I would like to know can I buy a tv shows package. like bravo. cbs,nbc, spike tv . I like to buy a chanels package. can that be done?

The iTunes Store only offers episodes or season passes to specific shows, not to an an entire network (the networks don't license content that way). There are some networks on the Apple TV, such as PBS, HBO, Disney, ABC and a few others that do have apps in the Apple TV (depending on your country) that allow access to content on those networks without having to buy a specific show.
