restore' from iTunes 'Summary' tab, will I still be able to Sync to restore the iPad Apps and data?
I'm seeing a lot of frustrated Apple users online, hoping that a fix for this problem will help a few of us!! An iOS upgrade should not cause this much pain and wasted effort.You might already have tried all of these, but just in case:
1. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes.
2. If you're on a Windows PC, consider uninstalling iTunes and Quicktime, restarting the PC, then reinstalling. This sometimes fixes oddities.
3. Make sure you have no firewall or anti-virus running/active.
4. Try different USB cable; if you're using a cable via a hub, try connecting without the hub. On desktop PCs, the direct (non-internal-hub) USB sockets are usually at the back.
5. If yoiu haven't already done so, download the iOS5 update via the direct links I posted above
6. If using Update doesn't work, use Restore. Option-click (Mac) or Shift-Click (Windows) the Restore button in itunes.
7. Before you to the Restore, right-lick the entry for your device in iTunes and choose Backup from the drop-down menu. You may need this backup later.

Can you explain what is involved in the process of setting up your new phone? Is it like a SIM card transfer, or is it a setup through iTunes like you have to do originally? My setup process was much more complicated than most (long story involving business plan) so I am reluctant to get the 2.0.x update because the guy who set up my phone for me seemed to be the only one in the world who could do it.
Thanks.I have gotten a new iPhone because the previous one didn't want to restore. The Genius simply transfered my SIM card to the new iPhone and I was on my way. At home, I connected my new iPhone to iTunes and restored it from the last backup (even though I should have started from scratch). It worked perfectly, all apps, music, video, contacts, email, ringtones, etc. have been transfered to the ne iPhone and I've been using it without any problems.

No, you don't need to re-install the Acrobat again. Just license it when the next time trial prompt appears. The moment you put your email on which you have purchased the subscription, it will get activated.
