When restoring my backup from my old iphone via my computer to my new iphone, it gets all the way through the restore and then at the end it says there was an error and doesn't restore. Doesn't say what error.

Usually it's because you are not making internet connection via wifi.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

How do you restore previous backup from iTunes to iPhone? I did something wrong as now nothing is on my phone but several questions such as language, etc. They keep repeating. When I turn phone completely off, the same thing happens when I turn it on. It is very frustrating now to have no phone service or anything at all on my phone.
It sounds as if the phone is waiting to be activated. Did you update software or something like that on the phone? You can either try to finish the Setup routine, or you can connect the device to iTunes on the computer and then after selecting the iPhone in the device pane, click on the button that says Restore a Backup.

Error 3014 may indicate that you need to free up more disk space on the computer before trying to restore again.

When I sync music from iTunes to iPhone, the music shows a dotted circle in iTunes and doesn't show or play on my iPhone music app.
any ideas how to resolve this?after looking at a few other posts, i tried the uncheck the sync box, did a sync, rechecked the box, and synced again. the music is now downloading into my phone. if anyone else has this problem try this first.

I had a previous iPhone, my current iPhone and my iPad that are all connected to one cloud. Can I delete the backup from my previous iPhone? Will it delete in the cloud AND on the phone? or does it just delete from iCloud? or does it just delete from the phone? Someone please help!
You can delete the backup without any problem. Only the backup will be deleted from iCloud and nothing else will be deleted, so you can do it without worrying about losing data on iCloud or your devices

Sounds like you are trying to stream the songs vice having them downloaded to th iPod.
First go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and turn OFF SHOW ALL
If still problem
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music

I downloaded a few mp3 songs onto my iTunes library. From there, I copied into the playlist. But when I sync it with my iPhone 4, I dont even see the name of the playlist in iTunes while syncing and the songs dont get copied onto iPhone 4. I keep getting the message "error 8003", while trying to download a pre-purshased TV show from iTunes. What does it mean? What should I do?
Help!Have you tried exiting iTunes and restarting? The times I've seen this error this has worked. After restarting iTunes the program asks me to sign into my account and then the downloads begin.

Tried to back up music before new OS was loaded but for some reason, it only kept artists through the letter J. I did not realize that until I restored my iTunes under new OS. Now I tried to download my iTunes purchases from the iPod and I can select the "Transfer Purchases from iPOD" but then nothing seems to happen. I tried to download form iTunes and it says the songs are already on my computer. This is either because I did originally download them to this computer on the old operating system or because the names are still in iTunes even though the file associated with them is not. I'm not sure. I don't know what to try next but it is nearly 600 songs so I need to figure it out.
Does iTunes recognize the phone at all? Or just the computer?

Restore inclomplete backup from my lost iphone
Please help me i m very confused. Few days ago my iPhone was stolen and i dont have money to buy a new one, But i want to restore my important files. And because i dont have mac I use my windows pc. But when I try to restore the backup , it say that there is no backup files. When I open the photo library it's also empty. Im confused when I open icloud's setting there is a notification that my i cloud almost full with my backup. Written there if my backup files have 4gb in size. Are you using Photostream? If yes, then you will be able to see your 1000 most recent photos on your Mac in iPhoto.
All your contacts, calendar events, emails, etc. will still be on your Mac as part of iCloud.
If you didn't import your videos from your iPhone to your Mac, then you've lost them unless you can restore your cloud backup to another iOS device. -
How to get the service from my old iphone onto the new one
I've transfered everything from the old iphone to the new one but the service didn't transfer. I would like to be able to call and text.
Carrier is the only one that can transfer services. If the phone takes a sim card you would need to swap it out unless its the new iphone 5 it takes a micro sim or if its a 3gs to a 4 they also have different size sim cards.
